We appreciate Memo's professionalism and honesty. After evaluating our A/C unit, he informed us that the repairs were not urgent, but we decided to have him replace the parts anyway. Furthermore, he didn't ask for a Google review, which I found refreshing compared to other companies. Thank you!

Called on Tuesday 7/28 reporting my ac not working. since my new unit had been serviced in May and new capacitor was put in i called polar to come out. Only time slot was 7-9 pm. Tech says system fan motor and he'll replace on Wed. Comes on Wed replaces motor but said modular is missing from part box he brought. Says he'll finish job Thurs, part didn't come in. Now he's suppose to be here Friday to finish job btw 4-6pm and they and say he's delayed. New time. 7:30. Meanwhile I ask to have manager call me, he doesn't. My house by the way is almost 100 degrees and they say sorry. I'm a senior with health issues which I told Kaylee on the phone and they just didn't care. If the tech would of checked parts before coming out or not just replaced anything until he had both parts I could have called another company and got the job done. By the way, I purchased unit from polar in March of 2021 and this is really poor customer service. I will no longer use them and I don't recommend them. Really bad experience for me.

First off, if I could give this company "10 Stars" I would. Top-notched professionalism: from Guillermo "Memo" Gonzalez's professional presentation of the products he offered; to Cruz & his young tech installer who showed on May 3, 2023 at 7:00AM & left around 6:00PM, having installed a 2-stage Lennox A/C & 6-jet gas furnace in the attic -- hardworking, polite, professional; to the polite & professional ladies in the office who answered my phone calls. Beforehand, I researched installation costs/units for the country as a whole. Polar Air/Heating, Inc. came in at the mid-range cost for this area of the country. Range was $10,500. to $14,500, depending what part of the country one lives. The Lennox 2-stage A/C is working perfectly, especially as this July 2023 is breaking high temps records. Also, a touch-screen Honeywell thermostat was installed. I recommend this company highly to anyone wishing to replace their old A/C & gas furnace. You will not be disappointed. I would say that Mr. Bali Singh, owner, has an amazing team!!!

I called Polar Air & Heating for a comp bid on replacing my Mini-split unit. Their price much better than the first company I called. They were able to installed a Lennox Mini Split within a day of my decision. There were quick, quiet and clean. The 3 man crew that showed up were knowledgeable, and capable. I would recommend this company the did an excellent job.

Polar Air provided us excellent value for our money, replacing our entire AC and heating system. Although it took them a couple of days to identify and correct all the problems with our system, all work is now completed, and the system is working properly.

I hired Polar Air to do spring maintenance on my 2 AC units after seeing their positive reviews. They got right back to me from contacting them through their website. Another company has still yet to respond. Isaac came out and did the maintenance and explained everything in great detail. I asked him to retape my foam lines going to my units, he did an awesome job, and even applied a UV protection paint. I will hire them again when needed.

Very nice and prompt until I had issue. Spent $1400 on repair to have ugly wires sticking out of ac. When I complained I got a "this is what we do with this repair" Could of zip tied them under grate or something.

Driving westbound on the two fifteen just past russell, one of their trucks is exceeding the speed limit by eighty 52 ninety miles an hour. As a concerned, citizen and also a business owner.I called to let the company know of the situation.And how the exceeding the speed limit is deadly unsafe for the rest of the people around them. Unfortunately, shayla, the operator or customer service representative that answered the phone exceeded to tell me how I was wrong.And I was no need for me to call, in because i'm not law enforcement. Safety is safety.I'm not sure the argument was up for argument.When all you have to do is call your technician and let him know that his speeds are exceeding the actual speed limit safety first.

Polar Air's bid was thousands of dollars less than two other bids I got. Then I found out they are A+ accredited by the Better Business Bureau, so the decision was easy. Their crew did a great job on the install.

I don't usually write reviews, but their work was outstanding. Interviewed various A/C companies, and they had all had the necessary equipment in stock. They also explained the work they were going to do. Payment was due after the job was completed, and to my satisfaction. Memo, Cruz, and workers were excellent, as well as workmanship and cleanliness.

I can’t say enough good things about Polar Air! After getting bids from three other companies — all of which insisted I needed to replace my entire system, quoting me anywhere from $7,500 to over $15,000 — I was starting to feel hopeless.

Then came Memo from Polar Air. He was honest, straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of trying to upsell me like the others, he carefully assessed my situation and explained that all I really needed were some vent intakes and a damper adjustment. That’s it! The fix ended up costing me a fraction — only about 15% of what the other companies were trying to charge.

