After one week without A/C in August, dealing with my home warranty and their choice of contractor, and no resolve. I called Deke's Refrigeration. They showed up the same day within hours of my call and had all the parts needed on the truck and were able to resolve the issue within 30 minutes. Professional, straight forward and honest!! I should have called them in the first place! Don't hesitate if your not sure who to call, these guys they are the best!!

Without fail everytime I have AC issue, it is when Dekes is closed. I've had 2 other companies come out. Without fail they always try to sell me a new unit. Then on Monday, Steve from Dekes comes out and has it running ASAP. IMAGINE THAT. HONESTY. I can't say enough positive things about Dekes. If your looking for an honest AC guy whose business philosophy is to keep his customers by being honest rather than a one time big sell of a new unit that you don't need, call Steve at Dekes. Top rate. Honest.

A/C heat pump stopped working. Dekes came on short notice. Bad compressor 😞. Had a new unit installed on the same day. Friendly staff. I will use this company again.

Bought a townhouse and the heating unit needed work. Deke’s was referred by a close family friend. Tech showed up before I did. Very courteous and friendly. Took a look at it, informed me of what the issue was, gave suggestions then got right to it. He also cleaned the inside of the unit. They are definitely saved in my contacts and I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs too.

For over 40 years, Deke's has been the only ones to service my family's heating and A/C, first at my parents' home, then at my own, starting with Deke, and then his son Steve. Outstanding service and technicians!

Hands down, they are the best ac company I have worked with. Unlike everyone else who tried to sell me on a new unit, Dekes was honest with me and explained all I actually needed was a replacement part. I have to give them a huge shout out for their integrity. They did the diagnostic and repair very quickly and for a very reasonable cost. My heater is now working great and I cannot recommend them enough.

Harassing text messages manipulating clients into thinking they are your AC service when they are not.

When I asked when they had serviced my home in the past they continued this fraudulent marketing.

No reputable business would behave this way. I wouldn’t trust them to provide any service on my home, especially one where service is hardly ever verifiable by the average home owner.

I has a mini split ac unit installed. They did a wonderful job, and cleaned up after themselves.
This company was the only one that said the compressor could be put in the back instead of in the front yard. The were the most reasonably priced.

Mike did a thorough inspection of my heating system and took the time to explain in detail the functions of all the components involved. I am now aware of what I'm working with and what to expect in the future. I'm very pleased with his service.

I got two great services from Express Home Services recently.
1. My front Heat-Pump/Air-Conditioner unit was out on Sunday afternoon. I called and requested Patrick McAuliffe to fixed it on Monday morning. It’s not urgent because my back unit was working well. I was very surprised when he came in and directly checked the Heat Pump in my garage instead of the Air Conditioner in my backyard. He told me that the entire unit was shut off automatically by SAFE-T-SWITCH due to the piled-up water under the switch. When the water was sucked out and the Air Conditioner was on.
To solve the same problem happening again, he went to my front yard and back yard to check, but he couldn’t find where the water went out. He cut a small square hole on the box under the Heat Pump and found out the water was going down to the ground. Then he shortened the vertical water pipe and forced two horizontal pipes tilted down a little bit, such that the water will flow out smoothly. (Sorry, I don’t know how to attach the photos this time.)
Afterwards, he and Express sent Jaime Diaz from Superior Paint & Drywall to repair the small square hole. This honest man refused to accept my payment because he was under contract with Express and Express would pay him.
2. Joey Paratore came to maintain my plumbing system. The electric water heater from 2009 was flushed thoroughly. He didn’t replace the rod (very expensive) as other companies used to do, because the rod was in good condition due to no water softener used in my house (from his experience). He answered my plumbing questions and gave me some advices. After I requested, he also gave me the estimates of replacing the electric water heater and some corrosion-buildup valves repair/replacement.
I greatly appreciate these experience and honest gentlemen and their wonderful services.
By the way, all of the above serves are free of charge because I have the Express membership.

Luis provided excellent service, checking all aspects of our plumbing for our annual plumbing checkup. He provided necessary information and recommendations. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Express Home Services.

We found out a week and a half ago we have a small leak on our main line and would have to have a completely new line put in. Joey came out on the 5th got me a quote and was able to start the next week. We had to finish as we were in a time crunch and he stayed and made sure it was done beautifully and had us finished and up and running in 3 days. Amazing job and attitude. 5 stars all the way!!!

The technician Jose Anica came by to fix my AC that had been out for 2 day. He was quick, effecient and thorough. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the work done. The price was reasonable and the chat option to book the appointment via chat. My only complaint would be no one seems to be able to find our monthly account that we signed up for several months ago and have $12 plus dollars per month taken from my account. How do I correct that?
