Called three different AC repair companies when our AC unit went out. WAVE heating and cooling was the only company able to come out the very same day. Our air conditioning unit stopped working at the start of summer in Las Vegas with a family of 4 and 2 golden retrievers desperately trying to stay cool in our first heat wave of the year. We immediately called WAVE Heating & Cooling for help. Not only did they answer our call promptly, Bogden arrived to service the unit within 45 minutes of my call - an unprecedented response time in Las Vegas. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly upon his arrival and we have had no further issues since. I plan to call WAVE to come out semi-annually to maintenance our HVAC system to avoid any future issues. Thank you Raluca and Bogden for your superb customer service and expertise.

I recently moved to Las Vegas and asked my realtor for a HVAC recommendation. He suggested Wave Heating and Cooling. What a great recommendation. Bogdan arrived at my townhome on time for an AC tune up. He was very professional and respectful of my property. He went over the operation of my cooling system in great detail, including the thermostat, the filters and the vents. My unit is ready for the summer and I will definitely call on them again this fall for a tune up of my heating system.

We were connected with Wave Heating & Cooling through our warranty company. Over the past two years we have had the same problem with our AC and therefore Wave was the third company out to assess and hopefully fix problem. Various “possible” problems were found and fixed but none of them resolved the continuing problem. Bogdan from Wave was very responsive when called for service even when it was after hours. He worked diligently to find the true source and finally he was successful. Unfortunately it required the replacement of our AC/heating units. He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. This of course was an unexpected expense for us but Bogdan gave us a very fair price. The work required for the replacement was extensive due to very poor design by builders of the house. Throughout the job, they kept us informed and explained what they were doing. At the end of the job, they also followed up to see how it was going. The office staff was always pleasant, helpful and very organized. One thing to note, if we would have had any reservations (which we didn’t), the inspector complimented the work and pointed out things done that showed quality work. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them!

Bogdan did a great job repairing my AC. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. Anytime I had a question, he had an answer and would take the extra time to explain to me what was going on and why. I really appreciated the extra communication and detail. When he found that a part in my AC had gone bad, he had the replacement on-hand, and was able to replace it then so I didn't have any more downtime waiting on a part to come in. I would definitely recommend Wave Heating & Cooling, and I will be calling them again if I have any more issues!

From the first call to the company till the owner finished the work -- great communication great updates when I was notified that the tech was running behind and was advised of the reason why -- Bogdan was very professional and was able to diagnose the issue make the necessary part replacement right away. He took photos of all his work during his investigation and also of the unit after the piece was replaced of the new item along with the old item. He made some recommendations for some other items and did not pressure me about them right now as I am on a tight budget. Discuss doing the additional items this fall. Will definitely use this company again.

We were experiencing unbearable heat past 3 weeks with our AC giving problems and not cooling. Daniel was dispatched to our home and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He is so professional and courteous with explaining what needed to be done. To anyone looking for a good company to get their AC needs done I recommend Daniel and the wave team. Went through my home warranty, AC was not blowing cold air, submitted request online in the evening. Wave's scheduler called me first thing in the morning, didn't catch her name but she was very nice, professional, she got me on that today's schedule.

My appointment was confirmed by email and text, I got a text when the tech was enroute. Bogdan was very friendly and professional, explained what he diagnosed/fixed in a way that I could understand. He a colleague with him, Daniel, also very nice and friendly professional.

I was lucky enough to have my home warranty send Wave Heating and Cooling to fix my over 30 year old AC unit. From the very courteous and professional phone calls I received from the office to the most knowledgeable technician Bogdan, we had the best service! All during a holiday weekend as well. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all my heating and calling needs in the future.

My AC motor was failing after 7pm and Wave had Bogden come out quickly before 745pm. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that is happening to me.

The next morning Dante came out and replaced the motor. Bogden and Dante were very fast and efficient. I'm glad this fix took place so quickly when other companies wouldn't come out same-day.