Communication was seamless from start to finish, and I felt like I was being treated with real integrity the entire time. Memo and Polar Air have absolutely earned my trust and my business for life. Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism!

We checked around and finally found Polar Air & Heating to install a new air conditioner and furnace. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone is super nice who I have talked to from the service manager to the installers. They were very good priced as well. I would recommend Polar Air for all your HVAC needs.

This company is wonderful!! Memo was our go to guy and he was awesome to work with!! I had 7 air conditioning companies out to my house and they all wanted to sell me a new unit and all we needed were mini splits to accommodate a unit that we had installed by another company that the tonnage was too small for our house. Then, that company refused to work for us anymore because we were always complaining that the thermostat wouldn’t go past 78 in the summer! So, we had some mini splits installed at my house and at my mom’s house by Polar Air and oh my gosh!! It’s the first time I say it’s freezing in here, turn it down! Memo came to our house and got everything organized and explained everything perfectly. The installers all work together so beautifully! I would definitely recommend this company for all of your cooling and heating needs! Oh, and they actually send the warranty and all paperwork out to you in the mail. The other company put our name wrong on the warranty and never sent us any warranty or paperwork. Polar Air always answers the phone and gets someone out right away. This company is top notch!! Thank you Memo!! You have been awesome to work with!!

My husband and I moved from Midwest and wanted to replace 2 units of AC, 2 units of heating system and install AC in the garage on the house we bought here.
I called several companies, and I ended up choosing Polar Air. Out of 3, one of them tried to scam us being senior and new in the town.
We picked Polar Air because of the service manager, Memo. He would do “whatever it takes” to satisfy customers. If we have any concerns/questions related to systems and services, he is there for you.
Their service and professionalism are great, we don’t have to worry because they would take care of you as their own family.
We highly recommend Polar Air and Memo, the service manager, because installing new system is a big investment, and you want the best out of it.

I have not enough words of praise for this company. 1. They are the most honest, trust worthy people ever. 2. They are so very knowledgeable and competent in their services. Our heater was blowing cold air during a cold spell, so we called Wave Heating and Cooling and they came out the same day and resolved the problem. We were afraid the problem would be costly, but the part was replaced and the total cost was just a fraction of what we had expected. I've used other companies in the past, and I have to say

Not sure how many times we’ve engaged our homeowner’s insurance for our A/C… not an uncommon occurrence in this city of course. However, with a failing unit that’s almost 20 years old, it seems like since we’ve moved into this particular house 3 years ago it’s all we do. One company came, did nothing. Another company came, did nothing. Another, replaced a part. Another, nothing. Another, replaced a part. Another, debated everything we were experiencing. Another, replaced another part. Or so they said. Found out that wasn’t the case… so be careful out there.

We then had the wonderful experience of Wave, and much like the others … we expected the whole, nothing is on fire, we’re not going to replace it, all we can do is X thing. It’ll band-aid it up for another few weeks if lucky.

Well, it was our pleasure to have met Daniel Martinez, who as soon as he came to our house … we knew we’d probably have to do the whole song and dance once again bc our AC will work and then it won’t. When he came, of course it was in the small window the sun wasn’t beating down on it and it was working a little better right when he arrived. Other times, we’ve been dying in heat being blasted into the house. We felt bad trying to explain the situation for the 100th time, when at that very moment, it looks like it works, but Daniel was actually very attentive and empathetic. He didn’t seem bothered or annoyed like many of the companies that have visited us seemed to have been. Listen we don’t want to keep calling either.

But Daniel understood and did something different, he helped us to better identify the issues so that we could record them and show what was going on. He explained things thoroughly, what we should look for, and what it could mean so that if we had to call again (which we did), we’d be in a better position to have complete information. And be able to convey it proactively.

Felt like the 100th visit overall… yes, but you know what, that was the FIRST experience with THIS company where someone actually did THAT. So we were accepting of the fact that Daniel had to do a few things to get some more last bit of life into our AC. It’s on its last leg, we know, but his advice, patience, and outstanding personality helped us to be more informed, as well as understanding of the process. He was also very specific on what he had done when he was here. We’re not going to get frustrated at someone that shows patience with us. And it has been nothing but frustrating every time before he came over. He’s a truly valuable asset and bc of Daniel specifically, we’d highly recommend this company.
