I changed my review from 1 to 4 star because this is a small business that made a simple mistake.. they left the gas turned off to my dry—I didn’t relieve the problem for a week.

Plamen is very knowledgeable and professional, I am very glad Revolff was the company chosen for my dryer repair. He was very well equipped with the correct tools needed and didn’t mind explaining to me what was being done along the way. He even tested other components to confirm with me what the true issue was. I appreciate this company and Plamen for the professionalism and I highly recommend their service.

I found Revolff through Google. They had the best reviews. I was not disappointed. I had to get my dryer vents cleaned because my Home Warranty stated the service was not covered. Setting my appointment up was a breeze. The agent was polite and friendly and was able to schedule me for the next day. I liked that they were able to text me in regards to my appointment which included tracking when our technician was on the way. Our technician was Plamen, who is also the Business Manager. Let me say, he was very honest with my husband and also sent me a follow up text. He gave me some insight on the companies that the Home Warranty company uses. I will for sure recommend Revolff and use them for future services. Thank you!

Beware! Did not complete full dryer vent cleaning. Contacted multiple times and multiple ways. Haven't heard back since they were suppose to relay message and follow up. Pricier than others in town. Thought it would be worth it. To get legitimate service. My dryer is still not heating up. Frustrated and disappointed. And before the replies begin. I'm well aware that this is vent cleaning and not repairing a broken dryer. I've had TWO separate dryer repair technicians check before AND after cleaning. Nothing wrong with dryer and it's only 2 years old. They checked components and gas line. And changed the valve/coils. This is block of air flow from top. As it goes up into the roof. Hence the work not completely done. And could have replied back to.discuss. And not have the customer wonder and wait. Been almost a week since I reached out. Which is wasted time. Trying to give many chances to resolve.

You wasted NO time to respond to this review. But NEVER replied to any calls, texts, or emails. And finally did on this forum. Yes, the technicians test and check change parts as process of elimination. After this service and having a home warranty. Why would I spend to have you repair? Offering does NOT repair the issue if it's not the root cause. And it's back to the SAME ISSUE with air flow. That's why it runs and then loses heat. In my community, ALL the lines run to the roof. So don't know what you're saying about roof contractors and what not. This is not unique. If that is the case and YOU are limited to what your dryer vent cleaning can do. You should be upfront and not come across on your website that you do. And avoid customers after. Just to respond to this. Kindly call ME if you wish to discuss further. If you stand by your work. And I already addressed FIRST, your whole narrative about your pictures. Which you did coincidentally say in another review. I see a pattern.

A great company offering the best service! I was really happy with the performance of our drier after the cleaning. Quick and efficient. I like that they were able to schedule an appointment within a few days, even offering Sunday time slots, and I was updated by phone and texts/online tracking letting me know a technician (including name and photo) was on their way.

A photo of some of the dust and lint etc that had been removed made me realize how important it is to do regular maintenance. I got a text message with attached photo while the technician was still working outside.

I’m calling them again next year when it’s time for another cleaning.

My freezer was no longer freezing and a request for service was put in with my warranty co. Within 2 days Plamen arrived. He was very personable, friendly and was able to adjust the freezer to operating condition.He even came back a couple of times to insure it was ok.
