Making an appointment was easy and fast. Technician Alex was very professional and informative. He was able to assess my A/C problem relatively quickly. Alex clearly explained the options available to me to repair or replace the unit. Looking forward to my next visit to Tanana Air Conditioning & Heating to replace my old A/C system.

Serge arrived at my home on time and was very friendly. After telling him what our problem was, he immediately began diagnosing. It turns out that the previous installer did not connect the system well enough. Serge quickly found and AC repair. Our AC unit stopped working in terrible Las Vegas heat. We called to Tanana Air Conditioning and Heating. About 3 hours later, Sergey came to diagnose and fix our unit. The capacitor had to be replaced, beyond repair. Price Sergey gave us was very good. It took only 2 days to have a brand new unit and cool house. Sergey also suggested a couple of solutions to increase the cold air flow in the house. Highly recommended Tanana Air Conditioning and of course Sergey.

My upstairs heater broke last week.
Serge, our technician showed up at 10:30 AM (same day) and was VERY kind and helpful. He was able to get our heater working again within half an hour. He was even kind enough to let us know that we had the filters installed incorrectly.

Tanana Air Conditioning & Heating came to our home to install two units, and while it may have taken longer than I wanted, it was done very well. We were served by a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician. Our offer from Tanana may have been a little more than some of the competition, but I guarantee that no HVAC company would provide the same level of professionalism as what we received from Tanana.

Sergey went above and beyond to explain everything about my new AC system and even helped me
program my thermostat for maximum efficiency. He was professional, punctual, and truly cared

These guys are exceptional in their craft. My ac compressor went out at the house. Inside temperature was an unbearable 99°. I called Tanana Air Conditioning and they came out the same day. After troubleshooting the problem, he explained what was needed, & options to explore. They replaced my compressor, and found another problem with a restriction & over pressure in the line upstairs. This after I had my system checked by another company, which name I will not mention. They worked until midnight, making sure everything was on point. They even checked all my registors for temperature readings. Their prices are also reasonable. I commend these guys as real professionals. Thank you to you and your team sir.
