Tim and Jordan were very thorough with the free inspection of our plumbing system. They did a very good job especially with the flushing of our tankless heater. Will definitely use Lee's Plumbing again for other necessary repairs.

Two technicians came to my house to rebalance the HVAC airflow, Hyam and Justin. Both were pleasant and professional. Justin stayed the longest, doing the bulk of the work. He explained the process and was courteous and friendly, I am pleased with Lee's service.

Jordan and Iban are fantastic gentlemen. They were very professional and they educated me on the calcium deposits around my water heater and the sediment. The price for the hot water flush is worth the information provided. Jordan was a great teacher to Iban.

Tech Jordan was very polite, respectful and explained thoroughly the process of emptying the water tank. He showed me the rod inside that will eventually need replacing but I chose not to do at this time due to what I thought was a high marked up price. Water tanks was emptied and the water was clear, no issues at this time. Will definitely make this a yearly cleaning to prolong the water tank

Timothy and Rashad came to my house and did did a complete check on all my plumbing lines, in the 3 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and the hot water heater….luckily I don’t have any immediate concerns, and nice to have peace of mind that I don’t have any major issues in plumbing.
Timothy and Rashad were very professional and are a great credit to Lees plumbing company of which I would highly recommend for any plumbing and HVAC repair of which I have used in the past

Our technician, Diego, was professional and thoroughly knowledgeable as to our current heating and ac needs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure we had all the necessary tools to make decisions on next steps as needed. Highly recommend Diego and Lee's if you need ac or heating work done.

Whenever we have plumbing issues, we call Lee’s. Supervisor for latest job was Tomas Lopez Jr. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, & efficient. We had flood in powder room from broken line on toilet. Tomas did diagnostic & asked if we wanted to check all 5 toilets since they were same age. Yes. Three toilets had leaks or corrosion.
We didn’t want patch repair, requested new parts. They replaced Angle Stops w/ water supply lines & valves. Needed new fill valve & flapper replacement. Bryan McNabb was the tech who completed the jobs. He’s a hard worker, very conscientious & efficient. Bryan has been to our house several times - working in hot or freezing temps. I commend both these guys for the excellent job they did for us. Always show up on time.,Highly recommend!

Adrian Almanza came out for a routine heating inspection at my home. He arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything very thoroughly to me, which I really appreciated. He is a true asset to Lee's and should be recognized accordingly! 😉

Thanks for helping us out so close to Christmas. Your technicians were very professional and willing to listen and even price match another companies quote. I really appreciate them being able to get the work done same day!

I had an excellent experience with Carl’s Air today, thanks to Diego. From the moment he arrived, Diego was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.

It’s rare to find service that’s this honest, efficient, and customer-focused. Diego clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. Carl’s Air is lucky to have him on their team. I highly recommend Carl’s Air—and especially Diego—to anyone looking for dependable, top-notch service.
Updated January 31, 2026 had another service from this company. They came out and drained my water heater had to replace the rod. They did another service to make sure I don’t have any leaks as my place is over 20 years old. Rashad came out first from Lee’s and did a terrific job. Next came the welder who replaced all of the plumbing hardware. A week later a construction guy came out to fix the drywall. What a fantastic job he did. He is master at that job. I would recommend Lee’s air and plumbing along with Carl’s air. They’re now the same company. Great customer service fair pricing and their employees are wonderful. I want to mention that their customer service is outstanding as well.

I had seen four plumbers before this, and nobody could diagnose the issue. Tomas came in and immediately knew what was wrong. He was very easy to talk to and gave me his honest opinion, which I really appreciated after getting so many different quotes from others who weren’t sure what the problem was. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. I’ll definitely be calling Lee’s Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs… very happy with their service!

Jordan and Tim from Lee’s plumbing flushed my hot water system today. They were fast, efficient, and very friendly. Nice talking to you both, thanks for the service and looking out for my ongoing maintenance. Sold service all around.

Zach did an awesome job, very thorough and friendly. I have complete piece of mind that my house heat/air are running as they should. They take pictures of the unit and filters and keep them on file so there's never any surprises. Good stuff.

We scheduled a service to flush out our water heater. Rashad was communicative and friendly. He got everything done fast and efficiently. He also provided us with other solutions for our problem since the flush is only temporary fix.

Jordan and Iban came out to do some routine maintenance on my water heater. They told me how to stop the issue until home warranty can check it out since instead of a $40 maintenance it was gonna be upwards of $4600 since a new water heater is needed And it needs to go through my home warranty. They were both kind and friendly, help me understand the issue and want to say the whole warranty to get somebody out immediately. Please now has a customer for life. They were so great. I highly recommend them..

Diego was great. He was so easy to work with. Diagnosed the issue quickly and communicated it clearly. Wish more technicians were like him!

John Brown is an amazing technician and takes his job very serious. I was extremely satisfied on his efforts. Unfortunately, the master bedroom is a room addition and someone did piping that is not up to Code. He did refer me to a company that might have the equipment, but what an amazing effort John Brown did for me and had been very pleased with all his efforts. I highly recommend This company.

Gerson was so knowledgeable and kind! He did a thorough inspection and let me know what was causing our plumbing issues! If I could request to have him always service our home I would because he was extremely awesome with customer service! We will continue to use lees plumbing because their customer service is unmatched!
