The machines are ok. The phone customer service and support after purchase is non existent. Replacement parts are never available. You have to jump through hoops and get put on hold and sent to voicemail repeatedly before you get any answers.

I would give no stars I ordered a 16+20+4 filter and they sent me an undercut filter that is about 1/3" smaller all around and it's to small, they will not let me return it so I am stuck with a 98.00$ filter that I can not use . Beware of this place they are not very friendly and they don't seem to care that the filter does not fit. I will never do business with them again.

Do whatever you can to buy your supply anywhere else, even pay more but do your self a favor and don’t do business with this people

Ordered a custom filter. It arrived .25" longer than I agreed to and will not fit my frame. Cheryll is unwilling to accept that a mistake was made during production and only says that I agreed to the size when the order was placed. For $120 I would expect better. I have already begun a dispute with my bank as this company is unwilling to admit a mistake was made even after I sent photos to prove my claim.

Eduardo and Khalil were super friendly, very efficient, and cleaned so thoroughly we were amazed! Pictures before and after all along the way including the dryer vent. Fun chatting with them (and never seemed annoyed 🤣). They took their time, in all the right ways. Well worth the service! Thanks guys!

The employees were on time professionals very clean efficient cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned all the vents as well and cleaned out our dryer vent. They took pics of everything and sent all of them to me. I will hire them again next time when I am due for a cleaning again

I was really impressed with Emaan and his team. They were so responsive, even called me to say "Our ETA is 3:02 PM ma'am". Who does that? They were superbly communicative. The duct work from the dryer vent was very clogged due to two 90 degree angles in the vent. They spent two days working to unclog it, bought separate equipment, and didn't charge me a dime extra. They also informed me that one of my ducts could not be cleaned and was very damaged. They referred me to Air Right, another great company, to get me up and running. I can't say enough good things. I did one of those Yelp "Auto Quote Messages" to a group of businesses at 9pm on a Saturday night when our dryer suddenly stopped working and Emaan was the first one to reply and instantly had a great customer service special going on so I couldn't say no! The only downfall was he didn't have time for an air duct cleaning for almost 2 weeks and there was no way we could go without our dryer for that long but he made an exception for split visits, squeezed us in as soon as he could and sent Eduardo and Ernesto back today to do the air ducts and WOW! Both visits had amazing before and after photos and both rounds of employees especially E&E went above and beyond to accommodate my sensitive dogs! I really appreciate Emaan for not only squeezing us in but honoring the same new customer price first quoted and letting me just pay a deposit for the first visit and the balance due after the second. We definitely will be hiring them again when it's time for another cleaning. Don't go anywhere else they truly are Heroes the name does not lie!

Yesterday Eco Home Heroes fit me in to their busy schedule with 24 notice because my new rescue cat had gotten the register cover off and had been in the duct work for a week. With all of my efforts, he never came back up and I started smelling a foul odor. I thought he had died and this wonderful company was willing to recover the body for me. Well they put camera down and he was still alive and after a lot of maneuvering,they got him to come up and he is still with me ! They went above and beyond to help a senior in need. Thank you again and I would recommend them to anyone. I already have them scheduled for a total duct cleaning from the cat being in there so long

These guys were awesome! From the moment I called they were the only ones who didn’t act like car salesman and were totally transparent about pricing (I don’t know what it is about the HVAC industry, but I had spent all day getting quotes and every person I talked to was acting as though they were selling me a rocket ship).They even text me their flyer that has all their pricing on it. They were on time, treated me, my home, and my pets with care and professionalism and worked their tails off all day. They actually tried to save me money too. It isn’t often you get this kind of service anymore so I really appreciated it. We got a full duct cleaning as well as coil and furnace cleaning.

Jacob and his assistant Luis were great. They were very thorough, answered my questions, and explained the entire cleaning process. They covered furnitures, beds and floor as needed, and cleaned up after. I highly recommend them.

a bit of a background: My wife is a disabled veteran and I am an unhealthy adult with lung related medical conditions including asthma, COPD and long lasting effects of covid.
Months ago, we hired a different company (yellow colored vans) to clean our vents. They cleaned our dryer vents but didn't do a good job with our Heating/AC Vents even though we paid them to do the whole house. Months later, we paid another company to "rejuvenate" our system. They said the first company didn't do a good job and that they have to clean our vents again (upselling). We agreed and were charged more than twice what the first company charged but this time, not only did this second company not do the job they said they were going to do, the first person they sent forgot to turn our heater back on and the second person they sent stripped the screwholes and bent the metal encasement of our heater leaving it unsealed and leaking. Both of those first two companies didn't bother cleaning the vents in our high ceilings.

why share this history? because when Eco Home Heroes heard our story, they felt so bad for us and what we've been through that they offered to do the job properly for an extremely low discounted price compared to what any other company would have charged. When they came and did the job, we actually felt the difference. We witnessed them sanitize our vents - the other 2 companies didn't do that. After the Eco Home Heroes staff were done, were able to breathe better literally and figuratively. We tipped the staff well and let them and the owner know that we are grateful for their work and their ethics. Everyone we dealt with from this company, whether it be on the phone or in person, was professional, respectful and courteous. This city is a better place with this company being in it and we wish more businesses would be as honest as Eco Home Heroes.

Fantastic company !! Highly recommend.
Cleaned our ducts, bath fans, dryer vent, cleaned registers,desanitized the duct, deep cleaned our furnaces inside. They arrived on time, they wore shoe covers and used drop cloths, they vacuumed before leaving as well. Highly recommend , if you’re looking for this service they use all the correct equipment as well!
