After seeing all of these positive reviews I’m not sure how I got so unlucky. They showed up on time and seems genuinely nice. Did not wear shoe covers or cover (or offer to cover) furniture. There was no detailed explanation what they were doing like some of the other reviewers supposedly got. Maybe after seeing all the raving reviews I got my expectations set a little too high. They came. They made some noise in the ductwork. They left. I guess I got what I paid for…

Friday April 7th 2023 a guy named Paul came out to work on our dryer that wasn’t producing heat. Anywho. Paul comes in moves the dryer forward, takes the foliage off, dusts the very little lint that was in there, attaches it back to the dryer & his job is done. We were quoted a total of $169 for him to do that. He also insured that the dryer now works & our clothes will be drying properly. WRONG! Today is April 11, 2023 & we’re having to dry our clothes outside in the sun. We have a family of 10 that lives here & we’re all drying our clothes out in the sun because the lack of service that we received! Wait, it gets better!

Before I paid Paul, I asked him if we could use their $50 off coupon that they advertise all over their videos. His boss Ron denied us of the coupon. I also asked if there could be a more fair price for the job that was performed because $169 is a lot for someone to do what he did. Paul gets on the phone with Ron & whatever the conversation was, Paul hands me the phone & Ron tells me “Why is my technician saying you’re refusing to pay him”. We were not REFUSING to pay! We just asked if there’s anyway the price could be more fair. & Ron replies saying “The price is the price no matter if he’s there for 2 min or 2 hours”.

We have got a lot of maintenance done with other companies & for something as simple as what Paul did & was waved for the simple fact that there was really nothing to be done & the other companies didn’t feel right taking the quoted amount for it.

After paying Paul he chuckles while he walks back to his van & says “At least you don’t have to use us ever again”. The service completely sucks. Like I said we were insured that the dryer would be working & it’s still not working. We paid $169 for nothing & got completely robbed!

I wrote this review on their Facebook page & literally 2 min later i was blocked. Idk if they’re able to delete review on Google or yelp. But they sure are deleting bad reviews & reviewers on Facebook.

Ron came to service our house promptly (same day) as another company we had booked missed their service call. Ron showed up on call, professional and prompt. He took pictures of our dirty air vents, recommended a total service of the entire house. As one of our family members has asthma, we went with his recommendation of the whole house (we initially just thought we needed the laundry vent) and we are so happy we did! The before and after pictures were astounding. Book Ron; he’s kind, knows his stuff and did a fast but thorough job of the vents. Make the investment; Im glad I did.

This company was amazing! Ron came and assessed the situation and gave us a cost for the work to be done. He was very clear about the work that needed to be done and how long it would take.

He even showed us our dryer vent and how bad it was even though we had a company doing it and charging us $80/year for bad work. He made sure to set us up for a yearly visit and cleaned up everything before he left.
