I have been using Action Air for many years for all of my HVAC needs and issues. They are always courteous and professional. Tracy always takes good care of me. I would recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors.

During a recent heatwave in Las Vegas, with temperatures reaching 115-120 degrees, our condo's AC unit began malfunctioning. The temperature would climb to 90 degrees, reset to 78-80 degrees, then slowly rise again.

We called Action Air Conditioning, Inc., and they promptly sent two technicians. After conducting tests, they informed us that the refrigerant was low and recommended adding two pounds. We agreed to this service, which came at a cost we found to be substantial.

Unfortunately, about an hour after their visit, our place began warming up again. We called them back, and they returned the next day. At this point, they reported multiple issues with the entire HVAC unit. They presented two options: replacing the unit for $14,000-$15,000 or attempting repairs for at least $5,000, though they emphasized that the repair option might not be satisfactory.

Seeking a second opinion, we contacted our building's handyman on a neighbor's recommendation. The handyman identified and resolved the issue within 10 minutes at no cost to us. The problem turned out to be a clogged drain hose, which he cleared.

While we appreciated Action Air Conditioning's prompt initial response, we were surprised by the discrepancy between their diagnosis and the actual issue. The simplicity of the eventual solution, which required no special equipment, was unexpected given the previous recommendations for extensive and costly repairs or replacement.

This experience has led us to question the thoroughness of the initial diagnosis and the necessity of the services we were charged for. We encourage other customers to seek second opinions for AC issues, especially when faced with significant repair or replacement costs.

Eddie came within the time frame scheduled. He was very friendly and got to work right away to inspect the AC/heating unit and verifying the output before leaving.

My AC unit went out in the middle of the hot summer in Las Vegas and Action Air was able to get me a new unit installed and cool my house down within less than 24 hours! My experience from start to finish was incredible. From my first call to the office, it was obvious that customer service is a priority! They were very professional and provided excellent communication and even provided me with updates along the way about my new AC unit installation which was very much appreciated during such a stressful time. You can tell they care about their work and truly want to provide the most reliable and fast service to their customers as possible. I 100% recommend Action Air and will definitely be a returning customer for all my AC needs in the future. My house is nice and cool now, thanks so much!

I own a rental unit and needed the annual inspection done on the A/C unit. I talked to Action Air and asked them to communicate with the management company and set up an appointment. That was on a Friday. Tuesday I received the invoice for the completed work. The unit checked out fine with no extra charges. Action Air did it quickly and correctly. I will use them again.

Professional, promt, after hours service & fixed our blow motor immediately. They even offered the use of a portable a/c until they could install the new motor.

After a wrong diagnostics action air came to my rescue. Did another diagnostic check and found that the first one was totally wrong. After 4 days with no air they got it up and running the same day of the diagnostics. Nick and Eddie are truly my heroes. They definitely put the customers first.

Eddie was on time, polite and friendly with my dogs. He explained everything he would be checking ,which got an A for functioning perfectly. Eddie is great.

Action Air installed a new unit into the house per management. The crew arrived on time, although there were some delays, it was beyond their control. Professional, kept me up to date.
