Express Home Services and Lu were absolutely amazing!! The quick turn around time, along with the honesty and transparency was top notch. I’m truly thankful for their services, especially it being so close to Christmas. I greatly appreciate them and 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Joey was our technician, and he was super friendly and professional. Both sinks in the master bath were draining slow. After cleaning out the p-traps and pipes, both sinks were running and draining perfectly. Thanks for such a great job!

Lou was a very excellent technician who serviced our hot water tank. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions and concerns we had. Best technician that was every sent to us and he will be with company for a long time.

Joseph “Joey” was so helpful. He could have charged me a high price to try resetting my toilet to solve a mystery smell problem. Instead he got on his hands and knees and cleaned all the outside parts of my toilet and vacuumed out the tank. He also investigated the tub drain and had me put baking soda and vinegar in it. He was thorough and suggested waiting to replace wax ring until we change out toilet to save money. I would use this company again in a heart beat!

Patrick did a regular inspection of our furnaces he was very informative and personable.
Terrell performed an electrical inspection and replaced several outlets. He also was very pleasant and efficient.
I've subscribed to Home Express for several years now and have always been happy with their service.

PLumber Louis He has done good work of the mantanance for my Water Heater this time;
He also fixed my Kitchen faucet and water flow problem before. From those work, I know he is experienced PLumber and have done great job to fix the problems.

Incredible company! I had a membership that expired a year ago, but because I didn’t get a utilize my membership as much as I wanted, they ended up waving inspections. On top of it, I had the technician I met over a year ago come out he remembered me and made me feel so comfortable! Express home services does a great job! Worth every penny.

We pay a small fee monthly for 4 inspections per year. Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and lastly Air conditioning. Our plumbing inspection eliminated several issues that would probably need addressing. We chose to repair these issues and add an additional project that they provided a fair estimate. Again we are pleased with the results and have every confidence in the workmanship Luis Yambo provided. They may not be the cheapest price for every project but their quality AND consistency keeps us happy.

I needed to have my water heater drained and taken to the curb. Joe was fast and efficient. I'm very satisfied. Great Job !! I would recommend Express Home Services to anyone who wants good expertise at a fair price!!

From beginning to end, my experience with Express was truly blessed. The call wasn’t just about fixing a water heater, it was a moment that showed what it means to serve with godly power and humility.

LU displayed selfless professionalism, patience, and care in everything he did. He answered all my questions, explained how things worked in detail, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. His attitude reminded me of Philippians 2:3-4, “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”

What stood out most was how genuine he was working not just with skill, but with heart. It felt less like a business transaction and more like being welcomed into the Express family. Their team showed the kind of service that reflects Colossians 3:23, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.”

I left the experience grateful, inspired, and confident in the work that was done. It’s rare to find people who take pride in their work while also serving with faith, integrity, and kindness. Express and LU truly live out those values every step of the way.

Don’t.
1) These folks installed 7 NEW smoke/CO alarms (Nov 2025) in my house and they expire less than 3 years from now (Aug 2028). They are supposed to have a 10 year life span.
2) I was charged for 12 recessed can lights when only 7 were installed.
3) They have a plumber named ‘Joey’ that does terrific plumbing work. I highly recommend them for that if Joey is doing the work.

Waiting on customer service to address #1 and #2.

Had a great experience with Cristian. He was able to diagnose the problem with my outdoor lighting wiring and provide top tier customer service. Even gave me tips on tools that are beneficial to homeowners.

Patrick was very friendly, spent lots of time with us discussing all of our options the day before and the day of our repairs he and his partner were fast and efficient. I couldn’t recommend Express Home Services enough. Fantastic service as always

Called this company re: purchasing and installing a whole house humidification system. They were supposed to send their expert, Patrick. Patrick couldn't make it so they wanted to send Housten. I said I want an expert and I was assured Housten was an expert. This, after the manager wanted to argue with me about Patrick not coming. Well, the expert Housten was at my house for less than 45 seconds when I learned he wasn't an expert at all. He told me every AprilAire humidifier above model 500 is a steam unit. I explained to him that all models up to the 800 are evaporative units. The steam starts at model 800. The AprilAire 400, 500, 600, 620, 700 and 720 are all evaporative humidifiers. So much for expertise. I sent him away. Between the arguing and the lack of expertise, this is not a company I'd do business with.

Luis is an awesome plumber! He’s super personable, knows exactly what he’s doing, and really takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I appreciate how he walks me through the process so I actually understand what’s going on. He’s helped me with plumbing issues twice now, and everything has been perfect both times. Highly recommend Luis if you need a reliable and skilled plumber!

Fast service. Plumber at my house within 2 hours after I called. Plumber Joseph was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Identified problem and had fixed shortly after. Would recommend to all my friends.

Luis came out and did a hot water heater flush and was fabulous!!! He’s incredibly nice, honest, and I would trust him completely. He showed us another service we are going to need done soon and there’s 0 doubt in my mind he’s going to be the one to do. Finding good honest techs are really hard these days, I’m always hella skeptical. But Luis made it very clear he wants to do right by us and the company and have a good name for himself. Super cool dude, was evening loving on our cat. Highly recommend!

Tony Romero did a FABULOUS job on my listing. We needed GFCI outlets in the garage and Kitchen. We also needed him to inspect and replace covers for quite a few outlets outside. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my client. Fair quote, expert advice and very friendly.

I’m also happy with how quick it was to schedule an appt. I reached out to Jeremy late at night, he responded right away and said he’d get us set up for the next morning. Tony showed up asap and started work the next day.

I have had superior experiences with Express Home Services for 1 1/2 years now! My last one was my plumbing inspection with Joey. He was very professional and informative.
