Two young men came to do the job. They were nice, professional and hard working. Very thorough in cleaning my vents. They washed the walls around the vents as they were dirty from the vents blowing dust. Also, vacuum ed the floors from dust dropping . I recommend this company as I will use them again for my cooling system check up.

Leo the owner did a great job installing my Nest Gen 4 thermostats. He assigned Andres & Alvaro to clean the HVAC venting and the two HVAV systems. They documented all of their work and shared before and after photos of everything they did. Very respectful of our home. They were friendly, informative and professional. Repeated several times to call if we have any problems.

Owner's mantra is: Everything can be fixed. If there's a problem, there's a solution. My thermostat broke and AC was no longer working. Air Duct LV installed a new thermostat I bought, but AC still did not work. In the end, I replaced my 20+ y.o. AC and life is comfortable again. Chose the middle option and the Amana unit has a lifetime guarantee on the compressor. Immediately felt the benefits of clean, healthy, fresh air blowing through the vents from the new insulation. Looking forward to some energy savings as they removed all the old, patchy insulation and deteriorated sealing. The new unit and insulation is working more efficiently now to keep the home cool.

From the start, Lior, the owner, struck me as very knowledgeable and checked every detail of the problem before finding the best solution. He will tell you directly what the problem is, offer the options for my financial comfort level and let me decide without any scare tactics. Yes, he will point out pros and cons, but there's no heavy sell. He and his crew respond very quickly. If something is not quite right, they will come back and fix it. Cleaned out all the air ducts, dryer ducts, old insulation and showed me through video what they did in the attic. The crew worked very hard and great appreciation for them to crawl around the attic on hot days. They cleaned up and took away all the debris. The main thing about Air Duct LV is they stand behind what they do and sell 100%. Their genuine goal is to have satisfied customers and work honestly. I found for what I got, the price was fair and the follow-up customer service was excellent. Air Duct doesn't offer excuses, only solutions. It was also satisfying to know I'm working with local, small businesses and the owner directly, who has the authority to make decisions versus big box stores that might cost less, but the customer service sometimes is lacking, not to mention their crew may not be as knowledgeable as a company like Air Duct who does the work daily and are specialists in what they do. When possible, we should support local businesses to help our community thrive. I am thrilled to have discovered Air Duct and will continue to use them for solutions to any future house problems. Appreciate them so much.

I love this company. They were incredibly quick to respond with pricing and very easy to work with on scheduling. Solomon came out and was extremely thorough with the dryer vent inspection and cleaning. He explained everything clearly, took his time, and did an excellent job. This was an absolute amazing experience. From meeting with Solomon and getting our inspection on our Air Ducts. Fabio, who worked on our air conditioner, was absolutely amazing. He worked ALL day to make sure everything was fixed properly. Not only was he thorough and hardworking, but he was also so kind and patient in answering our questions. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right.
