I called Vegas Valley air duct to come out and clean our dryer exhaust duct... my wife is pregnant and that is all I have heard for the last 2 months... the dryer duct ... the dryer duct... I called 2 other companies the first one didn't show the second one my wife wouldn't let in because she said they "looked like criminals"... i am so ready for her to have this baby....

Anyway VVAD came out and my wife called me telling me how happy she was, they did a great job, professional all the good stuff. I was so happy she was happy I told them go ahead and do the vents and stuff while they were there. They did a great job and even I notice now ow much cleaner the air is in the house smells. Thank you for getting my wife off my back...

Im going to have them do my offices next.

Horrible company don't hire them, I hired them to clean my duckwork, they did a terrible job, I checked them they are still the same dirty so I called the ron guy at the office to complain he said that is the way we do, I will never hire them again, I am a construction contractor we don't work like that, they are unprofessional people. People don't get ripped off from this company.

Owner, Ron Marino notified me of 2 techs coming to clean at noon. Jacob n ray ( techs) arrived before noon.. very polite, concentrated on their jobs, explained everything they did , and even vacuumed some mess after they were done...

Don't waste your money! They say 150 for all the vents, they came over and only cleaned four. The rep claimed the rest is sucked up by a machine the hooked up. Plus they don't tell you that vacuuming the unit is an additional 150 or so. It's been a month since they serviced my house still having allergy issue, will have to hire another company.

Ron your guys are nothing but professional and nice. And clean up so neatly after themselves. Now i know why my wife’s company uses you guys. I highly recommend you all. Thank you so much.

Apparently, people that give this outfit more than 1 star work for the company.

Pretty bad experience, and was ripped off.

Was told that they had proper equipment to clean a 2 story house (3200sqfeet), "the same equipment we clean large commercial buildings and casinos with". That was a lie.

Their guys showed up with a shop vac with a duster taped to the end of it. So how can a shop vac with a little hose reach a duct 10ft in the air downstairs, and get all the way to the AC units on the roof? I don't know, you tell me.

One vent down stairs had been broken beyond repair from being forced back in Improperly, and they missed 2 other ducts downstairs, one in the kitchen and one in the livingroom.

I complained, and was told by the owner that the following Saturday they would show up with commercial grade equipment to actually clean a house of this size. When the driver showed up, he looked at me like I was a Martian and said "we don't have anything like that". After standing in the driveway talking on the phone with his boss for 10 minutes, he left.

I've called the credit company and put a hold on the disputed charges.

Please go find a quality duct cleaning service, and don't go cheap. You get what you pay for, and it's worth a lot to your family to have it done rite.

These guys are Fraud.

I Just bought a new house full of dust, people before must have also smoked in the house, needless to say I was in a funk. not knowing what to do I called Vegas Valley Air Duct, they said they can can get the dust and cigarette smell out and they did. I was getting high energy bills and I looked on Nevada energy website and they said to get your air ducts cleaned. I called Vegas Valley air duct 00 sweet and since then I did receive one electric bill and it was lower than last month. I’m hoping that this reduces it thank you Vegas, Valley Air duct.

$525 in A/C damages were caused by Vegas Valley Air Duct. Right after our air ducts were supposedly cleaned in our home, our A/C unit for upstairs would not turn on. Home warranty's diagnosis/pictures showed wires were disconnected from the transformer. Home warranty wouldn't cover the repair since they said it was caused by Vegas Valley Air Duct. I never want these people back in my home.

When I called the owner, Ron Marino, he denied any wrong doing. I filed a BBB complaint and he couldn't even reply with my correct first name. I just wished I had my time and money back instead of dealing with the most unethical company I've ever encountered. I dislike giving negative reviews though this is a moral obligation to warn anyone that would consider using them.

Fabulous Service. Quick, efficient, professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them. Kyle and Sean diagnosed the problem, got on the roof, cleaned the air duct, tested dryer, problem solved. Thank you so much!

Absolutely appalling behavior. My realtor reached out to them for invoice and never got a response. I got verbally accosted by Ron with threats, and I never received the invoice or had any direct communication before as my realtor picked them. They could have made a simple phone call or follow up with my realtor, but Instead threats and nasty behavior was their first response. Do not recommend-unprofessional and aggressive uncalled for behavior for those calling themselves professionals.

I am from California and I thought I was getting good service all these years from other companies until I booked Vegas Valley air duct whe. I moved here to Las Vegas they are very detailed professional and organized. I am so glad I came across them I would recommend them very highly to anyone that needs air duct cleaning.

I had this company to come out and do my air ducks and a couple of my chimneys needed swept. The owner seemed very knowledgeable and I trusted that they would inspect my chimneys make me feel safe they were clean in operable. The owner said it should take about 4 to 5 hours. The crew came as promised on time they brought all their equipment inside and completed the job. I had an small issue and the owner addressed and solved my problem.

House air conditioner died late evening. Ron was quick to answer and had someone over the next morning. Quick, affordable, great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Although the technician arrived on time as scheduled, he did not really seem to spend much time doing what he was supposed to be doing. He completed cleaning my ducts in less than one hour.

The equipment that was used appeared to be little more than an oversize industrial vacuum cleaner not a system specifically designed for air duct cleaning. Not much more was done other than removing the individual vents and suctioning out the readily visible dust/dirt for some limited distance into each vent. I could have done this myself with my Dyson vacuum cleaner by using the appropriate attachment.

There was no equipment used to centrally flush/blow out the dirt/dust from the vent system overall. The technician (name unknown) also appeared to be something of a "shakedown artist" offering to clean my blower and air conditioning coils for an additional $150.00. Payment would have been by check made out to "cash" and would not have appeared on the company's invoice. Doing "work off the books" sounds more than a little bit fishy to me!

The fact that this employee was not the most competent individual in his line of work also could be seen in his apparent confusion when he tried to find my blower via a small attic access panel in my closet. He did not seem to know that what he was looking for could be found in the garage, until I pointed this out to him.

This certainly did not give me the impression that he knew what he was doing and from the overall hastiness with which the job was performed the poor first impression that I had was confirmed.

Description of work:
Cleaning and sanitizing of 11 air ducts in my home built in 1994.

Total cost was $150.

Didn't actually hire this company, but my neighbors did. They parked their van in front of my very full trash/recycling on pick up day last week (Saturday), so obviously the waste management company could not pick it up with a service vehicle in the way and I had to let the garbage stink up my garage another week. I would hope that any company I hire would pay closer attention to detail and what is going on around them than this company did.

Having a lot of dust in my home was not nice to see and not healthy. I called Vegas Valley Air Duct and received a price and booked an appointment for the next day. I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see dicusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better becouse I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. I am so happy that I had this service done cheers.
