This is the most honest man and company I have ever dealt with. Even though I had no service completed due to issues in my home which were out of his control. He was very honest and transparent , I would recommend this company to anyone that I know. It is really hard to find people that are trustworthy now day’s and it’s nice to see they still exist. He was honest with what he could and could not do and helped me rather than just taking my money for nothing. I am so glad that I found this company and will use them any time I can in the future.

They cleansed my air ducts gave me a reasonable price in my opinion. Very friendly where okay with my dog constantly barking from her kennel: I’m super happy this is one of the best company’s I have ever dealt with :) I highly recommend

Amazing work. Terry performed a great service to our home. We have two systems and he was able to clean And blow out all the air ducts in the home. Including the dryer vent and the bathroom ventilation system as well. The air quality is perfect now and we now have air doctor systems throughout the home to maintain our air quality. I highly recommend this company for anyone to have allergies or poor air quality in their home. Thank you.

Order a Groupon when the guy got here was told my Groupon didn’t cover anything
The guy did his inspection and on doing his inspection I needed basically a full cleaning cause it was bad he then told me I have more then 8 vents but not to worry he would include those extra ones at no extra cost then also told me I needed or should have it sanitized well we talked about pricing already and then told me he would hold off since I have birds which I coulda put in the back yard or even better reduce the rate well he didn’t he charged me a cleaning discount but to find out he gave a discount cause he didn’t do my dryer vent even tho I paid for that he didn’t do my extra vents even tho he said he would take care of me on that
He just came blew the motor dust off an left didn’t even clean the mess he made once he left I found dirt balls everywhere
I called back to see why I was told I was getting a full cleaning then was told I didn’t pay for it even tho my voucher comes with the vent cleaning also he told me he would do all the vents no charge since he was already charging me 500 for a 20 min job
I was told I got rip off an was told a full cleaning woulda took 2 hours minimum and what i paid for was for the guy to just do a quick half fast job for a quick pay out an man he gave me a hard time about billing didn’t want to give me a discount then told me he would take 50 off but then didn’t do everything he told me nor did he give me my contract

Super easy to book on Google Maps and response time is fast. I had an appointment two days after booking. This is a father son owned business and I highly recommend them. They show you video and pictures of your ducts before and after plus I had them replace the grills on the two major air vents. Very happy with the results, thank you again.

Wow. I wish I had the words to describe how happy I am with Terry and his service. What an amazing experience!! I would like to begin by saying this was my first ever exposure to air duct cleaning. Not only did Terry educate me but he went through every single thing step by step. First of all his pricing is beyond reasonable. He is super transparent about everything. Never once did he attempt to sneak in any add ons or extra pricing. He actually even suggested I go the more basic route as my home did not need the most intense service. That type of transparency and honesty is so rare these days. They came prepared for everything from shoe boots etc they actually even had corner protectors for furniture and walls! I never once have seen that from any other company. Terry not only provided me with a before video and pictures of my air ducts but even took after videos and pictures as well! When you think it couldn’t get better it absolutely does. His service even included dryer vent cleaning and was also kind enough to take care of vacuuming my bathroom exhausts. Terry truly went above and beyond I am so beyond grateful for his professionalism and service. When I saw how many fantastic reviews he had I had no other option but to choose him. I hope that if anyone is on the fence about reaching out for his services with this review it pushes you to go for it, I promise you won’t be disappointed! Thank you again Terry for everything!!

Seriously, amazing customer service. We got a vent clean (8 vents) and I had communication through out the whole process. I really appreciated that the technician gave me a clear expectation of when he would arrive. not only did he come within the time promised, he let me know how far he was when he was on the way, and made sure that I knew exactly what to expect. His service was very thorough, he was honest about what we needed, and I knew exactly what to expect each step of the way. overall it was a great experience! I’m very impressed. Great prices for the cleaning , I been sneezing and coughing and couldn’t figure out what was causing it I was starting to be miserable in my own home . Finally I feel better after terry came and cleaned the air vents and showed me all the dust inside the vent intakes . Will have them coming to clean those next :) !

Great experience all around! Very friendly and explained the work that was being done step by step as well as answered all of my questions. The pictures and video were very helpful to understand the condition of our vents/intakes and the results after the work was done. They were very honest and up front about what work was included and what each added option entailed. They didn't try pressure me into work that wasn't necessary. We purchased the Groupon for the initial savings and read through the landing page which clearly explains what the added costs could be depending on size of home, condition of vents and optional add-on's, etc. I booked with Allergy Cleaning Specialist because they came highly recommended, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone who suffers from Allergies and chronic dust in their homes. I'm excited to see the positive impact this cleaning has made on our home!

Paid more than i expected but my house IS old and I suspected that previous owner did nothing so…there’s that. Terry, the service provider, however, was highly informative. I asked him a ton of questions, I believe he gave honest, genuinely informative answers. I have used this company before in a different house so I am a repeat customer. I have recommended him to friends. I see no reason to not continue using this Allergy Cleaning company. Terry is reliable, showed up within the window promised, is respectful of my home, uber professional. I like that he does not mind my watching him work. I interrupted him multiple times to ask questions. IF he was bothered by that, he did not show it at all. I like that he gave me education that added to my knowledge of my HVAC system and my roof. I LOVE that he gave me that education without being disparaging to other professionals. He did not talk super fast, allowed me time to write notes, and even took the time to rewrite the price quote to be more legible. He is pleasant to speak with and to me, his passion for air quality shows. Terry made recommendations for upgrading AND gave me options for acceptable budget friendly fixes which I appreciated. His gave me those recommendations without high pressure sales tactics. He will get my business for yearly maintenance and future upgrades.

I was referred to Terry by a family member and I’m so happy with their service! First off, I appreciated the communication the day of my appointment. Great experience with these guys! Father and son are an excellent team! They came to my condo to do an air duct cleaning. They were fast, kind, and respectful, and they took the time to explain the whole process to me. Terry and Chancellor did an excellent job. He first carefully inspected the vents, and he also recommended a sanitizer treatment to kill dust mites and germs. The air circulating smells better and is fresher. 10/10, highly recommended! 🙌🏼😊

Such a wonderful experience!
They communicated through step of the process. Texting to let me know there was one job ahead of mine, called to confirm they were in route and their ETA. They went through the whole process before starting.

We were quoted just over $1,500 from another company and they told us we would have to replace a bunch of things. But when Allergy Duct Cleaning showed us the camera and went through everything they said no replacements necessary, and completed our cleaning.

Such an honest and friendly experience with a great company that I will recommend to all my family and friends!

What I appreciated most, was that we came up with a solution that was right for me, and there was no pressure for up sells or anything like that. In fact, we discussed one thing and he said absolutely don't get this particular service done at this time.
