Don't buy equipment from here, I would suggest to research a bit more and find a different supplier, they are acting like they are the only supplier in the industry.

Made an appointment. Waited for 40 minutes in the hot sun for David to show. Finally, I called his office and was given his cell phone number. I called David and he said that he looked at my location earlier that day. Without even speaking to me. Why did he make me wait in the hot sun for 40 minutes? He didn’t even call me. I would never do business with this company. That is very unprofessional,

Also, he quoted $1200 to clean 28 feet of ducting and add pigeon screen. That is crazy expensive.

In my opinion, use a different company. You have many choices.

I hire this company to clean my air ducts. My house is still dusty. There is dust on my glass table everyday. The other problem I have with this company is: My furnace and air-conditioner worked fine before Air Care entered my house. Now, my heat won't come on. A mechanic (from other company) said there were some screws loosen around the motor and one had jammed the blower and burned it up. The mechanic found screws on the floor. He claims he has never seen anything like that before. Now I have to replace the motor in my furnace because Air Care mechanic failed to complete his assignment or it was deliberately done to create a call back with the goal of making more money from me.
Regardless, I will never use this company again. Beware!!!

Purchased a deal via LivingSocial for a dryer vent cleaning within 75 miles of Denver. Got a call from the subcontractor the day before, saying he couldn't make the appt, but he'd call the day of and verify. He called the next day and said he couldn't make it, but would call on Monday to reschedule and assured me he'd take good care of our house.
He didn't call on Monday. When I called the company the next day, they immediately offered a refund instead of trying to fix the issue. I said I didn't want the refund, I wanted the service. After their surprise, they rescheduled.
If you guessed that the guy called again and said he couldn't make it, you guessed right.
The advertisement said within 75 miles of Denver, but their subcontractor doesn't want to work within that area.
Very disappointed in their customer service - have no idea if their service is as poor.

Setting up the appointment was uneventful. It could be better if the first one who answered the phone (a lady) didn’t have to transfer my call. The technician (Sean) notified us prior to the appointment and very punctual. Every vent in the house was thoroughly cleaned, protected the furniture and really vacuumed the affected area afterwards. He was very courteous and explained very well what he will do and even warned our residents about the noise that the machines make. Receipt and paperwork were well documented as well. We’re satisfied about the service we received. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would give him or the company 9.5. I would have given them a 10 if he had those shoe coverings that one can get at Home Depot or Lowe’s as not to spread whatever bacteria or virus that cling to his street shoes. Elderly residents have slightly weaker immune system especially if they are already suffering from a certain illness. I would recommend this company without any mental reservation.

I had the pleasure of having Drew clean my ducts today. The quality of the service was exceptional! Drew was punctual, friendly, efficient, and informative. Two of my master bedroom vents were internally collapsed. One of which, was very clogged. After cleaning them, you notice significant difference in the air pressure. My main levels vents were so dirty he asked that I take my babies outside so they wouldn't breathe in the debris. He took the time and cleaned every vent in my entire home. (About 3-4 hrs) He covered my belongings with sheets to minimize the mess, then cleaned up afterward. Oh and they make their own permanent filters...Can't speak on it's quality just yet.. Not that there was a problem with odor but you can literally smell the difference in the clean air. Overall, I am very pleased and will be using them in the future. Thanks Drew @Air-Care!
