Air pro .master was professional and quick, got me approved and a brand new 5 ton unit for my home when others couldn't help, great company

We have been using AirPro Master for over two years now since they installed our new HVAC system. We use them for our plumbing needs as well and Derrick is the absolute best at seeing everything is done in a proper and timely manner. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC, solar, plumbing or electrical work done!!

Joe and Francisco did a superb job at our home today. Recently, our old 25 year old furnace and AC unit from 1995 broke. We couldn't live through these horrible Las Vegas heat waves. I tried to get the best price as possible. Tony came over and was very professional. He looked at the system and got me a very cheap estimate. I couldn't pay it outright, so I got financed and it was only $95 a month. After that, Francisco and Joe came over the same day and installed a new furnace in the attic, a new thermostat in my hallway, and a new 4 ton AC unit. It was a reasonable wait time as it takes a while to get the old equipment out and the new equipment in. They cleaned and vacuumed the floor. 10/10 service. I will definitely use them again if I have to. Thank you Air Pro Master!

OSP Tech Juan arrived at my home, troubleshooted my leaking garbage disposal and determined that it had to be replaced. In a matter of twenty minutes since the time he arrived, he removed the bad disposal and replaced it with a new one and got it operational. Amazing job!

Dominick came out to see what was wrong on the first day . They couldn’t fix it the same day which is very odd since it only took him a few minutes to “fix” the toilet. I don’t understand why it couldn’t be done the same day?
He came out to “fix” our leaking toilet . I was charged a $100 trade call fee for the toilet to still be leaking.
A few days later I got a call from Air Pro Master trying to sell me stuff since I am a new home owner a whole bunch of crap saving money on energy bills?
This company is unprofessional & doesn’t know what they are doing when it comes to PLUMBING.

Lyndsey arrived within the time frame. She’s very pleasant and professional. She informed me about my a/c unit and made sure I had the office number for any additional assistance I may need. She is a perfect employee as a company representative!

Air Pro Master has been one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, mainly due to their extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had unpleasant interactions with them.

On Sunday, September 7, 2025, I called because my AC system’s fan was making a loud noise. The system had been installed about two years ago, and I wasn’t sure if it was still under warranty. When I called, the customer service representative who answered the phone sounded like she had just woken up. I explained the issue and told her I wasn’t sure of the exact install date. She told me the system had a 2-year labor warranty and a 10-year parts warranty. She then looked up my information and confirmed I was still covered for both labor and parts. Based on that, I agreed to have a technician come out.

When the technician arrived and diagnosed the problem, he told me that I was not covered for labor and that it would cost $450 to complete the repair. I declined, since I was clearly told over the phone that labor and parts were both covered. Later, after checking with my home warranty, I decided to attempt the repair myself.

I then called Air Pro Master back to ask how to obtain the replacement part (since parts were supposed to be covered). The same customer service rep answered, but this time she was extremely rude. She told me I had an outstanding balance for the diagnostic visit. I explained that if she had told me from the start that my labor warranty was expired, I never would have agreed to the service call. She denied ever saying I had labor coverage, and when I told her she was lying, she put me on hold. When she returned, she claimed she had listened to the recorded call and accused me of being the liar.

I was shocked—why would I ever agree to a technician visit if I wasn’t covered for labor? I would have just gone straight to my home warranty provider. I asked to speak with the company’s owner, but she refused to provide contact information. When I insisted I would find out myself, she dismissed me and said the owner didn’t even live in the country, insinuating it was pointless to try. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Later, the same representative actually called me back. She admitted that when I first spoke to her, she was just waking up and had given me the wrong information because she thought it was still August. This validated exactly what I had been saying the entire time—that I would never have scheduled a technician visit if I had been told the correct information. She eventually emailed me the diagnostic details so I could request the part directly from the manufacturer.

This interaction not only demonstrated shockingly poor professionalism, but it also raised legal concerns. At no point did I consent to our phone conversation being recorded. To my knowledge, Nevada is a two-party consent state, which means both parties must agree before recording. I never gave that consent.

If anyone has information regarding this company or its ownership, please reach out. I strongly caution others against doing business with Air Pro Master.

The tech. the guy who checked out our system was truly a professional. They installed a new system last year (inside and out). I was away on vacation last year, walked into our house and the temp was 95. They did an outstanding job working with home ownership insurance.

Thank you to Technician Alfred Salgado for coming out to do the service call to diagnose the water heater leak and for getting the quick response from our home warranty to get the system replaced and coming out the very next day to install the new water heater and explaining how the new system works and Pro Master’s warranty and water heater warranty. Thank you to Eric for always staying in contact with us with scheduling, same day ordering the water heater locally for pick up and home warranty approval same day and explaining the out of pocket cost for us for the modification outside the home warranty and scheduling installation the very next day. Excellent service. Very fast and reliable. Honest People you can count on. I highly recommend this Company. Thank you.

This air conditioning company has no idea what they’re doing. I’ve been waiting 10 days and they still can’t fix my Unit! Today I finally decided to call my insurance company so they can send a different company.

PAUL came to my address yesterday, December 10, 2025, around 5 PM, and he knocked on the door saying he didn’t even know what he was supposed to do there because the office didn’t tell him anything. He also said it was too dark and that he wouldn’t be able to see.

This is unacceptable. Do not do business with this company.

My grandpa trusted this company to keep his HVAC running smoothly, but instead he got a nightmare. The technician showed up late, rushed through the job, and left without explaining anything. Within days, the system was louder, less efficient, and clearly neglected. When we reached out for help, the company brushed us off like it wasn’t their problem.

Air Pro Master installed new water filtration system and Reverse Osmosis water system. They came on time. Did a good. Cleaned up and took away the old equipment.

The Technician called to let me know he was on his way to complete the work that was requested. He arrived on time and did great work to resolve my issue which was a backed up sewer line that was causing issues with my drains in my house. I would recommend Air Pro Master to anyone looking for great service to whatever your maintenance needs are that need repair or serving.

Dominic did an excellent job on our routine plumbing maintenance. He outlined our long term and short term options for some necessary fixes. He was Punctual, Polite, and Professional. It’s nice to work with an honest HVAC and plumbing company that is not a merchant of doom like some of these other companies in the Vegas metropolitan region.

This service provider is an excellent choice for repairs. I would rate my experience from the first contact to final resolution of my plumbing issue as the best I have ever had. My Service Technician, Osvaldo Cardenas, arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and personable plus successfully resolved my multiple issues quickly. I highly recommend Air Pro Master!

I talked with the sale manager Ed, he visited the home and provided the estimation in the same day. For the installation day, they sent 4 technicians and finished the job in a day. The overall process is professional. I would recommend you to consider the company and service for the next time.

We needed a new unit and Ed from AirPro gave us the breakdown and explained all of our options we needed. AirPro handled everything professionally and quickly. The work was scheduled the following morning and we went from a very hot house to cool within 3 hours! We also have the piece of mind from the warranty included in the process. Very satisfied!

They were quick and very professional. They really kept the room clean when doing insulation,swept and clean up at the end. The guys were very nice and introduced themselves when they first enter the house.

Pro Air employees were timely and within the time given for arrival. I thought that was great since mostly other companies make you wait 4+ hours for them to arrive. Employees were polite and friendly. They did their job within a reasonable time, answered questions and were honest with responses.

Service Techs are professional and courteous. Installed the 2 units ... took their time to be sure all are working right. Thanks Air Pro.... price is very competetive and reasonable among the 3 companies I invited to give a proposal
