Cleaned and inspected my gas fireplace and chimney. Arrived in the time frame expected. Great job of covering everything and cleaning up afterwards. Very efficient. Took pictures so I could see and explained everything. Highly recommended

Eco home heroes, was referred by a friend of my mother's. A team of 3 guys came in set up took lots of photos & videos of their work which was AMAZING. They took care of everything cleaned up afterwards too. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends or neighbors.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. Eduardo and his team were AMAZING. You’d never even know that they were here. They did such a great job covering everything so it didn’t get dirty, moved everything back, and vacuumed everywhere. All three guys were so friendly, respectful and followed all COVID protocols. And these ducts hadn’t been cleaned since this place was built over 20 years ago, and the drastic difference in the before and after photos they took is incredible. I feel so much safer health-wise living in my unit now. Thank you so much for the expedient, professional and cost-effective service. I will 100% use them if I move to a new place, and have already told several people about what a difference it’s made in only 6 hours. They were here this morning, and the air feels colder, crisper and cleaner than before, especially if you have allergies, this is a great service, and the only company I’d consider using.

Eco Home Heroes went above and beyond to install 3 chimney caps in hard to reach areas. They also did an excellent job assessing the problems and doing a chimney sweep. Great communication, follow through, and pricing. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic job! Very efficient well organised team arrived on time. The air is now much fresher now. They vacuumed and cleaned all the vents and ducts changed all the filters even for the dryer. Tested the air flow before and after. Had B4 & after pix of everything and PDF reports as well! Brilliant Manager, superb Supervisor and a great team! Well appreciated and recommended!

Wind blew down a cover and cap from our roof above the fireplace. EHH immediately responded when I called and worked around my schedule to repair the damage. They were able to use the original items and put them back in place which saved me a lot of money. Super super service! Thank you! Highly recommend.

The Eco Home Heroes team did an excellent, thorough job cleaning the ducts in my home. My house was built in 2014, and I was impressed that they spent over five hours on the service. The post-service report included detailed photos showing everything removed from the ducts and dryer vent. Eco Home Heroes is a professional, top-notch company—I highly recommend them if you haven’t had your ducts cleaned yet.

I called Eco Home Heroes on Thursday to schedule an appointment after already getting a quote earlier in the week. They were able to come out Friday or Saturday, so very quick. Saturday worked best for me. They said they'd come between 2 and 4. That day I received a call that they could come earlier if it was ok with me, which it was. They showed up and got to work cleaning out my dryer vent. They did a great job and we're sure to me before and after pictures and explain everything they did. The price was great, they did a great job..would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who needs this service done!

I had my vents all cleaned, fireplace cleaned, and dryer cleaned. i could not say enough good things about this company!! they went above and beyond. my floors were literally cleaner than when they arrived. they covered everything so none of my property was damaged or dirtied, super friendly and professional staff!! they even brought in my packages and made sure to turn on all my purifiers afterwards and plug back in anything they had to unplug. my house is literally cleaner than when they arrived. the team did an absolutely amazing job. i couldn’t be happier. they were also very nice to my pets :) thank u guys so much for all you did!! 12/10 job. also- pricing was great compared to others i checked out!

QUADCA.. as well as some of the local businesses before calling Eco Home Heroes. I wanted the air-ducts, dryer vent, and electric fireplace cleaned. Eco was prompt in getting back to me and answered all my questions. The Eco team arrived on time, they were professional, well-mannered and did an outstanding job. A few days later, a neighbor asked if I could tell any difference in the air quality since the cleaning, that they had used another company and couldn’t tell a difference. The air quality in my home is so much better, I could immediately tell the difference. I’m in the sensitive group for respiratory problems so clean air quality means a lot. I was both impressed and appreciative of their quality of work. Also, the price was reasonable. I’ll definitely be using the Eco team again.

Three young men came to my house and cleaned my vents, including my dryer vent. What great customer service they provided. They explained everything, were very respectful of my home and did a professional job. There weren't any 'add on' prices...just the price that was quoted. I recommend them highly!

We are so happy we called! When he got there, he introduced himself and got straight to work. Showed and explained everything he was doing. Ended up fix both fire places on top of cleaning our dryer vent. Definitely going to call when we are ready to clean all ducts.

When we turned the fire on there was a strong odor. I called Dryer Fires to come out for an inspection that turned into an inspection and cleaning. King explained every step along the inspection and cleaning. Explained what the odor was. Who knew I had white bricks in my fire place!!! I am so happy with the service!

Awesome service for our home that I had no clue we needed! We thought the dryer was broke, but turns out we also purchased 20 years worth of dryer dust blocking the vent. Thanks for the help!

Great service. We used them to clean our 2nd floor to roof dryer exhaust. They scheduled the appointment 3 days out as it is there busy season which worked perfectly for us. Other companies we called were 7-10 days out. They confirmed the appointment the evening before and not only arrived on time but sent an eta 15 minutes out. They got everything cleaned out efficiently and provided the before and after photos. I highly recommend them. Professional, great communication and efficient.

Personal note: When I was a kid I was a boy scout. I regularly kept a small ziplock bag of dryer lent on camp outs and used a little of it to start our campfires using only flint and steel. One little spark is all it takes to get going. As much lent as he pulled out there was no doubt in my mind it was a definite fire hazard.
