Daniel did a great job in getting our 20+ year old AC system back online. We have had issues over the years with the float switch getting clogged and shutting the AC system down. The float switch shut the AC off in June and again the first of September. The company I've used before told me I needed to hire a plumber to clear the drain line from the furnace to the primary drain which means I had to hire an AC tech and a plumber which is generally going to be costly. I needed an AC company that also had a knowledgeable AC & Plumbing service tech who could reset the float switch & clear the drain line properly. Since the drain line from the furnace goes to the bathroom drain, the line never really gets cleared of debris from the furnace. Daniel gave me 2 options on clearing the drain line of debris. He quoted me a price for clearing the primary line the right way - not just clearing the water at the float switch line at the furnace. I couldn't believe the amount of debris he was able to clear from the main drain line ! AC and Plumbing issues usually mean $$$$$$$ but this wasn't the case with Bob's Repair. With Bob's Repair I could hire 1 person to do the job - correctly the first time. I searched YELP for hours trying to find a reliable company. Luckily I found Bob's Repair reviews to be honest. I took a chance and I'm very happy with the quality of the tech Daniel and a company with integrity.

Jordan was courteous friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do and afterwards went over what was needed and quoted a decent price. I would recommend Jordan from Bob’s HVAC.

Ron is so professional and so pleasant to talk to. He explained the scope of work he performed for the annual Fall maintenance and his recommendations. I don’t feel pressured to replace any part(s) or to do the recommended duct cleaning. I love how he presents things and gives me options. I am excited to get my duct work cleaned. He is quick and efficient. We love him.

I've used Bob's for three years now. They've been excellent every time, including Jordan today. I've used other air conditioning and heating prior to them and they felt like used car salesmen. I'll stick with Bob's moving forward if they continue to be this great.

Daniel was prompt, courteous, quick but efficient in his work. It's always a pleasure to see his smiling face at my door when I get my annual AC/ heater maintenance checks. He shows me pictures of recommended future repairs but doesn't try to sell me services I don't need yet. I highly recommend Daniel and Bob's Repair AC, Heating, and Solar Experts :)

We obtained multiple estimates for a new AC system and went with Bob's Repair to install the new AC unit and attic insulation, as they had the best price for the higher quality or equipment. The technicians for both installs were very professional, did a great job and cleaned up any debris to where you would not even know they were here. The office staff was great to work with too from estimating to scheduling to providing our warranty, everything went very smooth. We would highly recommend Bob's Repair if your thinking of getting a new AC and/or installation.

Gabby and Jamal discovered that the outdoor capacitor of my A/C system was just out of spec range and needed replacement. They offered to replace it for a reasonable price. I was thankful that they found and took care of it before it led to bigger problems. I want everyone on my block to know what a great job Bob’s Repair did for us for such a good price too. The office is excellent at communicating with you.

Matthew was great in explaining on what type of HVAC we needed for our home. Gave us two quotes and they were both within our price range. Bob’s is fair and honest and a great local company with hard working employees. Definitely recommend Bob’s to any one.

This week JC and Noah came out to install some bathroom exhaust fans and inspect some ventilation tubing. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were thorough, friendly, on-time, and stayed to make sure the job was done right.

Jordan "JC" went the special extra mile with every step of his process and communication. I can't think of many other people in this type of industry where the technician/specialist had the same caliber of professionalism and ability to build rapport with the customer.

Noah was also very good with his work and always made himself available to talk and explain any details in the process of what he was doing, and why.

Daniel was awesome and great with helping me with the annual check up of the ac units in my house! He was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had with the units! Thank you Bob's Repair for always helping with my needs and also great full for always treating me like family.

Great Service. No long wait for appointment. Service technicians wore shoe coverings to protect our flooring and used floor protection while placing the ladder to access the attic. Provided very detailed inspection with pictures. Did not push unnecessary work and provided sound recommendations on future services to schedule. Highly recommended.

