We are very happy with the work done by Allergy Air Duct Cleaning Specialists. Our system was overdue for a good clean. The gentlemen from Allergy Cleaning we're very thorough and efficient; also their rates are very affordable. They were so nice, and not judgemental about our messy house or super dusty ducts. They are a family-owned business and they take a lot of pride in their work. We will be hiring them again in the future, and we highly recommend them for your home, too.

I don’t like the fact that they had a special and expect you to go through reading fine print. No condos, no townhomes. No refunds. That’s fine but I don’t like being gaslit into thinking it’s my fault. Be more clear on Groupon and don’t hold locals liable. I would not recommend this to anyone I know realtors, housing rental management. I was aware they didn’t cover it I don’t care I spent a tiny $50 dollars they can keep, them texting me to remind me over and over is ridiculous. Found better and they covered my hvac also. 0 stars if I could.

Terry and his sons are amazing. From the communication about our appointment, to even asking to come by a couple days early since they were down the street. They were very through and showed us everything from beginning to end. They were very careful as our home is an older home. They did an incredible job and I will be highly recommending them to everyone. Thank you guys and we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

Terry and Chancellor were amazing from the start! We had such a pleasure having them in our home and educating us. I have a baby on the way and this cleaning was a MUST! They did an incredible job and their friendly and warm presence was icing on the cake. definitely will be sticking with them for our maintenance!

We had our ducts cleaned on 2/23 following some contractors work that caused significant dust. The 3 gentlemen (father and 2 sons) explained everything they were going to do and showed enhanced video of the ducts beforehand. They then cleaned everything and showed video post clean that they can air drop to you. In addition we had them do our dryer vent. We got a great tip on how to use a dryer setting to keep duct clean. We did do an extensive cleaning given the dust we had despite house being less than 2 years old. They were absolutely wonderful and we would recommend them to all of our neighbors.

Fast, friendly and great communication from start to finish. Terry and his sons were top notch with their service. Took time to explain the process and show pics/video of intake/vents. We were in desperate need with a lot of build up that was not good for our asthmatic son. They provided personal service and were very caring with my son with special needs. This was my second quote for Airduct cleaning after the first wanted $700 for basic and $1500 for “deep cleaning”. Allergy Airduct quoted $450 and stuck to that quote. This is for two HVAC units in a 2200 sf house. They inspected the ducts and said that they were basically pretty clean already so no deep cleaning needed. The first company was full of up charges before they even looked in the ducts. I appreciate the honesty I got from Terry at Allergy Airduct and I will use them again next time.

Terry arrived on time and greeted us with a friendly, professional introduction. He immediately put on shoe coverings before entering our home, which showed great attention to detail and respect for our space. He thoroughly evaluated our system, explained the recommended services, and we agreed on a fair price before work began.

The before, during, and after photos and videos were extremely helpful and showed that their services are legitimate and not just a gimmick. After completing the work, Terry and his team cleaned up, thanked us, and headed to their next appointment.

Excellent service for fixing air conditioners. Often, my air conditioner would turn on and off. They fixed both the monitor and the electricity problem. Now everything is stable. I strongly advise.

We feared a motor failure due to our AC's grinding sounds. A loose fan blade was repaired in minutes by the professional. He didn't upsell us unnecessary parts, which we liked. Genuine, open, and competent!

My air conditioner went out on Saturday night. I called Air From Above and Brian made me an appointment for Monday afternoon. He was on time for the appointment and was fast. Within 30 minutes of starting work, he diagnosed the problem. My motor was burned out because the last guy to work on the unit wired the fan to blow in the wrong direction. Brian had the motor I needed in his truck. He was ready to replace it and the price was very reasonable. My air conditioner is blowing colder than it ever has. I definitely recommend Air From Above!

I can’t say enough about these gentlemen. I bought my home two years ago that had a new AC and heating unit that had a 10 year warranty. Brian Sr tried to get it put in my name but the company had some rule he could not do it. He told me he would honor it and he was true to his word.
He had Brian JR was out to check the heat system before I turned it on. He checked it thoroughly and also explained the difference in filters and what I should buy.,That was almost 2 years ago.

Last week the system completely stopped. I called Brian Sr and he walked me through changing the batteries in the thermostat by phone.True to their word again saving on service call and win win for both of us.

Now a few days later the AC was running hard and I wasn’t paying attention working around the house until around 4 PM I noticed the AC hadn’t stopped and the room temperature was getting higher.,My first thought was freon. After getting tech support once again from Brian Sr he had his son come out the same evening and it was finished before 8. They truly are open until 9p.
Brian is so knowledgeable and answers all my questions and explains everything thoroughly. I trust everything that say and referring my friends to them. I am happy to have them come for all my HVAC service needs.

Have only used Brian from Air from Above for all our HVAC needs for over 15 yrs. We have not experienced a more professional, dedicated service/family ever! Of course when it time to replace our two heating/AC units we ONLY would consider Brian and his wonderful crew. Had Brian come out and service my 2 units to get ready for summer time. They did a great job. Even checked everything in the attic to make sure no cuts or holes were found. Very honest Christian company. Great prices, I have been using since owning my home. I recommend them to everyone.

Their work on the ductwork was so neat and precise that I am really pleased. A number of leaks were fixed, which made our system work twice as hard for no reason. Finally, our home has strong wind that stays the same in all rooms. Professional work at a price that's hard to beat!
