This company was assigned to take care of our unit when out AC went out by our rental company. The rental company called and left three messages throughout the day. I also called 3 different times and left messages. No one ever answered any of those calls and no one ever called back! Between 8 am and 6pm we never hear from anyone. Not the way to het business.

I will never work with this company again! I had just brought my wife back from the hospital with a new born. Our AC stops cooling. Our leasing company calls out spartan mechanical. First their poorly trained technicians tried to get me to believe that their thin filters are the problem. Then they try to convince me that nothing is wrong, even though I had ice from my attic to the side of my house. I kept putting in maintenance requests and they kept sending spartan. After being tired of the poor services, I, as a hvac professional myself, decided to diagnose the system. The previous company put a 3 ton unit in place of where a 4.5 ton was needed. Spartan came out again and I asked them what size unit it was and if it was right for my house and they said "I don't know, it's not my job to make sure the unit is the right size. I only see if it is working." Technically, it was working when they showed up because the ice was gone, and they just now fired it up. Knowing that it kept icing up should have been a clue for them to want to fix the issue. Instead, management, who was not present for the conversation, told me that his technicians wouldn't say those things. But, they did. After arguing with management for 30 min, they finally agreed to submit a report to my leasing company for a replacement. They said they would get there in about a week and a half, and I didn't hear from them or see them for over a month. Unsatisfactory all the way around! 2 thumbs down!

I randomly chose this company to clean my vents & I’m so glad I did! Everything was explained to me before the service began & pictures were sent to me of the things I wouldn’t be able to see without getting on a ladder or unhooking the hose. The bonus is this veteran family owned company!
