Excellent Service ..!! Zach came to do a final inspection on my new HVAC system and answered all my concerns regarding the whole system - Very professional & friendly . I will continue to do business with Now Lee’s Air , Plumbing and Heating formerly ICE ..?? Very reliable and proficient company and staff..!! Highly recommended..!!

Gerson came to install a reverse osmosis faucet due to the existing hardware failure. He also helped service my water heater to ensure it was working optimally for the upcoming winter months. He was very personable and knew his work well, being able to describe the process and potential concerns that could arise if not serviced. I’d definitely recommend him for future services.

Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable! He took his time and did a plumbing inspection. We sat for 1/2 hour and he answered all my questions. We decided ti sign up for their maintenance program an am glad we did!

Rashad was very friendly and punctual I appreciated the fact that he called on a fellow coworker to inspect the unit and make sure to give me accurate details on what the issue could be on my water heater. They were both super professional and I really like.the fact that they could email me several quotes with different options on how to proceed.

Zach did an excellent job with our AC maintenance! He was professional, punctual, and very thorough in explaining what he was checking and why. He made sure everything was running efficiently and even gave helpful tips for keeping the system in good shape between services. It’s great to see someone who takes pride in their work. Great company! Jordan, my tech, showed up on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, and then did what he said. Checked out my water heater, drained it, said it needed a new anode rod and how much it was going to cost. There were no hidden fees. He cleaned up after himself. Was friendly and knowledgeable. A really good experience!

I had a great experience with Lee’s. Gerson was the first person to come check out the issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. During the process, he analyzed different areas of the house and did some tests to find the root cause. He did a great job identifying the issue and coordinating the second technician to implement the fix. He also helped me find a reliable company to fix my water damage. With his help, I was able to continue fixing the issue promotly and understand the insurance claims process a bit more.

Bryan was the second technician to come and he cut the bad pipes and replaced them. Things were done very timely and they had the right materials. We had the fix the same day and their availability was amazing. Overall, I recommend this company as I am very happy with the outcome.

Ex-loyal customer here. I’ve spent close to $4,000 in major plumbing work with Lee’s over the last couple of months and genuinely thought I had found my go-to plumbing company. My experiences with Antonio were always great. He was fair, straightforward, transparent about pricing, and I always felt confident that the work was being handled honestly, even when unexpected issues popped up. This most recent experience could not have been more different.

During the initial bid process, I noticed my first quote had suddenly gone up by several hundred dollars for no clear reason other than a vague “special plumbing” label. I’ll admit I expected that some minor adjustments would be bundled into the larger job, which is how things were handled before and why the pricing always felt like a good value. When I realized that wasn’t happening this time, I called management and spoke with Travis. He implied that I didn’t understand the scope of work, even though I did, and then tried to convince me that I should basically be billed twice for the time it takes PVC to dry. His explanation made it sound like the crew would sit around waiting for pipes to dry and then turn around and charge me again for a different job during that downtime. It felt like a flimsy attempt at double billing, and it really rubbed me the wrong way. They eventually agreed to a less-than-ideal solution that fit closer to my budget, but by that point the trust was already gone.

This negative experience led me to get another quote from a similar licensed company which proved far more reasonable. When I brought up the issue the next day to Lee's and even gave them a chance to match a competitor’s price to smooth things over, they refused claiming different operating costs. That was pretty frustrating considering how much I’ve spent with them in such a short amount of time.

I once trusted Lee’s because the service was consistently great, but whatever has changed recently has dragged the company in the wrong direction, and it shows.

The so called pricing adjustment was made AFTER the initial quote and bid was agreed on by both me and the technician. I had already discussed the bid and my options and didn't add any additional scope. It was more the opposite, as I elected to do the less expensive fix, bringing the quote down. Frustratingly, the manager wasn't satisfied with the fair price and then adjusted it up further. The 200$ markup was reconnecting a laundry drain tub (connected via hand turning PVC), labeled as specialty plumbing, and carelessly priced up to 200$ plus. This lost your office the bid. I ended up paying a few dollars more in the end, for a fair and more reliable installation with transparent pricing with another licensed plumber.

Lee’s has been our go to since moving to Vegas. I have had other companies come in to do work and will never use the others again.
Technician was very professional. I have dealt with plumbing companies for 30 plus years and Eugenio was by far the best I have ever seen. He was prompt, explained everything he was doing in detail and had a great personality with a love for his company. You can’t go wrong with Lee’s and their monthly program can’t be beat.

Timothy and Rashad came out to flush my water heater that was installed last year by the company. They arrived before my appointment time which was great, and got the service done quickly. Before the service started Timothy asked if I knew information about my water heater and explained it to me again and the upcoming checks that I should be looking out for in order to properly maintain the heater. After they were finished I asked if they could investigate what the cause of a backup smell we were having last week could be coming from and they said that was no problem. They put on shoe covers themselves without me having to ask and inspected the areas and giving their opinion of what they thought it could be from. They then reached out to dispatch to figure out how to best assess our concerns and then helped with setting the appointment. Both Timothy and Rashad were professional and courteous while performing the work and answering any questions or concerns that we had. I would definitely recommend them for others.

Lee's is great. They provide fast and efficient service. Called them in the morning and they were here in less than 3 hours to repair a leaky tub faucet for my Dad, who is a disabled veteran. Nelson was polite and respectful and took time to explain the repairs and costs. He provided great customer service. This is our second time using Lee's and we are customers for life.

No issues. Timothy and Iban were on time, quick, courteous. I felt comfortable with both. They dealt patiently with my barking dogs. My service was arranged quickly and priced reasonably. Smooth as professional service should be.

Follow up:
Due to my unexpected circumstances I needed to reschedule. The next day, John Brown arrived on time. Worked quickly to complete the work. Again, I was comfortable. He was polite and professional. I would be happy with future work with any of these professionals, but I will surely ask for John Brown.

We had an excellent service plumber (Timothy) who came out to flush our water heater and check our sinks. He was punctual, called ahead to let us know his ETA. When he arrived he told us exactly what he was going to do before doing it, asked us if we had any questions, and then executed it. He also offered us recommendations to provide preventative maintenance as well as equipment failure. Timothy was very professional as well as informative and we look forward to working with him again in the future🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

I’ve been really pleased with Lee’s since first working with them several months ago. They’ve worked on my AC unit, serviced my heater, and now today flushed my tankless water heater and completed a full inspection of my plumbing system. Timothy did a great job, was personable, and very professional. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dependable HVAC and plumbing company that gets the job done right the first time.

I called Lee's Air, Plumbing and Heating this morning. I received a message telling me that John would be coming between 4pm(PST) and 6pm. But I wasn't given a price.
John would be here to consult with me about what I needed to have my shower 🚿 wand installed and quote me the cost.
John was awesome, he arrived at 2:30pm (way early), and we discussed all of my options and I'd make the decision.

Well after the consult, he did the job, and he was tremendous about everything. It took him about 10 minutes to finish his work and I am extremely pleased.

Don't forget to ask for John because you, too, will get excellent service.

Iban provided excellent service from start to finish. He was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. While here, he also offered to inspect all of our in-house bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures for no additional cost and provided clear recommendations for any needed repairs. He took his time with us, never making us feel rushed, and came across as honest and transparent. The service was thorough, professional, and great value for what we paid. The BOGO service also entailed a heating inspection and tune-up. The service was performed by Diego. He was really knowledgeable and informative and provided valuable recommendations. Highly recommended!
