My story with Deke's starts about 9 years ago. I had a VERY loud air conditioning unit in the front of my house. This horrible loud sound had been going on since I purchased the house in 1994. I dread the summer time when AC kicked on or at winter time when the heat would blast. i had A DIFFERENT "contractor' come out and said my front unit was bad and needed a new on (come to find out later it was probably just fine needed Freon) I bought a new unit (what a pile of garbage this thing is!) The front unit has been a night mare since I got it 8 years ago, and never did fix the front sound that I dreaded. I then got another "contractor" who was 2 hours late, came in and told me my blowers in the attic were broken and I needed to cut them out and drop them down and put new ones in (cannot even imagine the total cost) I was not willing to chop my house apart to "fix" the blower units.
My new POS front unit needs yearly or biyearly repairs (ugh) and the same part again and again and again, you see the pattern. I switched to DEKE'S after being referred by a client of mine TOM. He said "Deke's is great and explained his story. I trusted Tom P and called them and they showed up on time and fixed my AC (I had a young baby at the time and they moved me to the top of the day) They fixed my front unit and charged my back unit and explained these units need Freon, whether spring summer fall or winter, that is why the heater was not functioning properly and ac was not working. A couple hundred later...both units worked!! I asked them about the HORRIBLE loud sound I could not deal with (though it was no like 14 years) they said it was just the duct work. They said they needed to wait until it cooled back down to do it...so sure enough they did it in the fall. They pulled my old duct work out and put new duct in and NO SOUND!!!!!!! They were in my attic ALL DAY LONG!!! They came out totally wiped out, and my sound WAS GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The price tag was UNDER !,000 !!!!!!! The parts alone had to be 400.......or more!!!
I continue to use Deke's to this day!!! I have referred them to everyone who asks!!!!

One thing I did do though, I got a swamp cooler and my 3,100 sq ft house (with a pool)summer bills are about 150-170 down from 450-500 a month. I use Ac when it is humid or early spring or late fall when the swamp cooler is out of the window. I got a big window swamp cooler from Home Depot, my house is ICE ICE ICE COLD on the hottest days and nights!!!!! Kids leave the doors open and I could care less (makes them work better)

They don't offer a scheduled appointment but they were very efficient and when the part (for the heater) they installed a day later failed, they promptly addressed it and fixed it. The tech was nice and professional. I would recommend this place.

Darren, service engineer, check it out, added nearly 3 lbs or refrigerant R410 checked for leaks and repaired one slow leaking valve cap near the entrance on the outside unit.

He was thorough, clearly knew what he was doing, gave a bill for a very reasonable amount. Prior to calling them in I had checked with other air conditioning experts around LV for their $/lb charge for adding refrigerant and Deke;s was much less than the others - by far.

Great job, good customer relations, helpful, answered all the dumb questions by me the home owner. Very Good.

Deke's was recommended to me more than 20 years ago. We continue to ask for them through the property management company in Las Vegas, although we no longer live there. The service is without a doubt the best available! For competent, honest, and reliable air conditioning and heating service they are the company to call.

I have been using Deke's for years now. I was referred to them by two different friends that do not know each other. Since then, I have met two or three other people who use them and love them. They are honest and I trust them completely. It is always a pleasant experience from the phone call til completion!! I will never use anyone else

Our A/C went out upstairs ... right before the July Heat Wave of 2013! Because they did such an excellent job with our heater in January, we immediately thought of them. We called at 7am and Steve was at our house at Noon. Took him about an hour to fix the A/C unit and blissfully cool air was once again wafting through our vents. He also told us that we have excellent A/C units and that as long as we kept up the maintenance they would last many more years.
Don't buy it when other companies tell you that you automatically need a new A/C unit...call Dekes before you call anyone else!

After getting other quotes for my home where the only option was to replace the entire unit for 10k simply due to a, older, faulty damper, I called Dekes and Steve came out. It was an inexpensive fix and the ac works great. The best qualities about these guys is their honesty and that they will repair older units /systems if possible and will only recommend a new unit if really necessary.

I highly recommend Deke's for any of your AC needs. Steve was awesome, he knew I had a bad blower wheel as soon as he stepped out of his truck and even had a replacement in his truck already. He had the old wheel out and the new one in super quick. Great service and they will always be my go to for any AC needs. Thank you again.

I can't say enough about how happy I was with their service. After receiving a very high quote from another company, Deke's was able to come out right away and perform the service in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the cost. They are knowledgeable and honest and the only company I will call from here on out.

These guys are awesome. First time I used them they fixed my A/C for under $200 when 3 other companies wanted to charge me over $6,000 to replace my unit. Their technician Steve has been to my house 4 times over the years and has always done right by me!!

Called this morning, Owner Steve called back promptly. Tech Darren came by within 2 hours, had the part to repair the blower in my system. Unit up and running and cooling perfectly now. Love this company. Thanks guys.

Steve did an excellent job. Fast and honest! Big company tried to make me change a pipe for 1,500 when all it needed was to be tightened. 🤦‍♂️

Called on a SUNDAY morning at 8 am (they are usually closed), because our air condition died throughout the night and temps were already at 106° (with a projected 115° today) . Steve, the owner responded within minutes and was out within half an hour to fix our issue and get our cold air back! THANK YOU so much again! Fantastic company and very honest with reasonable pricing!

These guy's are awesome, had my circuit board go out and it was 4 at night. Thought it was going to be a long sweaty evening and they came out that night and had it replaced in no time. The gentleman who was here was awesome and I couldn't be more satisfied, thanks Dekes for the awesome customer service.
