I just had my 2 older units (1991) serviced by Adam. He was an amazing service technician. He worked hard to get our units working at peak performance and was very friendly and polite.

Julie, in the office, was extremely helpful and answered my concerns with speed and superior customer service! She even sent me an extra receipt because of my OCD filing issues!

I will absolutely use this company again in the future! From the first call to finish of service, they were exceptional and professional in every way. Thank you for a great experience!

We were referred by a friend to contact Lake City Air Conditioning. We contacted them and Julie assisted in the scheduling. She was able to get us scheduled same day, which was awesome because our house was pretty unbearable to stay in because our A/C unit was not working properly. Julie gave us an update on when the expected technician would arrive. Our technician, Adam, showed up to our home looking professional and was very knowledgeable. He was patient and explained to us in depth why our A/C unit was not working. One of the lines to our unit was actually leaking, which was why our house was not cooling. He repaired the line and did a routine maintenance. I have had a bad experience in the past with a different company and the technician was really pushy and was only interested in selling us a brand new unit. I would highly recommend Lake City Air Conditioning because they are honest and they really know what they are doing! Thank you Julie and Adam for making this a pleasant experience for my family, we can now enjoy our home again!

I have been using them for 4 years and my dad has used them for MANY years. I without a doubt, 100% recommend you go to this for any of your air conditioning needs. This company goes ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers. They are quick to respond and get you on the books. As well as working quickly and efficiently to fix your issues.

HE FIXED MY FURNACE ON HIS FIRST TRIP!!!
He methodically examined inside the furnace with extremely gentle and careful manner that reminded me of how a dentist would look into his patient's mouth. He is slim and calm and smart. He patiently took time to triple check to make sure the furnace worked after he reconnected the wire.
This is November 22, 2022.

The web site on Lake City Air shows many satisfied customers' comments on Adam. Everybody adores him; and I find that they are right. I am glad I followed their view and called Lake City Air and insisted on ADAM. When Adam called me back, that was the start of my great day.
FYI: Yesterday, my old A/C company disappointed me by sending a new tech, who left me with the non working furnace.

Company is as good as their technician's performance. From now on, I will only go for Adam.

Had a capacitor go bad on one of our AC units. Lake City Air was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue right away. Jake was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. The next day the AC unit did stop working again and they were able to send Jake back out. It ended up being a switch that wasn’t on all the way. He got it fixed right away and didn’t charge us for the second trip out. Good company and will use again.

I first used Lake City Air Conditioning during the summer of 2015. I was so impressed that it was one of the first Yelp reviews I ever wrote. We later moved out of state and rented our Henderson house for seven years. We had a few HVAC problems over the years, and we always called Lake City. They would bill me and provide an excellent explanation of each repair.

We moved back to Henderson last year. Our large AC unit stopped working yesterday evening. Amazingly, after the hottest day of the year so far, 111 degrees, Julie at Lake City was able to get a technician out this morning for us.

Adam opened up a side compartment on our big AC unit. He immediately said it looked like the capacitor should be replaced. He said we had an unusually sized dual capacitor, but he had an alternative that would work just fine at the same cost.

He thoroughly explained our unit's situation and what likely caused the capacitor to fail. He fully answered every question I had in a manner I could understand! Adam was very professional but kind enough to be friendly and pet our extremely playful Shih Tzu.

While Adam was excellent, I must mention how good Julie has been to work with over the years. She has quickly gotten answers to any technical questions I might have and has always worked to get a technician out as fast as possible.

Lake City's prices seem to be quite fair. I really like that I've never been pushed into buying or repairing something I didn't need or want. I've always trusted their technicians, which is very important when you don't quite understand how an HVAC system works.

Nobody likes to call a repairman, but it's comforting to have confidence in knowing exactly who to call. Lake City Air Conditioning falls into that category for us!

The best experience, hands down.

The technician, Adam, called to discuss my air conditioning issue shortly after I placed my service request. He was extremely polite and professional, and gave me a short, two hour window for his arrival: same-day on a Sunday.

He text me 30 minutes prior to arriving, and was right on time. He took the time to explain everything to me, and gave me his honest assessment.

The repair was made promptly, and in line with his initial estimate. Adam was terrific; it’s definitely the customer service that’s most important to me when it comes to selecting a service provider, and Adam created a loyal, happy customer in me.

I can’t express how happy and grateful I am, and would recommend Adam and Lake City Air Conditioning to anyone that needs honest and reliable HVAC service.

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

We contacted Choice Home Warranty and Jose Jauregui with Air Pro Master came to our home to fix our leaking toilet.
We were given a time window of 11:00AM-3:00PM. Air Pro Master sent us a confirmation text with Jose’s photo attached at 11:27AM to notify us he was in his way. Wow!
15 minutes later he arrived at our door. He was very friendly and respectful of our home wearing shoe covers before entering. In less than a minute he was able to identify what needed to done. He was prompt, quick and efficient. We are very grateful and highly recommend both Jose and Air Pro Master for any future home services they provide.

Fernando did a great job of installing the new sink and faucet. Very professional and a master of the work required.

My technician Mark was amazing did impeccable work. The office manager Brittany I believe is her name not very pleasant face to many different prices for work absolute NO customer service at all The technician manager was not very pleasant either gave too many different prices as well. Told me a quote on labor that was going to require a crane upon install day of warranty work that I had to pay for there wasn’t a crane. Very unprofessional managerial front of office folks.

The first tech found we needed a part ordered that took a week but as soon as possible 2nd tech came out and installed a led it both times the tech called first and arrived on time they were polite and cleaned up after.

First of all my services weren't listed, therefore that may be the reason the installation was shoddy and failed!!. (APPARENTLY WAS NEVER THEIR LINE OF WORK!!) And the greedy company wanted to charge EXTRA MONEY to send someone else out to directify the problem and I REFUSED to pay them MORE MONEY!! Had it been installed PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT .

Having one technician evaluating my water softener as "WHY" IT WOULDN'T REGENERAT, When it did before and your company has to send out the 2nd Technician...doesn't make any sense!
We are not too "Happy" why your company adds on everything that can possibly cause this! We are Seniors and jyst because we live in a 🏡 Home that we know it probably needs fixing instead of buying a whole New Unit, Not anyone Now A days has money save for such a New Costly Unit and on Top of this new unit the technician adds on the "Pressure Pipe, which is again another Costly Price!
We will go get the water company to check out our Water Pressure Pipe! And take it from. That Point 👉 but I would not Reccomend your Comoany!!

Look no further people! Air Pro Master is the right choice! I came home from work on a Saturday evening and the A/C was out and it was hot inside. Summer in Vegas is brutal...about 110 that day. Anyways, I called around to a few places and nobody could get to me that evening except for Air Pro Master. They said someone will be there right away. I was thinking...damn this is going to be expensive, it was after hours on a weekend. Andrew Popp shows up not even an hour later and diagnosed the problem minutes after arriving. Andrew said out of all the things that could go wrong with the A/C unit, my problem was the easiest and least expensive to fix. He even had the part in his truck. He could have told me I also needed x, y and z...and racked up a huge bill, but he was truly honest and only charged me for that one part that failed. After replacing that failed part, he tested all of the other components of the unit and said everything was fine. It could have been thousands...but I escaped with only hundreds. It's truly hard to find honest and detailed repairman of any kind. I stood there as Andrew was doing his work and he explained everything he was doing in detail. You don't get that kind of service anymore. I highly recommend them for A/C work.
