Jordan is one of the most knowledgeable and hard worker technicians in the company, he's always willing work over time and long hours, if you have him at your site you're in good hands.

This company is nothing short of disgusting. Overpriced and poor service throughout. Had this company come fix a particular unit and they fixed another unit and threaten to sue. Ridiculous and unreasonable. It's like going to the eye doctor and you told them to operate on the left eye and they messed with your right eye and billing you full price.

He says he's not a miracle worker but I disagree. Tony fixed our Ac over the weekend after hours. Had us running in just a few hours. Excellent technician HVAC King

They overcharged me 1.5 hours of labor at $105 per hour. Appointment was at 9am the tech showed up at 10 am. He worked on my unit less than an hour for a preventive maintenance/ tuneup then left saying he would go do the paperwork/bill at 11 am. He comes back 30 min later and says he charges from when he leaves the last job. So the billed me 3 hours which an hour was travel almost and hour to do the bill and maybe an hour of labor. Also charged $50+ for a transport fee. I complained and he offered a half hour off immediately which was still not close accurate for the job preformed. He told me to sign the bill saying it was disputed which I did that showed it was $305. At most this bill should be $100 plus the $50 which is questionable. They still wont make the bill right. A guy named Brian {complete moron} called me and told me I have to pay the bill even though it is incorrect and i can prove it. I would never use them again! They are another example of a new company moving into town trying to SCAM hardworking people.

Used a tech, J…. , from this company , started off good but eventually stated I needed coil new and from there for next few months , was recommended to change our evaporator in attic
Problem being he never came back after sep 2 , 2022, kept asking for more money , cause new regulations , outdated equipment, all excuses . He delayed the install for over 4 months, Covid a few times , couldn’t get a co worker to help , inspectors couldn’t show up . I fell for it , my bad!
Then when I asked for my money since nothing was done , for. Approximately 3/4 months , newer excuses , the check was delayed, check in the wrong name , every excuse except one , not taking blame for himself and company. . Hoping this review helps others to be wary.
As of yet , I’m out approx $7800.00. Yikes!!!

I contacted this company because my outside fan stopped running. The guy came and replaced the capacitor, charging me $350+$50. After he left, although the fan ran, the air conditioner didn't do cooling. He came back and told me I have to replace the compressor too for $2000+, even suggest me to replace the whole thing for $6000.

Then today, my friend's friend came to check and found out the wire was connected wrong which cause the air condition not does cooling, after reconnecting the wire, it is running perfect. So all I can say is: Don't use this company.

Truck number 343 with license plate 11035X2 nearly crashed into two vehicles going southbound on -15 near Barstow. Very reckless driver. Not sure what the service is like but maybe don’t drive like a jerk in a marked van.

Our company has used Ontario Refrigeration for several years. We like their techs and dispatch. When we place a call they show up the same day or next day. They keep their maintenance schedule on time, and generally do good work. They have my trust and we plan to work together for years to come.

Fast service, actual people answer the phone, and they communicate and respond when i ask a question. Similar to how business used to be when there was customer service. They do maintenance, service work mainly for us. Solid so far.

We had a great experience with Ontario Refrigeration thanks to Sebastian, the technician who came out yesterday. He was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly every step of the way. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. One small suggestion—it would’ve been nice to have a QR code or something on-hand to leave this review right when the job was done. Might be something worth considering to make it even easier for happy customers like us to share feedback on the spot. Highly recommend!
