We went through our home warranty to have a shower valve replaced. The technician showed up from Air pro master here in las Vegas. He took the valves apart the put them back on backwards. I addition he left the temperature at scalding hot with no way to change. We called the company to complain and they sent the same guy back who started blaming us for the problem. I ended up asking him to leave our house. He was arrogant, disrespectful and I told him to never come back again.

I then called the air, master air pro master company to complain about what had just happened and their answer was I’ll just get another vendor then and don’t use us . How sad is that? I could never recommend this company with their poor attitude towards customer service.

Bottom line is we had a shower that worked and ended up with one that does not. All we were asking for was a valve adjustment. I guess it is time to call a reputable contractor

I must preface and say that I never complain, even when service is poor and I NEVER post reviews. I can’t say that anymore. I was assigned this company by my home warranty policy administrators. I received an email stating they would be out on a particular day from 3:00-8:00 pm and if I had any questions to call and reschedule. I didn’t have any questions, took time off work on the day they said they would be out. They called that morning to “schedule an appointment.” I said I had an appointment as stated in the email. I was told that I had read the email correctly; however, they can’t just SHOW UP at peoples houses without confirmation (what was the purpose of the confirmation email). They scheduled me for the next day. Again, I took time off work to be available for the repair. They didn’t have the decency to call me to tell me they rescheduled me AGAIN for the next day (they sent an email…I don’t sit at my computer all day waiting for emails…a phone call would have been appropriate FOLLOWED by an email). The whole purpose for this review is not only for the unprofessional scheduling protocol, but the gentleman I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and sarcastic. This service call was for my elderly parent. THANK God I am available to be with her. I would not trust this company to serve my parent without someone being present. If they would have pulled that harassing and demeaning tone of voice with them it would have bordered elder verbal abuse. I called the home warranty company to reschedule us with another company. I will NEVER choose to use this company. Call Kingdom Plumbing if you need any plumbing services. They are professional, kind, respectful, neat, clean, I can go on and on. I will never recommend Air Pro Master, EVER!

Dennis showed up today and quickly identified the problems with our sink and water heater and offered solutions. He was professional, friendly, explained what he was going to do and did it quickly.
No hard sales pitch, no crazy estimates or offers to replace things that dont need replacing. Knowledgeable professional service. We will definitely call Air Pro and ask for Dennis again for our future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I’ve used air pro masters I’ve been very pleased both times The technicians are professional and courteous and do a good job. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely call them if I ever have any heating or AC issues, I have not used them for that yet, but I’ve been very pleased with the plumbing work.

Air Pro Master showed up within one hour to diagnose the problem. Explain to me my AC systems were 27 years old was a very simple process of getting full AC replacement the next day. I’m so very thankful for Air Pro master and all their staff. My house has never been colder. I would definitely recommend Air Pro Master any day!

Honest employees and company. The tech took photos of my system and sent them to me. Was careful to explain issues so they were easily understood. He made adjustments so the system works more efficiently. Excellent customer service! Have used this company since I purchased my home in 2017. Never disappointed with the service provided. Highly recommend!

Dominick did a wonderful job installing our whole home water filtration system and kitchen sink reverse osmosis. He was professional and polite. Maui did a great job writing up the sales order and presenting our options. We’re really happy with the results so far and recommend this company!

I was very impressed with the technician that Air Promasters sent out to take care of a nasty plumbing problem. His name is Osvaldo Cardenas who was extremely professional, competent, and cordial. He explained what he was doing and the results I should expect. An extremely pleasant service experience. I would recommend highly.

Whenever I need plumbing service through our home warranty, I specifically request them to send Air Pro Master. The technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. Alfred did a great job installing our water heater.

Lindsey was very professional and courteous. She arrived on the time indicated on her tracking system. She introduced herself and explained what she was going to do. She performed her job well, and patiently explained her findings and recommendations. I was very impressed. I highly commend her and I’m sure she is an asset to her company.

We had issue with the air switch for our Jacuzzi indoor tub. We had 4 other companies come out to try to fix it in various ways. Many hours wasted. Once our case was assigned to Air Pro Master, they quickly diagnosed the correct issue and were able to resolve. Also, their time at our home was minimal. We had great contact from their office and excellent scheduling. Dominick was our repair person and he was excellent. Friendly, skilled, thorough, and very patient with our questions.

Special thanks to Dominick, Air Pro picked up my home warranty repair ticket quickly and sent Dominick. That plumbing issue was resolved quickly but I had another issue, hot water tank, to discuss with him. I know it needed to be replaced, the only question, how much? After a short discussion, I agreed. It replacement turned out GREAT. Very happy with Air Pro's timing and service.

From my first call with Christina and Ed Barrera, I felt comfortable and ready to commit. They treated me with respect and honesty—not sales fluff. The techs Cesar & Alex , were incredibly fast, and even my tenant was so impressed they tried to sign next year’s lease early. They took care of this extemely Fast. I was very pleased with Air Pro Master from initial contact. I used a home warranty that set up another company to do the work and along with other reasons I chose Air Pro Master because they had a licensed plumber to install the hydronic heater. This was lacking in the other estimates. It was well worth the cold wait while getting the warranty people to approve a different contractor. From Ed in sales to Eric getting my warranty approval, and technicians Alex, Fernando, and Adam, I could not have a finer group of professionals. I can’t forget about Christina who returned my Sunday call in 40 minutes and was savvy enough to answer my questions and let me know that the unusual road ahead could become a reality. Thank you all!

Can't say enough good things about Ruslan. After dealing with another company that lied to us about what was wrong with our AC, Ruslan showed us what was going on and gave us fix/replace options without any pressure. There are punctual, responsive, professional and most importantly honest.
