Antonio came out on a Sunday and took his time inspecting the unit we are planning on purchasing, gave us great recommendations on what preventative maintenance needs to be done, and diagnoses the core issue.

Great and friendly, had a lot of experience in the field, and customer service was top notch.

I hate writing negative reviews. My experience with Bumble Breeze was the worst customer service experience ever!

Have a four-month-old water softener still under warranty. Thought the problem was pretty basic; water is not recycling but is overflowing through the overflow valve, leaving one side of our garage flooded with water. Told the dispatcher exactly what my problem was.

When the technician arrived, he claimed, "she is only a dispatcher." The technician was completely ill-prepared to troubleshoot/fix, my problem and was unaware of the reason I called for assistance.

Instead, for the $49 "consultation fee" I received upsell right from the beginning. He could take out my new/under warranty water softener and replace it with one that costs 10 times what I paid for mine, or, as his supervisor said while on speaker phone with the technician, charge me $200 an hour to work with the warranty company to facilitate a full repair.

Apparently, this company is not versed at the repair of Rheem water softeners, although a Google search revealed they are. Do not expect anything from this company--no commission, no assistance, period--JUST UPSELL TO THE HILT!

Update: Seems with every poor review this company receives, they reply in very flowery terms, promising to follow-up. Don't believe it. They do NOT follow-up. Their reply intends only to whitewash their shoddy service. Shame on them for sending a repairman to a person's residence who has no intention of fixing the problem but only offering "upsell/unnecessary" solutions.

Gonzalo was amazing. He came and checked our really complex system. It’s a Mitsubishi system and we’re super professional clean organized just an all-around awesome guy.

Water softener replacement. Great communication and customer service. I didn’t like the price, but do we really enjoy parting with hard earned money? Appreciate that it’s a lifetime warranty on softener.

First thing technician said was that the split unit system we had was garbage which is his opinion that he’s entitled to have but it’s not a productive attitude. Then he proceeded to say he didn’t know anything about the computer in my split system and couldn’t address the LED issue that was having a problem…he quoted me a crazy high amount for a repair that he could only partially complete because of his lack of knowledge on the computer…. Then he wanted to charge $300 a pound for coolant to charge the system! I gave him $40 cash and said no thanks. It’s was a waste of 40 bucks. If if I could’ve given him a negative number I would -2 Stars.

Erik S. came to my condo prepared to work - and I had a lot! I had a new hot water heater installed and ALL the water valves changed, kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, shower handle and faucet changed as well. He was extremely professional and had a great sense of humor (told us he was on the job for 3 days 🤣 I knew that wasn’t true because BB sends a photo and a little bio on him before he arrived) It was truly a pleasure to have him in my home and as much as I like him - I told him I never want to see him again 🙃 Really though, I would recommend him and BB to anyone that needs a great, reliable HVAC contractor!

I sent a last minute inquiry via text on Tuesday evening regarding a clogged garbage disposal. Bumble Breeze was able to have a technician come out the very next morning. He was able to fix the issue on the spot. Everything from inquiry to payment was very smooth and quick. Communication was also amazing. Definitely will be using Bumble Breeze again and will recommend to others!

Our experiences with BumbleBreeze have been excellent. Eric Oliva came out to do a seasonal checkup of our AC and try to figure out why our main bedroom didn’t cool in the summers. His work was thorough and efficient, and he explained everything he did and the results of his inspections clearly. He didn’t try to upsell us, though he did identify the bedroom issue and suggested solutions. He was friendly and professional and low-pressure, which is exactly what we’ve experienced from Bumble Breeze in the past and why they’ve earned our trust. Mark came to present their bid, and again the experience was low pressure and professional. The job itself was carried out with amazing efficiency and tidiness, and our installers were professional and friendly. We recently also had a plumbing inspection from Jesus Rivera Rodriguez that was thorough and effective.

Jerry was great! After noticing that our water pressure was decreasing around the house, we decided to give bumble breeze a call. Jerry came out and first thing he tried was turning off the bypass to the water softener and then running our showers to see what the water pressure was like. The water pressure was amazing, once the bypass was turned off, which showed that our fifteen year old water softener was at its end of life. Jerry hooked us up with a new water softener, and now our water pressure is better than ever. The entire process was smooth and they even offered no interest 1 year financing which helped us make the decision. We now have the best water pressure!

I called Bumble Breeze after being told I needed a brand new unit because mine was phased out. Bumble Bee came found the company had tuned my unit off from the roof. Adam the technician was very honest. He found me a much more affordable solution. He also did a full inspection and told me what to look out for in the future.

My stepdad had a new HVAC system installed in January 2025. The technicians that have been out have been wonderful. Special kudos to Wes Lokken. He went above and beyond to help with installation of a Resideo Smart Home System. He was kind and promptly returned phone calls and text messages. I recommend him and Bumble Breeze for anyone's HVAC needs!

Every interaction I have had with Bumble Breeze over the last 3 years has been stupendous! Every tech is clean, professional, kind, willing to communicate and explain what they are doing and why, efficient, and all around amazing. The booking process and communication of changes and scheduling is superb, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I needed a plumber fast because my water heater started leaking. This was the second company I called and their price was fairly similar to the first company but it was the customer service for me! Clarence was kind, knowledgeable, fast, and personable. I could have easily called the first company back out but Clarence won me over with his customer service and it’s a plus that his skills matched! Thank you Clarence for your top tier professionalism.
