I highly recommend this company. Quick and efficient in terms of communication and service delivery. I could have hired the other company who did a so called tune up and suddenly gave me a quote of $1,325 just for air duct cleaning. I felt like I was being robbed! So watch out for those companies who flood your facebook with ads that says “tune up” for just $18 because for sure they will definitely offer you astronomical charges afterwards.

I was quoted such high prices for cleaning my air ducts and dryer duct. Vegas Valley Air Duct Cleaning did a fast, superb job. My house already feels so much cleaner. I will definitely be calling them again.

I called Vegas Valley Air Duct for a quote, after talking to Ron and realizing how professional they are I scheduled. The techs arrived on time and were very neat, they basically took all the dirt with them because my home look cleaner then before they came, thank you guys. My home has less dust and smells fresh, I will be recommending Vegas Valley Air Duct to my friends and neighbors. I have scheduled them to now clean my animal hospital, I believe that will make a huge difference to my customers and animal friends.

Buyer beware! Hired these guys to clean our dryer air duct vent. Recently got new washer and dryer set and dryer start giving us a code of air duct blockage. They were very quick to schedule and get out to my house. However they left a huge dent I my new dryer. (See photos.) After calling the manager he acknowledge his tech accidentally dented my dryer and arranged for another tech to come out and fix it so I agreed. The dent is slightly better looking but now there’s ripples all over the top of my dryer. Again called manger and he asked for model number to find a replacement options. Since then they have blocked my phone number and refuse to return any of my calls! All this and my dryer still had an error code for blocked air duct, called a professional company this time and they discovered that Vegas Valley Air Duct actually damaged my air duct (see photo.) Extremely unprofessional company, and they have no idea what they are actually doing. Stay far away from these guys.

I had a clogged dryer vent and Mark come out same day to clean out all the built up lint. Mark was professional and fast. Will definitely be calling them again!

After my cleaning my dryer started making funny sounds. Called the owner and he said it’s noted in their notes that my dryer was already doing that. If my dryer was making funny noises, im sure the guy cleaning it would have told me and if he didn’t, they need to work on liability and communication. This means if you find something wrong with the dryer before touching it, notify the owner so you can’t be blamed. Just a tip.

Our dryer was taking 3-4 cycles to dry one load. Mike came out and cleared out our clogged ducts and replaced the pipe that was broken. Overall a great experience, thank you!

Excellent service. Did a great job in cleaning our ducts that hasn’t been cleaned in over 5 years, They identified a section of ducting that was disintegrating and gave us a (reasonable) quote to replace it, I thought it’s going to cost much more to be honest but the price was fair

Made an appointment to have a laundry duct cleaned, for one of my rental homes, for advertised price online. I even confirmed that price when i made the appointment, never once was it mentions that price may go up. I received a call from the tech stating that because this is not a yearly service that I get I now need to pay 3 times what I was told, he also kept repeating that I need to have this service done every year like I was a child. I would have no problem if that information was given to me when I made the appointment. I even went back online to see if there were terms for the price listed and there is nothing. I would not recommend because they are not upfront about their pricing.

Guy handed me a blank estimate to sign after we discussed the price of $750ish to clean the ducts. I wrote in the price discussed in the estimat and handed it back to the guy. The actual price was suddenly twice the price discussed because it was per unit. Then I got a "discount" for the "mistake". Never sign a blank estimate. Ended up paying nearly 1k. We had just painted the house interior and the cut marks around the vents needed to be repaired after they left. Instead of cutting next to the vents, there were gouges a quarter inch away in the dry wall on some.

Mark is excellent! Came on time and give me estimate in house less than 5 mins and performed the air deep cleaning right away. He showed me before picture and it was super dirty and he recommend me to do deep air cleaning instead. Very polite and knowledgeable! Worth the cost. Will definitely use this company again in the future!

I booked this company with the intention of having my ducts cleaned. I called to verify that it was only $100 and the gentleman asked me how many air/c units I have and I replied 1. He confirmed yes, only $99. So I booked it. The cleaner came out and did a once over of everything, asked me if I ever had them cleaned I said yes a while back. After a while he told me that it was going to be over $700. I told him that’s not what they quoted me, and he said sorry that they did not explain how they worked. When I declined the $700, he came down to $500 and he would do the dryer vents for free. I said no. He brought a big vacuumed cleaner into my house and stuck it to the vent, he didn’t even remove the vent cover! He left it there for about 20 minutes and came back in shut it off and said, okay, that will be $100 and I asked, is that all you do for $100???? You stick a vacuumed cleaner up to a vent and you don’t even sweep it or stick the vacuum in each duct? Wow!!!!He then said sorry, they should have explained that to you. He saw my disappointed look and asked me if he could clean my dryer vent and I declined because at that point I just wanted him gone. What a joke and a waste of my day and $103. Woof I would never hire this company if I were you. Had I read a review like this, I would have definitely asked more questions and called elsewhere. 100% guarentee is a joke.
