We recently hired duct master, to come to our home and clean our clothes dryer vent system. We were extremely impressed. Our technician was on time. Did a complete thorough inspection. Told us up front what was needed. Did a great job in a timely manner. Previously we had hired two other companies to come and do the same job. One company which will be unnamed started with a S. The other company we had hired started with a Z. Both of those companies are nationally known companies. And those companies did a very poor job we paid an extremely high rate to get the work done by those two companies. In fact the company we hired recently, which name starts with a Z. Not only did a poor job they actually made the situation worse which created a bigger clog in the system. So you can understand we were a bit reluctant to hire any other company. Fortunately for us, the experience we had with duct master. Was a great experience They fixed the problem. Our home is cleaner lint free.Thank you so much Duct Master. 😁😁👍👍

The technician mike was amazing did a excellent job, and even show as a pictures before and after.

I have to be honest, I don't know anything about duct cleaning. This company had a same day opening and a special, so I was a little hesitant. We have never had our ducts cleaned as I didn't even know this had to be done. This company is amazing and the technician Mark-wonderful! He explained the process, took pictures of the ducts before and after he cleaned. In addition, he was kind, professional, and I can't find the words to describe what a great experience. I highly recommend this company to all.

Great service! I wanted to have a thorough cleaning of my house and started with my air ducts. I found Duct-Master LV and am so glad I did! Tech was super professional and knowledgeable! His quote over the phone matched the actual price. He completed the work promptly and cleaned and disinfected all the vents.

I called DM and they sent Mark the very next day. He was early, did a great job cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. He even fixed our dryer hose as it was crushed behind the dryer and I didn’t realize it. He did a great job and I won’t hesitate to call them again to complete another service!

Horrible customer service and horrible at their job. The dryer vent got cleaned but in the meantime my washer drain hose was disconnected and left me with a flooded kitchen. How can you call yourself a master of anything? Do your job and take accountability when you don’t. You had a lot of fun with your friend helping you move the machines imagine how I much I enjoyed pulling my back out to do it myself to avoid an insurance claim and a gaping hole in my home. Absolutely do NOT recommend. What an outrageous waste of money.

Found this company when my dryer and dryer vent needed cleaning. Called Saturday and had an appointment on Monday. Service provider was professional and explained what he was doing and why. He took the time to show us how our dryer had a ton of lint build up and that was the reason for it over heating and turning off. My dryer vent goes through the cement slab of my house and Duct Master was fully prepared for the challenge.

Very bad company all guys move the rotors brush

My husband ordered from this company because they have good quality equipment; however, he ordered more than 2 months ago and have yet to get everything he ordered. We are stuck paying the monthly bill, but he can’t even do much without all his equipment. Customer service is extremely unprofessional. They do not respond to our calls or emails. If they do, it takes awhile and aren’t helpful.
If Id known how long it would take, I would’ve got my husband to order from somewhere else.

I wouldn’t suggest purchasing from this company. Very slow response times for a company that sells to businesses.
Ordering my equipment they had a lot of challenges shipping to Canada. Then after only a few months a part breaks and is not covered by warranty and I have been waiting a month for it.
I would have gone with rotobrush had I known how bad the service would be.
