Ron was able to get me in short notice and the guys showed up early and did an amazing job I couldn't have asked for a better job to be done they were fast and professional and very thorough. I called many companies to find this is the only professional air duct cleaning company worthy of booking an appointment with. I found out later on that they are NADCA Certified and that made me even more confident of the choice that I made of the air duct cleaning companies that I found. When they came I was informed of the procedures used to clean my air ducts and then they proceeded to do their job. I was treated professionally from the initial phone call to them doing the job and when they left I can tell that there was a lot less duct around the house, making it easier to breath. Hence, I like being home more now then before I had this service done. I would use this company again and the price was very reasonable.

I had my air ducts cleaned a couple of times from this company throughout the years and they remain consistent. The guys are polite and aware of their surroundings so the job went smith as usual. I am very happy with this company & I would recommend them

As a landlord living in California, I needed some work done on my properties and low and behold......I found Vegas Valley Air Duct by a Google search. All I can say is "Wow what a great find"!! They were very professional from start to finish and very speedy to boot. After over thirty years of business they really have it down to a science. I spoke to Ron from Vegas Valley air duct,
on the phone and I was trying to arrange an air duct cleaning. He explained everything thoroughly and it was easy to schedule.when the guys came there was no mess and it went smoothy, they were on time and I would recommend this company highly.

I (Lori ) had my air ducts and dryer vents cleaned. Ron the owner was very pleasant. Sal the technician was great. He very through and explained the process. The price was exactly what they quoted. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a foreclosed home that had a bad odor and smoke smell. I changed the carpet, painted and had the whole house cleaned, yet the smell was still there. I called Vegas Valley Air Duct, They were polite on the phone and were knowledgeable about the problem I was having. They explained the whole process of how they would do the job. They were also able to get to me quickly. The day I called they offered to get to me that same day, but I wasn't able to. They accommodated me and got to me the next day. The cleaning guy arrived on time for my 11 am appointment. He was polite and took about an hour and a half to do my house. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to others.

Had a great experience with Vegas valley air duct. Call them 9am, the guy who answered explained exactly what services they do and the prices. They were able to come down to my house the same day. The tecs were friendly and did and great job. Very clean and thorough. Would definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend them.

Today, 2/3/2023, a tech from Vegas Valley Air Duct Cleaning company, KYLE, came to the house to clean our ac/heating ducts. He showed up at 0745 and worked until he finished at 1430. We have a large house. He did a fantastic job, was extremely professional and meticulous. We could not have had better service and highly recommend Vegas Valley Air Duct Cleaning Co. Kyle was nothing short of FANTASTIC!!!!

Last week Active Plumbing and Air came out to service my HVAC system for winterization. While out they recommended I clean my ducts, and referred me to The Vegas Valley Air Duct Cleaning.

From the time of referral to appointment was less than a week, and Ron called me personally the same day to schedule my appointment.

Day of the appointment he crew notified me when they were 30 minutes out. Upon their arrival they ASKED if I preferred them to wear booties over their shoes, walked me though what they would be doing, and the why. I work from home, but they did not interfere while they were working, even though we were sharing the space in my 'home office/ loft'.

They put plastic tarps over my furniture to ensure it stayed clean. They were polite, professional and kind. They finished the upstairs ducts and move down stairs. They finished the work in about an hour, and were off, my home better off for their visit.

At the end of my work day I went down stairs and noticed the oven was dead. I sent a text message to Ron around 6pm, and he instantly response "I am in a meeting, but I will call you back."

True to his word Ron called me back, and with confidence he told me the oven died because the equipment tripped a GFI outlet. He informed me "It will be the plug you least expect", and informed me if I could not resolve the issue on my own, he would come out and help me the next day,
Ron was right- I found the GFI outlet, tripped it, and everything in my home was back to normal. I called Ron back to let him know and thank him for his assistance.

The attention to detail, customer care, and professionalism of the the Vegas Valley Team was amazing! I will be using this service annually.

Had a bad smell like someone was smoking in the house before I moved in I called Vegas Valley air duct they are professional and courteous on the phone and where able to schedule me for the next day. They came on time and were very careful with the surroundings. They got the smoke smell out of the air and now I'm in love with my new home. Thank you Vegas Valley Air Duct--highly recommend!!

Called three companies that didn’t bother answering before talking to Vegas valley called early in the morning and he sent out a tech by 1pm tech was running few minutes late no big deal since communication was spot on and updates were given for his arrival time. the tech cleaned our nasty dryer vent out completely and wouldn’t you know our dryer now works like it should. Two other companies failed to even bother and get on roof to do a proper cleaning. The tech listened to our concerns and was very professional. Cleaned up behind the dryer and reinstalled hoses without us even asking. Highly recommend . I will definitely use them in near future for duct work cleaning.

The owner Ron was super helpful and they were here on time as promised. Jacob's service was amazing. He showed me everything before and after and I am so appreciative. I was scammed a few months ago by a different company so be sure you are looking for the correct one! Use Vegas Valley Air Duct...they ACTUALLY do what they say! Air ducts cleaned, sanitized and Jacob went above and beyond to clean each individual vent as well as it came off the wall. Will absolutely only use this company.

Vegas Valley Air Duct did a wonderful job at our hone today. Called to schedule an appointment and they were able to complete the job on a Saturday, which was great for us. Professional and friendly service. Juan was kind and very thorough. We believe the price was appropriate and the quality of air already seems so much better and it smells better! Highly recommend.

I called Vegas Valley air requested a quote. They came on time and did not try to upsell me on anything I am not use to that dealing with other companies in the service industry. The guys explained what they were going to do then they got down to work and they were very Skilled at what they did. I just want to say that Kyle and Dominic are awesome! They showed up to our residence early for our HVAC duct/dryer vent cleanings, were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and they cleaned up after the work was done. They answered our questions and explained in detail what they were going to do. They took their time to do the job right and we got great results. Two young men showed up the day after I called and were extremely polite and professional. Shook my hand, asked if I preferred shoe covers, did the work, and then told me all the details before they left. They ran the dryer to show me it was functional and even showed me the amount of lint they had removed. I would use them again 10/10 times! Exceptional service.

I needed my dryer duct cleaned and repaired because my dryer was not drying. I spoke with Ron (owner) in regards to my issues. He had one of his technicians come over and he took care of the problem fast. Th technician even made sure my dryer was working properly to confirm the blockage was gone. Great customer service and great value! The technician (Jacob) was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and honest. I will definitely use them again to clean out my air ducts in the future. What a great experience. Vegas Valley cleaned our dryer vent and swept our chimney today. Not only were the workers professional but they were very polite which is difficult to find in today's times. We are extremely satisfied with our experience today.

My son owns an air duct cleaning company in Dallas and he interviewed several companies in Las Vegas before picking Vegas Valley Air Duct Cleaning. The other companies gave him false information or exaggerated.
Ron and his team did an excellent job cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent in my 5th floor condo. He also cleaned the air handler which was very dirty. The air handler is in the attic of a closet; a very small space making it difficult to clean. My HVAC system works more efficiently now and the air is cleaner. I can tell because my allergies are better. Vegas Valley Air Duct Cleaning has been around for decades and they know what they’re doing. They are trustworthy professionals that do a thorough job.