Bogdan and his assistant Daniel, were on time they replaced my AC in one day. Always keep communication open on arrival time. They did not leave until everything was working perfectly. His prices are amazing. I’ve spoken to other neighbors who had AC replaced and they were paying $20,000 or more. This company was way less and gave me an excellent product. My house is so cool and he gave me an efficient unit that will save money during the summer. I can’t say enough about this company. I highly highly recommend and you will not be disappointed. They are the best and most professional AC company in Las Vegas!

My wife and I recently moved into a new home, and we unfortunately started experiencing cooling issues after the temperature started rising outside. Dante and Bogdan were very welcoming from the start. They ran a couple tests and helped identify where the issue was. Along the way they thoroughly explained what they were doing and also showed me information from their pressure gauge to explain what it all meant. I would absolutely recommend their business and look forward to reaching out when the time comes to upgrade our system.

Very kind and honest service. This spring I thought I needed to replace my entire system but my excellent technician recommended replacing the dampers to see how that worked first. I am pleased to say he was right! Now that it’s warm I can say my AC is working great and I didn’t have to go into debt to get a new system. I appreciate the honesty and integrity from Wave. I scheduled a maintenance check for my AC unit with Wave Heating and Cooling, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Dante was my service technician, and he was absolutely outstanding.

What sets Wave apart from other HVAC companies is their thoroughness and attention to detail. Dante spent a full 2.5 hours at my home, meticulously checking every single component of my system and inspecting each vent throughout the house. This was a refreshing change from my previous experiences with other companies, where technicians would rush through in 20 minutes and call it done.

You could tell Dante takes genuine pride in his work. He didn't cut corners or rush through the checklist - he actually cared about ensuring my system was running optimally. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire visit, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions.

Years ago, when everyone told my husband and I that our 2 20-year old units had to get replaced, Bogdan worked with us to keep it running - he’s an expert at troubleshooting an HVAC. Years later when it was time to replace them, he replaced both HVACs for a great price.

Now that we live outside of Vegas, we cannot use his company. However, when our HVAC stopped working and we were quoted a $6k compressor fix or a $10-15k unit change, we knew we had to run this choice by Bogdan. We gave his company a call in the evening, ran everything by Raluca and sent her pictures of what our local HVAC company took and explained our situation. She told us he would look at the pictures and Bogdan would call us in the morning. He gave us the advice that this company was charging too much and that they did not even change the wire to run diagnostics on the compressor before saying it failed. He said to call another company for a second opinion. We called a second company and they found the only issue was the a bad wire that needed to get changed. It melted because of a bad contact. The compressor was fine and we did not need a new compressor or HVAC replacement. Bogdan’s advice saved us thousands of dollars!

We feel so lucky that we found Wave Heating & Cooling when we were in Vegas and the company helped us even now when we are no longer there. Since we no longer live in Vegas, Bogdan did not have to give us advice and help us out. Bogdan helped us because he is an outstanding guy that takes care of all of his customers and a great business owner that takes pride in his work.

As a years long customer - go ahead and give him a call. He is excellent at what he does and Bogdan is the BEST in Vegas!

The team at Wave is awesome! I've had nothing but great experiences with Bogdan, Raluca and Dante. Everyone is very patient, explanatory and respectful. I've had my HVAC for 13 years and even though it was installed poorly, courtesy of the build contractor, and previously serviced by two other companies, these guys take the cake. If you do business with them you'll see why they are far and away the best.

1st time calling WAVE Heating & Cooling. They sent Danté. I had Googled the problem. Dante confirmed what was wrong, repaired the problem and the unit started right up. I really liked the high level professionalism shown by the owner and Danté. He didn't try to "sell" me extras. He did do a thorough inspection including in the attic to inspect my furnace. I plan to get their AC/Furnace Maintenance Plan. Thanks Danté for a job "well done"!👍

This company is the greatest. My claim was covered by my home warranty and they were very helpful in communicating with them. They came on Friday and found out what part was needed. But before they got warranty approval to replace it they went and got the parts before the warehouse closed so they could do it on Saturday and we wouldn't be without AC till Monday afternoon in 110° weather. They were all very polite, professional, explained everything they were doing, and we're there earlier than they said, and did a great job.Don't see that very often. I'd definitely use them again
