After receiving quotes from 4 different Polar was the winning bid. There was 1 company that was close and 2 that were completely out of the ball park, including the one that Costco recommends that sells the exact same product as polar. Very disappointing considering I do everything through Costco including purchasing my vehicle because the deals normally can't be beat. Anyway I called Polar to set it up and they said they were a little booked out how is Saturday at 8 AM. At about 2 minutes before 8 here comes a Polar army. Every person had their own job and it was impressive at how well they operated. The job took most of the day and when finished Guillermo explained everything about how the system works. Very professional and just ecstatic with our new split level energy efficient Lennox system. Absolutely recommend this company!!!

That's literally my experience, both in vetting and getting quotes from HVAC companies (lol don't bother with Costco/Sierra) and ultimately, with Polar Air doing the replacement. It's pretty much word for word what I would write here. They were professional, flexible, responsive and did a great job. The perfect score here on Google is well earned.

Polar Air did a wonderful job removing my 25 yr old HVAC system and installing my new Lennox system. They were courteous and took protective measures to my home when hauling out the old equipment and installing the new. They got everything done in a day when others told me two! The owner Mr Bali came out to ensure all was going well. I just want to say thank you again this was a pleasant experience.

I have to say that I am very happy with Polar Air. They installed a mini-split system for our garage and performed annual inspection on our other two units. I was happy with their quote for the new installation and they did a great job.

We worked with Polar Air to replace both of our HVAC units and ducts. Isaac came to check the units and took his time explaining everything. He made sure that the work was done properly.

Another scorching summer with temps reaching an all time high and the AC isn’t working. We have AHS, a property management that doesn’t work on weekends, and sweetest tenants ever. In June after waiting a week for some options that would cost us a hefty amount we had Polar Air come out and topped off the unit, as we kept our fingers crossed. Sadly a couple of months later on a Friday night I hear AC issues are back. I had a couple of prior quotes but not from Polar Air, to my surprise they came in lower with a better warranty a written estimate that explained everything unlike my verbals I was getting from other places. It was a no-brainer, Memo had it taken care of and needed nothing but a go ahead from me. Within 2 days the unit was installed and I had happy tenants once more. It was a 33 year old unit and received $800 from AHS.

Every one of the four members of Polar Air that I dealt with were very professional, helpful and thorough with their explanation of the problem and what they recommended to correct it. When they had completed replacement of my A/C and heating unit, they were very thorough with their explanations of what was done and how to properly operate it. They were very efficient, polite and professional in their manner. It was a pleasure to have them do the operation and talk with them. I would definitely recommend Polar Air to any one that has A/C and heating problems needing to be replaced or repaired.

Since I moved to Vegas in 2021 I have used Polar Air for my regular maintenance on AC and furnace as the seasons change. My house is 24 years old and was running off of the original units for the home so I was trying to get a bit more life out of them. This year I decided to pull the plug on those and get a new HVAC system.
After shopping around and getting various quotes, Polar Air still offered the best price and incentives. They were very transparent about the process and didn't try to upsell me at all. Once I approved their quote, they were out here two days later installing my new system, and completed the project in less time than they initially thought. I highly recommend them, from their technicians and installers to their office team, they have all been very professional and easy to work with, even on short notice.

Last summer did a number on my 22 year old HVAC system. We called Polar Air and Heating to have them service the old system due to it's age. We ended up replacing the entire system. So glad we called Polar Air. The installation happened the next day with an experienced team that obviously knew what they were doing. Additionally, the cost was less than I expected to pay. Our ac went out last night. I called early this morning and spoke with a very pleasant gentleman who scheduled a technician to arrive a few hours later. The technician arrived on time, was professional, thorough, explained things in an understandable way, and most importantly, resolved the issue in less than one hour at a reasonable price. We are extremely happy with Polar Air's professionalism, expertise, responsiveness, price, and honesty. Thank you for being an honest top tier company, and keep up the great work!

I've had 4 different companies out to look at my faulty 2.5 year old heat pump that was not blowing cold air. The first 3 wanted to sell me a new unit....one of them even hard selling which was obnoxious. I called Polar Air to install and mini-split in my garage. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The work was scheduled promptly. Memo, one of the technicians came and confirmed his phone estimate by viewing my garage and my location. On the day it was installed, a whole team came and they worked very efficiently and did a great job. I highly recommend Polar Air.

Polar Air provided us with a top rated heating & A/C system. We researched many brands & Lennox was rated at the top for efficiency & reliability, and other categories as well. Their employees were very helpful & courteous, especially Memo. But I cannot say enough about the three installers (Ramon, Cruz & Ramon)...they did an excellent install. We are really happy and have no heating or A/C worries for years to come. I would surely recommend Polar to anyone who asks.

Polar Air came to my attention through a advertising mailer and I called them for a second opinion on some pricey work another vendor recommended. The amazing service started when I called and explained the issue. The dispatcher explained the service call pricing and scheduled Isaac to come out in a few days (that worked best for my schedule), with a 2 hour window.

I received a courtesy call that he was on the way and Isaac arrived on time. He already understood what he was being dispatched for, explained the issue and repair work to me, and came in with a price half of what my initial vendor provided. The work was performed quickly and efficiently, and Isaac explained the process every step of the way at my request.

Polar Air will become my new primary vendor. I find their prices and service superior to my previous vendor.

At no point during my interactions with the company was I asked to leave a review (which is always a red-flag to me).

We selected Polar Air a couple of years ago for a complete replacement of our condo air conditioner system. We checked reviews and all in all it came down to price. There were hands down the cheapest with the BEST financing. Now our only hope was….that the install was perfect and the system lasted. It did go perfect and we did have a little glitch just recently.
We came come on one of the first “hot” days of the season and the system was dead. We checked the normal stuff and called Polar 630 pm expecting to get the answering service or machine. Instead we got a polite and helpful young lady by the name of Kimberly. She was also compassionate and assured us that we would have our unit looked at that very night. I never thought it would be WITHIN the hour. I am an elder veteran and heat is not my friend. As I said, within an hour a wonderful technician by the name of Lalo showed up. Within another hour he had the problem diagnosed and Altho the replacement part was not available 8 pm at night, he was able to get the system working Atleast and thankfully temporarily! I only Lalo and Polar Air back. Ps. We even received a call that “the tech” was 30 minutes away and prepared my that there would be a super nominal and fair $30 service call fee.

I can't express how greatful I am to have been recommended this company. I was given an estimate and they offered to replace my unit the next day. I had been given a quote through my home warranty company and Polar Air was less expensive and sold me a far superior unit (compared to the off name brand I was being offered through my warranty company). The unit was installed in a timely manner. The gentleman working on it were professional and kind. This is a great company full of wonderful people starting with the outgoing female who got my appointment scheduled all the way to the very end with the guys who installed and cleaned up after the job. A+ honest and professional company!

After 3 estimates to replace my heating and cooling system, I'm glad that I went with Polar Air. The owner, Bali, and office staff are very responsive to emails and phone calls. The price was great, thousands less then the other estimates, and Polar Air gave me a 3 ton unit were my neighbors were getting 2 1/5 tons. The install went well, and past Henderson's virtual inspection. Polar Air did all the work from estimate, to install, to product registration and inspection. The heat pump I received has a $2,000 federal tax credit as well, so another savings. If you need a replacement or repair give them a call.

Memo was the reason we went with Polar Air. Install was super smooth and the crew worked through the cold little rain we had last month. This is an incredibly quiet unit and should keep the sun room addition cool and warm!
