Bogdan and Raluca (I hope I spelled it correctly) are an amazing team and have the fastest response times and top notch customer service. When our a/c broke, I called at 5:30 pm and Bogdan came the very next morning. I wish all companies would treat their customers this way. They're trustworthy, competent and very reliable. We love this company so much that I even scheduled an appointment for my parents' house.

Our upstairs a/c unit (~20 years old) needed to be replaced and Bogdan walked us through the entire process and gave us a fair price for the amount of work that had to be done. The work was done meticulously and with great care. He explained everything that needed to be done and educated us on how to keep the system functioning properly for years to come i.e., change filters, etc. He also explained how air conditioning works and the many ins and outs of the system.

We've never met anyone so knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do! He was always happy to share his knowledge with us and explained everything so that we could understand it. He even asked for a piece of paper so he could draw and illustrate how everything worked and affected each other i.e., the vents, intake, etc. Now we know so much more about air conditioning and how to properly maintain it. We are repeat customers and are always satisfied with the efficient work Bogdan does. We're ready for summer! Thank you!

Had An amazing experience with this company! They were super transparent about timing and Oscar came and he was so kind! He was very quick fixing the issue and it’s been working well ever since! Got a call the following Monday following up on how the heater is working to make sure everything was still okay. Would definitely chose them for any future issues with the unit!

Alex Rivera with Vida Air Heating & Cooling was absolutely incredible. From the very first visit, he was honest, thorough, and clearly committed to doing the right thing—not just making a quick buck.

He initially repaired wiring issues and got our AC running, but when it went out again, he came back promptly and diagnosed a bad capacitor. Then, when it failed again, he went even deeper into the unit and found another uncommon issue that most technicians might have missed.

What really stood out was his integrity—he didn’t charge us for the additional repair, and even when the second visit should have been $500, he only charged $250.

It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable AND this honest. We are so grateful and will absolutely be calling Alex for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

My insurance company had sent Alex out to my home in regard to a claim on my 4 ton Lennox AC system. Alex was very prompt, extremely professional, and polite. He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and also helped educate me during the process. I have used 2 other large corporate AC companies in the Valley with bad outcomes. On their visits they were always trying to con me into buying a new unit when not needed, try to upsell me during every membership service visit, or claim they repaired something in order to bill me other than just the visit service fee. It is so hard to find an honest companies these days. I’m grateful that my insurance company introduced me to Alex and Vida Air. I hire Vida Air multiple times a month for some commercial properties, and so yoy should really consider this review a big deal... he is absolutely AAAA++++ in all ways. Three of the most important things when considering a hiring a company & He's knock out on all! 1 He's honest and fairly priced, which is such a a rarity in n HVAC these days, and 2 a superb technician, a true master of his craft! 3 Reliable committed to his customers. He will be there as soon as he can and if something happens that he's behind i k ow by his work ethic it was no fault of his iwn. He's wored late work gone in early and doesnwhatever he can to take care and show up for his customers.

Alex and his team responded quickly on a saturday . They diagnosed my problem and gave me an estimate more affordable than the previous estimate I recieved from another company. They replaced my air conditioning fan motor quickly and saved me the money of having to replace my unit. I highly recommend this company

After being taken advantage of by several other companies, I was skeptical After doing research and making my appointment a meeting With a team member I was sold and decided to give them a chance. Nothing was pushed down my throat just options and after talking, I decided to get an upgrade to my system I was very pleased with the service and the way they made it possible for me to get work done that I need it done with different payment options I highly recommend them

Semper Fi sent me an amazing Tech Josue! He was super professional, never had pushed stuff on me like other companies. You can sense the sincerity and integrity they have in this company. He went above and beyond! Absolutely suggest this company!

Arrived home after summer get away. AC not functioning well. Called Semper Fi. They came out promptly. I’m on their monthly plan which I don’t recall name of, but it does give priority. Long story short, new HVAC unit was installed by next afternoon. Very good service. Also had water flush and inspection. Excellent service as well. Thanks.

Five stars simply aren't enough for Semper Fi! We chose them to service our Mammoth water-sourced heat pump in a Las Vegas high-rise — a difficult job few companies can handle. Our tech, Daniel, was fantastic: genuinely knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. We especially appreciated the honest consult on our ~19-year-old unit, which just felt like a candid chat with a reliable expert (we initiated, no sales vibes).

Great service and really love that they are veteran owned. The reason why I chose them and I’ll choose them again!
