Wanted to make an appointment and they only have 2 time slots...8am to noon or noon to 5pm. I can understand a 2 hour time slot but 4 or 5 hours??? So I did find another company that had 2 hour time slots at a cheaper price with excellent reviews.

Revolff Home Services was contacted to remedy what I suspected to be a clog in our dryer vent, and from the onset of scheduling the appointment to the day of service, which amazingly took less than 3 days, we received prompt and premium level professional service. As soon as I greeted their lead service technician, Plamen, at the door, I just knew it was going to be a good experience when he introduced himself and immediately removed his shoes before entering, and even put on booties while performing his vent cleaning services. During his service, he fully explained his process of troubleshooting the cause of our clogged vent, and even offered several solid tips on how to properly maintain the dryer ventilation system moving forward. The entire job took less than 20 minutes, and he made sure no lint mess was left behind. And, if that wasn’t already enough, he also texted me a link after he left for some dryer wool balls that he couldn’t praise enough for trapping lint, reducing wrinkles, and saving energy with reduced drying time, I mean WOW! what a super nice guy!!... So YES, they have an ALL-star review from me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to others. :))

We hired Revolff to clean our dryer vent and we are very happy with the service. From the initial phone call to schedule through the final few moments of the service, the employees were professional and helpful. Ronita, the scheduling agent, was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I even received a return call within an hour with more answers to my questions. Plamen was punctual and fabulous! I appreciated his hard work (I don't believe our dryer vent has ever been cleaned and our home is 20 years old) and his explanation on why we need to be proactive with regular service. I will definitely be hiring Revolff again!

We paid to have our dryer vent cleaned roughly 6 months ago. Then we had another company come in shortly after to clean our AC vents, they happened to look at the dryer vent and showed us pictures that our dryer vent was never cleaned. We were completely ripped off $98. Tried calling the company and was basically called a liar. Beware.

Edited to add: I asked to see these pictures several months ago as I challenged you before. What triggered this review was that you people won't stop calling us and telling us we signed up for recurring services. I can 100% guarantee you did not do your job and whatever pictures you have are absolutely from someone else's home. But keep on lying. You'll be found out I'm not the only one but you pay to have negative reviews removed. Someone will end up suing you soon.

Highly recommend Revolff for vent cleaning service! Plamen was punctual, great communication before and during service. He was contracted by our property management company to come clean the clothes dryer vent in the house we rent. He was very professional yet friendly, and respectful of our home. He worked quickly yet efficiently, allowing me to view his work and explained every step.
Although we rent the property, we are in the process of moving to a property we purchased. I asked to schedule a time for him to come check out our new house and he went over immediately, going above and beyond what was expected. Even though he reported no need for cleaning/maintenance at our new house (honesty appreciated!) we still plan on calling on him in the future for cleaning & appliance services. 5 stars all the way!

I was able to get an appointment scheduled for my dryer vent/duct cleaning very quickly! The tech (Plamen) was very knowledgeable and explained how to take care of our dryer and the maintenance schedule we should follow to keep it in the best condition. He was quick and efficient in his work, and was very personable and kind. Very thankful for the service we received today! Would recommend to anyone!

I highly recommend! Very honest! I called them out for a dryer vent cleaning and Plamen said it was clear and showed me that there was no build-up. I offered to pay and he insisted that I didn't and was just happy we were being safe about a potential fire hazard. He was very friendly, professional, and on time. He even wore booties in my home without me asking which I really appreciate! I will definitely call them out in the future if I need appliance repair.
