Junior is an amazing Tech. In this day and age, good customer service is rare, but Junior exemplifies what customer service should be. He’s kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with my furnace, but still did a thorough check to make sure that was the cause of the problem and not just a symptom of an even bigger problem. A during the whole visit he welcomed me to observe, and even took the time to explain what he was doing. It was obvious that he was doing more than his job, he clearly loves what he does.

I wanted to replace my 24 year old AC and contacted 4 companies, after careful consideration I contracted with Bobs AC. I couldn’t be more satisfied my new AC was installed quickly and the employees are great to deal with including the office staff. I contracted with Bob’s to do the Bi Annual service that involves them coming out before winter and summer to clean the unit and install new filters. This company has over 1,500 five star reviews , I wouldn’t use any other company in Las Vegas or Henderson.

Christian did an amazing job repairing my AC unit today. As you might imagine,with 100 degree temperatures outside,having an AC unit down can cause incredible anxiety. Fortunately Bob has been to my home before and I trust their company 110% so when Christian said let's let's check the Blower motor and Capacitor FIRST.
....NOT the compressor,I was relieved,but also knew he would get to the bottom of the problem quickly. He had a frame of reference from their previous visit when they added some Freon to the unit so it was easier to get a handle on the situation quickly. As it turned out, it was the Capacitor and Christian quickly replaced it then checked out the unit thoroughly and found it in perfect working order. The only person you need to trust more than your doctor is BOB!! Great job as always ***** and PERCY,DYLAN and ROSIE loved him as well .LOTS OF TREATS

Luis was very helpful. He was honest about the repairs. Didn’t try to overcharge me told me exactly what was wrong. What we need to do to fix it and what it was going to cost. He acted in a very professional manner had a lot of experience and I felt like I could trust what he was saying. I definitely give Luis a five star rating. I’ve recommended Bob's Repair to many of my clients with their solar projects. All of them have been pleased with both service and pricing, but up until now, I had no direct experience with them.

A few weeks ago, my 1997 era Heater/AC started making some really scary noises and conked out. I called Matt (the estimator at Bob's). He had a tech over the next morning. They got the heater working again, but because of the age of the unit, I decided to bite the bullet and proactively replace it before the summer heat hits. An AC this old is seriously on borrowed time and likely to fail.... in August... at 2pm when it's 122 degrees! I just did not want to deal with that stress. (I'd rather save up my favors for my customers who might need an emergency AC call this summer instead of using the goodwill I've built up with Bob's on my own needs.)

Miguel and his team arrived on time. They put on booties without being asked and worked quickly and efficiently. They taped plastic sheeting down where they worked and left my home as tidy as they found it. They even changed an air filter I didn't know I had. The new heater and AC work perfectly. I'm so relieved to have the anxiety of a possible AC failure this summer off my back! I'll continue to recommend Bob's to my customers after my own flawless experience with their install.

Bob’s AC service always does great job, whether installation or tune up service. The technician, Jason, showed up on time and very polite and friendly. He took the time to check everything and did not just rush in and out. He explained the steps he took to service my AC unit. We had a Winter Tune Up of all Systems and got a report by email. This is the first time I have seen such a report, and I like it. We always ask for Ron Simbulan to service our equipment. Ron is an excellent technician, very knowledgeable and courteous. He far surpasses the capabilities of any other technician from your company and others. Bob' Repair completed our yearly heating check up.We are on Bob's very reasonable yearly maintenance plan. Kyle arrived on time and fully explained the service check up in detail. I received a letter/flyer in the mail and starting doing my usual research on Google and YELP reviews about this company. They have great reviews so I decided to give them a call because I was looking for an annual service agreement for our AC unit. I called same an appt. and Luis came out. He checked everything out, took pictures and sent them to me. He was knowledgeable, answered questions that I had and I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Here’s to hoping for a great customer relationship with this company.

comparing their price to the competition they had a much higher quality unit at a much better price. Their service was extremely good and their execution was perfect. I was Beyond depressed. Unfortunately, most of these companies are dishonest and are trying to overcharge and I was very grateful that that did not happen here.
