Absolutely stellar service! From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, every step was handled with professionalism and care. We had an appointment between 8-10. The technician Mark showed up just a little after 8. We showed him where dryer was and he explained the whole process and got started. I watched as he started with main dryer vent from the outside and was shocked at what was coming out. He got it completely cleared in about 10-15 mins, then using shop vac to clean up all the lint mess, then went and did same thing from inside just to make sure it was completely cleared. He then worked on dryer and gave that a good clean, even taking off back panel and the whole 9 yards on our Samsung to make sure that got same treatment as the vent. He recommended replacing the dryer vent hose with a more sturdy and flexible option since our area is very tight and not much room to work with. He explained everything every step of the way before doing any actual work so we knew what we were getting into as far as cost. In the end it cost us way more than we were expecting, $325 to be exact, but it was well worth it now knowing how dangerous our situation was but also knowing we're safe from any possible fire which he said he was surprised hadn't happened since all areas were so clogged with excess lint. He recommended having service at least once a year which we'll be sure to do from now on. He also did a quick duct inspection which probably hasn't been cleaned in years, and will email a quote for that. I highly recommend this company for the thorough job that they do, they leave no stone unturned. Thanks again to Mark, he did a fantastic job

I was able to get an appointment scheduled for my dryer vent cleaning very quickly! The tech was very knowledgeable and explained how to take care of our dryer and the maintenance schedule we should follow to keep it in the best condition. He was quick and efficient in his work, and was very personable. Very thankful for the service we received today with Duct-Master LV ! Would recommend to anyone!

Called around several places and got wild price estimates for duct cleaning at our office. I came across Duct Master LV and they came out the next day and took care of everything. was quoted $69 for a dryer vent cleaning. They stated that they had availability from 4-6PM and they would call me before they were headed over to my house.

I got a call at 4:26PM stating that the technician would be at my house in 40 minutes. The tech didn’t get to my house until almost 1.5 hours later. The guy that showed up smelled of weed and apologized for the tardiness. He began to look at my dryer and then asked me to show him where the vent on the outside of the house was. After we found it we said that it would be $280. I advised him that I was quoted $69. He then pulled Google AI and showed me that the nationwide vent cleaning service was anywhere from $170-$280 and that Nevada was more expensive. I began to lose it at that point and told him that I wouldn’t pay that much. We finally negotiated a price of $99 which I thought was reasonable since I was intending to tip on top of the $69, however it was still more than the agreed upon price on the phone.

He cleaned the duct on the outside and then his tools ran out of power so he asked if he could charge his drill inside of my house. I agreed and then he left for about 30 minutes. He came back, did 10 minutes of work and then he said he was done. I was so upset at this point that I just wanted him gone from my house so I paid him and let him go.

He didn’t even clean the dryer duct behind the dryer so now I’m having to do that myself.

Beware of any quotes over the phone because their outsourced “technicians” will try to rip you off when they arrive at your house.

Made appointment. 2 hour window. Called to let me know when technician was arriving. Mike spent over an hour thoroughly cleaning the dryer, dryer vent, and changed the dryer hose. It was extremely dirty. Mike also swept up the junk and put in the trash can. Job well done and worth the cost.
