Vardan was great. Came right away considering it was 104 degrees out. He was respectful and professional. Quickly fixed AC and left no mess behind. I was recommend. Him and this company for all you AC needs.

I can’t say enough positive things about Excellence Air!!!! Varden was extremely professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. We are so grateful that we stumbled across this phenomenal company. We will never use another AC company again. Don’t hesitate and make an appointment.

Excellence Air (Vardan, the owner) has been servicing my AC system for the past 3 years. I have nothing but praise for Vardan. He is competent, a straight shooter, professional, and above all very honest. He takes his time to the job correctly and answers all of your questions- no matter how busy he is. And his prices are more than fair. When that day arrives when my AC system (which is 20 years old) needs to be replaced I will no doubt trust only Vardan to do that job. I can trust him to not cut corners, do the job right, and charge a very fair price. There are a lot of shady AC companies in this town- thank goodness I found a company I can trust. These guys a great!! John the service manager was there the next day when the back A/C unit on my home wasn't cooling properly. Both Verdan and John were both very friendly, professional and prompt. And the price was fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone..

Our ac system crapped out right before the 100 degree weather and our home warranty contracted Vardan to come for an inspection. He saw there was a leak where the refrigerant should hold and recommended a leak detection test. Turns out the leak was caused by the compressor blowing out and our warranty had to order the compressor part to be replaced. When calling Excellence Air for an eta on the part Jasmine answered and she was super kind and tried to help as much as possible. As soon as the part came in both our warranty and Excellence Air sent my husband a text notifying him of a scheduled service for the following day being today. Vardan came and replaced the compressor, cleaned it up and it’s now running so smooth! No more loud noise coming from the ac unit as it runs and we won’t die for this weeks hot forecast. Vardan was extremely knowledgeable and kind and he answered all of our questions. Thanks Vardan! Highly recommend his services!

We had our AC break in the middle of a heat wave and The owner himself Vardan came and took care of it because we have my 85 year old mother with health issue and a 4 year old. Everyone else wouldn’t come for 3 days. Insurance company gave us the run around for days. He was able to get parts when other companies told us 3 weeks. He is an honorable man. Thank you so much Vardan. Highly recommend this honest company.

however after 24hours recalling the warranty company they did come out first thing this morning and make the repair needed. I can not speak on the fix yet as he just left but he was very friendly and informed me of what was broken. He did complete the job in a timely manner.

This company was dispatched through my home warranty company. They did not contact me within the 4 hours time frame. Then when I called I made an appt for between 11-1pm knowing I worked at 230 they never called or arrived and when I called at 12:50 he said he would have known Jon give me a call. Jon called me over an hour later to try and be on the way. Then stated in the notes that he could not contact customer. I understand why there is windowed time frame but to not show up , not call, and to waste my day in a 98 degree house is not excellence in my opinion. I will be contacting my warranty to dispatch another company. Professionalism and punctuality is everything and they were unable to execute either.

Work was completed promptly, but the employee was aggressive and disrespectful when demanding money that would come from the owner of the property, not the renter. His aggression was sexist and left me feeling unsafe in my own home. Management did not care that their employee had acted in an inappropriate way.

I don’t normally leave reviews but had to with my experience with Vardan. I was late in responding to their calls using my home warranty. Vardan showed up early the next day and not only diagnosed the failing fan in my AC unit, he proceeded to explain how old my unit was (20+ years), identified that my shutoff switch was not up to code (from a recent replacement by a warranty electrician), told me about the different fans required for different units, etc. I’ve never had service like this before. He came out the next day and the AC is back running like a champ. It’s hard to find guys like him who stop what they’re doing to explain things so that you understand. I wish I could have him here for everything that goes wrong.

Fast response, friendly, clear explanation of work performed and attention to detail! Notice the insulation wrap around the fan motor wires. I’ve had fan motors replaced and never had that done by other companies!

Vardan and the people at Excellence Air do exceptional work, One of the AC on my house went out and Him and his team did exceptional work to get the Unit replaced and running. Great people and great Service I would recommend Excellence Air to anyone I know.

Worst experience. The man didn’t introduce him self, he asked me what I needed, and brushed me off when I asked questions about what he “fixed” and made be feel less than. My husband works in the industry, we were needing to use our home warranty… when my husband asked the same questions I did in person to the man, he cut my husband off and told him he is to busy for this and have a good day and hung up on him. Literally worst experience ever. If I could give that single person zero stars I would..

If your home warranty company assigns Excellence Air in Las Vegas to service your air conditioner, you can relax.
I know there are a/c repair companies out there that will make ridiculous and false claims such as "looks like you had a power surge" -voiding your warranty on that part -then offering to sell you the part for $2200 or even a complete new system. I'm not sure what the dynamic is between warranty companies and the contractors they hire to not fix your appliances or air conditioner, but it's probably not in the customer's best interest, so I was quite worried as to what kind of company would show up. Excellence Air is NOT one of those companies to be worried about. You might actually get a big repair bill depending on your situation. Just know that if you do, it will not be because you are being cheated somehow by this contractor.
Vardan was the owner and tech sent to my home (not sure if there are other techs) to do the service. He was quick to diagnose and fix the issue and even went beyond what he had to do. I could not be more happy with his work and business ethics.
I will definitely call him next time I need my system serviced.

Varden came over the next morning after I submitted a request on the website. He completed the A/C repair quickly and at a reasonable cost. His website and communication through it and texts were helpful and easy to use. We will definitely use his company again! It was such a relief to get it fixed so quickly after the company we usually use dropped the ball, and still hasn’t scheduled a time to come out. Thank you Excellence Air!

Our air conditioner broke down and Excellence Air sent a technician the same day to repair it. The technician was highly motivated, professional, and very courteous. I would recommend excellence air if you need AC work.

Vardan and his team at Excellence Air have saved us twice now in the freaking peak of August summer heat when our AC had gone completely out. Literally a worst nightmare for us desert people. They were able to get the repairs done swiftly, effectively, and with the utmost customer service. Vardan is very skilled and honest. As a home owner it’s invaluable to have a network of contractors and technicians you can trust, and Excellence Air is at the top of my list.

Vardan was out on site the same day I reported my issue. He came back as soon as the parts required were in stock and was able to replace the blower motor quickly and effectively. An extremely knowledgeable technician who was more than happy to impart his wisdom and answer all my general questions. I can't rate their service high enough.

Simply excellence! Even though the were book solid for the week they were able to accommodate. Tech came in took care of business burned wires on the fan unit dang that heat wave was insane.... Tech also cleaned the fan unit. Checked home temperature to see if everything was fine. Also recommended temperature settings.

Went to Excellence Air to replace my heating cooling system about a 2.5 ton unit that required a crane for a apartment. Not only was Vardan professional and accurate with his estimates he did the job in a day! Definitely will use him in the future. Trustworthy and honest folks are hard to come by unfortunately.
