I always feel comfortable when Semper Fi heating and air come out to service my units. The technicians are always respectful of my home, knowledgeable of the units, and understandable about not being able to replace the units at this time based on their age. They never pressure me. They talk facts and comparisons. They take photos to always make sure I understand what they are talking about.

Mike Cook came yesterday (27 Aug) just one day after I called to schedule work on an issue our new system was having. He quickly identified the issue, explained it to me, and addressed it. He was an excellent warranty technician. I highly recommend this company, Summit Air Conditioning.

This was the original review from March or April of 2024: Carlos, Reyes, and Luis and their crew were all awesome. They worked their tails off late into the evening, and got this complex install 95% completed in one day. They left our house clean and free of damage. They returned a few days later and finished up the last couple details, leaving us with totally functional incredible new equipment. Thank you for a great job well done!

My technician was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He got my water heater installed in a timely matter and explained everything to me. Excellent service!

I called in for a service tech to look at the system, a day later he showed up as scheduled. He came here around 11am on Friday and he was very knowledgeable, presentable and well spoken. It took him a few hours in the attic working on the unit and finally got it working. He explained the issue dealing with inlet gas pressure being too high, he adjusted it down and the unit works great now. As always you also worry about charges for repairs especially on a relatively new unit. There were also no charges for the work performed today.

Raul and Enrique are literally top notch when it comes to professionalism and great great service. They worked there butt's off to get a/c going in our home. Hats off to this amazing company who actually understood what we wanted and did it in a very very timely manner. You guys rock! I will most definitely recommend you guys to anyone. Keep up the amazing work and kind service. Haven't seen service like this in yrs!.

Carlos was great! He arrived at the top of the time frame given. Explained everything going on. Service/repair was completed in less than 2 hours. Friendly, considerate, and respectful. Definitely 5 star service!

We had a sales rep come to our house on Thursday at about 5:00 p.m. within 24 hours we had a new AC and all new HVAC!!!! Service team always kept us well informed and updated with text who was coming. All of their installers were amazing knowledgeable fast and great to work with! Their financing and warranties are unbeatable and we shopped around!

We have a great experience. The technician came timely. He inspected our unit, the lines, and the attic. He made good recommendations for the level of insulation in the attic as well as how often to have maintenance performed.

Daniel came out for the water heater and Chris came out the same day but for the air conditioners. Both were outstanding!!

Very nice service, every time I turn around, they're checking on the system they installed last year, even going so far as to pick up a new filter for it, when the serviceman realized it is hard for me to get around, and installing it.

From beginning to end everything went so smoothly it's scary. The techs showed up as scheduled and went to work. The job went so smooth we didn't even hear the crane lift and replace the unit. This installation is so clean looking and the jobsite clean up afterwards is incredible.
