Customer service to get an appointment was very easy and stress-free. The workers came on time, but they seem to be in a rush. They left a couple of tapes on vents didn’t clean one vent in the closet and I had to remind them to do the air conditioning units. I also have a shuffleboard table that had to be moved for access or I’m sure it could’ve been covered. However, it was moved and not moved back, which makes it very difficult because it’s a very large and heavy table same with the downstairs family room couch.

Professional and honest company! They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and informed me of what they were doing at each step. I highly recommend them!

I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. The cleaning took about 1 hour and 10 minutes total, including setup and cleanup, even though I was told beforehand that the job would take 2 hours or more.

The technicians did not check for damaged ducts as I was told they would. When I asked about it, I was told they check duct pressure by taping the AC returns, but not all returns were taped, and some were only partially taped.

Overall, the service felt rushed and did not match what was explained to me when I booked the appointment.

Great company and great guys to work with. They bend over backwards to be sure the customer is happy. My kind of people, they do it the right way the first time. I highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, caring and did an awesome job! I have a two story home with 2 AC units and the prices that were quoted during my shop around to find the right place, were absurd! But the owner of this business was not only friendly, understanding and fast with responses, he was beyond reasonable with price! He even included a huge discount for having two AC units along with my dryer vent for free! I will be forever a customer with Las Vegas Air Duct Cleaning Services!
