We are very satisfied with Desert West. We needed to replace a system that was over twenty years old and was leaking water on to our ceiling. Desert West was very responsive, I called them in the late afternoon and the next morning Junior and Kyle came over to give us a quote. We never felt pressured, they told us exactly what we needed and explained the different units they had. They were very thourough and professional. We wanted a quality unit and Trane fits the bill. We feel it was a fair price. We are so impressed by how fast they were able to get us on the schedule, thank you very much. The installation is very clean, the crew did a fantastic job and we appreciate it. The system was just installed today and everything is working flawlessy. If you need an ac system you can't go wrong with Desert West. We will be using them for future purchases and when it's time for seasonal maintenace as well. 5 stars.

Christian the technician was extremely thorough and extremely knowledgeable about all of the questions that we asked him about our new unit. He went up into our hot attic and spent time checking out everything on our unit to insure that it was working properly. Christian came over to change the 2 filters but went above and beyond by physically looking at the unit to make sure it was working properly, (which it was). I am very impressed by how much he cared about his company’s reputation as a trustworthy company to do business with! I am lucky to have found Desert West Services.

My technician, Tony , arrived within an hour of me calling. He found the problem quickly and now I will have heat if the temp ever drops. I recommend Desert West to anyone needing ac/heating problems.

Tech showed up on time. Presented me with choices and prices for new thermostats. Installed two of them and made sure all was working properly. In and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from the initial call to Damian’s service call. He explained everything, had pictures and video to show me what steps he took and what was needed

Called to inquire about appointment on a tune up for my A/C and Furnace. Thinking I would have to schedule way in advanced. Amazingly they were available same day and two techs came out exactly when they said they would. They were super professional, prompt, knowledgeable and very chill people. Replaced the capacitor on the A/C and it's running better than ever. They were highly recommended and now I personally understand why. Will definitely use this company again.

Update: 08/2024
AC went out Sunday morning and Damian was out within a few hours to diagnose. The compressor went out and and we were told other things would slowly go on it too (Vegas summers are no joke!). We got multiple options on what could be done. No up selling or pushiness and different options given for different budgets. We settled on replacing the unit. Damian and his crew came back on Monday (originally told Tuesday but thankfully we were called later and told they had an opening sooner) and replaced the unit! With temps over 110°, I am glad they were able to get us back up and running within hours! Damian and his crew were super efficient, knowledgeable and just all around awesome! I am glad to have found a trustworthy company to help us when we most need it!

Damian redirected an air duct for the guest bedroom to be connected to a different connection. This enable the room to get a more concentrated air flow. Thus resulted the room to be warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. The work was completed and he cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with him and Desert West.
