DWS is by far the best HVAC company I've used. I've had warranty companies and different HVAC companies that couldn't figure out the issue with my furnace. One company even said I had a carbon monoxide leak and that I needed a whole new system.

Damian Serrano with DWS, has been to my house on multiple occasions for yearly check ups and for service issues. He's the only one that figured out that pigeons were pooping down my flue pipe, which caused my furnace to shut off. He actually cares, is thorough, knowledgeable and is very friendly. I appreciate DWS for getting me an appointment same day, when I have issues. Much appreciated DWS!

I would highly recommend this company. What amazing group, very pleased with the service. I’m not waiting until my unit totally breaks down or in the heat of the summer. It peace of mind knowing I’m going to be in good shape for next 20 plus years. Bought this house with old units and don’t see where it had maintenance done correctly or often so getting this Service done today and it right is wonderful. We know living in desert need good working HVAC and not waiting until 110 degrees for old unit to break not smart thinking. Wish this company my best.

Unfortunately our HVAC system in this newly purchased home has been neglected and we’ve had to call for service twice in the last month.
We’ve been using Desert West Services for several years with our old home because they’re honest, fair and reliable.
Damien responded both times recently and has done an outstanding job.
This last visit he replaced the blower fan motor in the HVAC zone system.
Like before, he was very professional and completed the repair quickly and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend this company above all others in the Las Vegas valley.

Our HVAC system is now under a maintenance contract with DWS and without this contract my system would not have been working properly. We are now all set for winter with our heating system and our air conditioning worked so well throughout the summer. DWS was able to fit in an emergency maintenance call for my mom’s home, the SAME DAY! The office staff was helpful in making sure my elderly mother wasn’t left in the cold during the cold, damp weather we were having. The technician called ahead and arrived early for the two-hour appt window and performed a maintenance check on the roof unit. He was extra thorough and assuring as we thought we’d smelled gas in the house earlier and could not contribute it to other appliances. We've used DWS for years and have always found them efficient and reasonably priced, and tell everyone we know who is looking for a good hvac service company.

Another great experience with DWS. After installing my HVAC unit 4 years ago, they were back today and did a check-up inspection of my equipment. Both Christian and Kevin were thorough and when finished, gave me a comprehensive evaluation of my system in layman's terms which I easily understood. I highly recommend DWS for any HVAC related issues.

Junior was wonderful! Called to say he had the time to come earlier than expected. He was very knowledgeable, found and fixed the problem in no time. I was so impressed I scheduled him to do a duct cleaning. I highly recommend Desert West. Ask for Junior when booking your appointment. You will not be disappointed.

Felipe with Desert West did a excellent job servicing my two air conditioners at my house as well as checking my ventilation duct for my dryer to make sure that it was clean and finally he did a service on my water Heater and drained it so that everything was clean and hard water safe anyway it did an excellent job. Just wanted to say that this is Jeff.

Great customer service all the way through. We called same day and was able to get Damian out to fix our heater and install new thermostats. He was super knowledgeable and very professional. He double checked everything and walked us through every step. I highly recommend Damian when making an appointment.

I enjoyed our visit. He has a great sense of humor and he’s very thorough. I watched him go through his furnace checklist and looked at the photos he took. We signed up for a full year of service, so I’ll look forward to visits in the future.

Desert west came out and from start to finish kyle and damian and there crew was very professional they did a great job the crew worked for 8 straight hr didn't even stop for lunch cleaned up everything Kyle ang Damian was a pleasure to meet from the 1st meeting about a new installation of my ac and furnace thanks again

I am glad that I called Desert West. I was having issues with my HVAC system. With the change in weather I need prompt assistance and they were incredibly responsive getting Technician Junior Jimenez out to me in a couple of hours. Junior was VERY knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the system. He the explained this to me clearly, including the price. Once I approved the price he thoroughly completed the assignment and cleaned up the area upon his departure. He was very friendly and customer service oriented which is needed in situations like this! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

The professionalism was Top Notch! I was very impressed with the honesty and nothing with sugar coated about the process that had to be done or completed. I really was impressed by how they cleaned up everything as if they were never there! Recently moved and purchased an older home in Vegas, and knew my heating and AC unit needed to be checked and possibly worked on. With so many choices, overwhelming actually, I am so glad I called Desert West! Well, I called a few companies near me, but they were the only ones to call me back. They sent a technician same day, and Tony was amazing! He was professional, polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I didn't need any work done at the time, but he did prepare me for future work needed due to my system being 20 years old, and informed me of services that should be done - Desert West offers service packages.