I have a problem with the heat not coming on at nighttime and causing the temperature to drop down below 65. Now this has been going on so I called BOB’s to have tech Kyle come back out and recheck the system. Kyle was very thorough and said it was a few possible problems causing the problems. That if it happens again tonight to call and he would order a motherboard that was covered by warranty only a labor charge to put in. I asked about my nest thermostat and he said mine was the old version and should get a newer model. I had Kyle go through the settings and made sure everything was turned off and now it is just a manual thermostat with my sensors- which also could have caused the problem. I would highly recommend this company they are quick and very reasonable priced. I had no charge for this service visit as for Kyle being out here for the same problem less that a month ago.

We had four highly rated HVAC companies come to our home to evaluate our system, and provide quotations on the services that their company would provide. All of the representatives were very professional and polite, and each submitted estimates.
However, upon comparison of like-services, Bob's offered the most comprehensive scope of work and was, by far, the most reasonably priced proposal.
Technicians Daniel and Noah arrived on time, and performed the allocated tasks with no hesitation or delays. They both took extreme care to protect our carpets, and the impacted surroundings; they cleaned up all areas, making sure that it appeared as it had before they arrived. In addition to performing desired work, several photos were taken of pre/post systems and tasks.
My husband and I will have No hesitation to call upon Bob’s Repair for our HVAC needs in the future, and we would gladly provide their information to our friends and family members.

I contracted Bob’s for the replacement of my 15 year old Bryant system with 2 Trane 3 ton HVAC units in a 2 story house. They sent 5 techs who arrived on time and completed the job in a day. They laid furniture pads on the carpet during the install and cleaned up afterwards. I am pleased with the quality of the work. I checked them out thoroughly before and their ratings were excellent. For a job like this top quality work is more important than paying the lowest price. If that’s your mindset I would recommend this company. I appreciate the 10 year parts and labor warranty as long as you have them perform summer and winter tuneups which should be done in this town anyway.

Went through Bob’s Repair when my A/C unit went out mid summer. They were absolutely amazing!! They were quick, fast and very informative offering up a lot of information and left no questions unanswered. I had a couple of their employees who helped me and you receive a photo and their name automatically with who will be at your home helping. Which was a nice touch to know who to expect. A few of the employees i’ve had the pleasure of working with were Matthew, Kyle, Alejandro and Erick. Now I have called them again for the winter tune up and am just as happy with their swift professionalism. If you have any A/C or heat issues, they are the guys to call! On Christmas Day, my furnace gas valve broke and I woke up to a cold house. The first company that came out tried to scare me into thinking I needed a new system to the tune of $17,500. Jason from Bob's came out the next day and diagnosed the issue as needing a new valve and NOT a new system. He worked diligently to get the part over the weekend. Unfortunately due to the holiday, everything was closed. First thing this morning, he was calling around again and found the part to make the repairs. He took the time to answer my questions and stuck around to ensure the replacement was working. I now have a warm house again!! Thank you, Jason. I have been using Bob's for my HVAC for several years and still, they have the best prices in town. They don't try to con me, scare me, or force unnecessary repairs. They are trustworthy.

I called Bob's Repair AC since I was not happy with the previous heating company that I hired with and felt like I was dealing with a Car Salesman trying to sell me different parts/repairs even after 3 homesite visit the heating issues that I had still exist. Jordan Hrobsky came to my home and did his diagnosis and came to find out that the only issue I had is the Furnace flame sensor is dirty and just needed to be cleaned. Jordan did a great job and checked the system thoroughly and found no other issue. My heating system is now working flawlessly and I'm happy with the level of service performed by Bob's repair. After dealing with no heat again this winter, I sent our requests for work through Yelp and got an immediate response from Bob’s repair. After coordinating a time and date for the heater to get checked out we had Kyle arrive as our technician. Kyle was on time and professional in every way. He was detailed and thorough after asking us what the issue was with our heater before getting to work and checking it out himself. Kyle did his work and provided us with answers to our issues along with a price estimate. Kyle was a pleasure to work with!

Luis came to check my heat as it was not working. He told me that it was likely from a dirty filter. He was honest and very knowledgeable, explaining everything. Honesty these days goes a very long way for me. I will definitely call this company for all my heating and Air issues going forward and any other service they provide. Very happy customer!!!

I have always been very impressed with Bob’s AC Repair and Solar Experts. They send a picture of the technician with his qualifications prior to arrival. On my most recent experience, Kyle Gundaker was very thorough, showed pictures of everything he checked and was professional and very personable.
