I understand that you left two, retaliatory 1-star reviews for my employer after I left this honest review (shown below) due to your horrible treatment of our tenant.
The limited actions are indicative of the unprofessionalism and should be enough of a warning for any perspective customer to stay away from your company as its run by a petty, rude, unsympathetic individual.
Due to Vardan's lack of knowledge regarding certain A/C units, he attempted to undermine our tenant's confidence to compensate for his own shortcomings.
Our tenant’s young child suffers from asthma attacks under extreme heat. When Vardan was made aware of the situation, he refused to go back to the property saying that there was nothing wrong with the a/c unit.
However, when an experienced and knowledgeable A/C technician from the home warranty company was dispatched, the issue was identified and successfully resolved.

INITIAL REVIEW : I strongly advise against using this company, particularly due to the poor customer service provided by their "manager," Vardan. My experience with him was extremely disappointing. He was not only rude and dismissive but also failed to conduct a thorough inspection of the AC unit. His unprofessional remarks to the tenants, who were left without a working AC, were unacceptable. When confronted about the incomplete repairs, his response was dismissive and impolite. Overall, the service was far below acceptable standards.

Great service! Very prompt and professional. We needed a same day service for our two AC units, they were able to come out, diagnose, and solve our problem. Friendly technician and helpful office. We are an electrical company and have been in search of a good AC company. Found it here with Excellence Air conditioning repair. Thank you!

Excellence is in their name and exemplified in their service. They take the time to make sure we understand the care plan and best use practices for the longevity of our units. This company is the only ones I trust to care for our units. They are professional, friendly, and truly go the extra mile. Highly recommend !!!!

I recently had an issue with my air conditioner, and I reached out to Excellence Air, owned by Vardan. I was impressed by their prompt response and professionalism. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently repaired my AC unit. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent similar issues in the future. I highly recommend Excellence Air and Vardan for their excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

My experience with Excellence Air was excellent! Varden was my tech and was great at communicating and making sure I understood everything that was going on including timelines and dealing with the home warranty company. Once the parts were available, they quickly scheduled the repair and had my AC up and running quickly. Vardan even followed up later in the day to be sure everything was OK. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future needs.

Narek was an excellent technician. He found and repaired a leak in our A/C that two other firms and four other technicians could not find. also very friendly and thorough inspecting everything. outstanding service!

I was referred to Excellence Air & Heating from a personal friend and sales rep I had many years experience with. Backstory is that my mother (75 years young) had a maintenance service contract on her less than 10 year old unit. She has had it serviced for the past couple of years, routinely, with no issues. Her seasonal maintenance came up, and the company sent out their technician who made a big show of a supposed oil leak on one of the lines coming from the compressor, as well as showing her his voltage meter reading VERY high. They told her they could replace the compressor for $3,500 and a 1 year warranty, or $5,000 for a new A/C unit with a 10 year warranty. I own an auto repair facility, and just on those numbers alone, I smelled a rat. I consulted with an electrician he agreed it didn't pass the sniff test. I know the HVAC world can be ridiculously shady, so I insisted that my mom get a second opinion.

The two technician team at Excellent Air arrived at my mom's house promptly the next day, and (with my mom breathing down their necks because she believed the first technician), they showed her that her amps were not spiking, and were, in fact, steady; and her A/C compressor was not leaking. I very much respect the fact that they didn't call the previous technician a liar, they just performed their own tests and came to a different determination.

If you don't know how the HVAC industry works, I suggest you look into how technician's are paid. They are salesmen, and like a lot of mechanical industries, are paid by the work they "find/discover". You just never really know if you've got someone honest OR knowledgeable. With Excellent Air you have BOTH.

Within 20 minutes of contacting them, I had a technician at my front door. Super nice, friendly and resolved the issue right away. Thank you Vardan for your quick turn around!

If I could post 10 stars, I would. I have never left a review for any AC company that has serviced my house. I always felt like they were not being honest with me. I just got a new AC system from Excellence. Everyone: Vardan , the Owner, Jasmine, the office manager, and Ricardo the tech were all great. Professional, caring, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. You are in great hands with this awesome family-owned company!. Perfect name. Excellence!

I have a home warranty company that sent me two other plumbers to fix my shower from dripping, they both took pictures and and nothing was done,the warranty company sent out the the 3rd plumbing company which was Execellence Air ,Johnny came out and removed the valve unit which was made by a German company and got the part number off the part,I ordered the part and he installed it in 15 minutes.Excellent company and Excellent plumber (Johnny).I highly recommend this company.

Varden arrived on time, and fixed my furnace and explained what the problem was. Very nice and polite and even offered to help me bring in my Amazon packages.

Excellent Air is so great our air conditioner had us ask them to come out again. Called them at 8am the gentleman knew what was wrong, told us the men would be here first thing the next morning. They called to tell us when they would be here. And it was done quickly. Excellent Air is the only company we need for Air and Heating.

Encountered one of service vehicles on Warm Springs and 215. I was going the speed of traffic and by no mean going slow. Their utility van sped up from behind me and cut me off to get on front of me. Again, I was definitely not going slow so I'm not sure why he had to drive so dangerously to cut me off.

As the light turned green, it opens into two lane. The utility van turned into the farther right lane instead of turning into the appropriate left lane. Since he got out of the way, I continued on my way in the left lane and was ahead of him. His lane began to end as it's a merge and he drove side by side to me playing a game of chicken. He almost forced me into the divider and I had to brake as he was forcing himself into my lane, yet again.

I called the number on the van and the gentleman said the driver is just delivering parts and not a technician. I told him it is irrelevant what position he has within the company but if he's driving a company car, he is an agent of the company and it reflects poorly on the company.

I can't say if they do good work or not but if they don't care about hiring or having someone unsafe to drive their vehicles, I wouldn't hire them to work on a costly expensive AC system.

Our system was blowing warm air into the house— yesterday, our upstairs reached 89 degrees. Vardan came to help and did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing our unit. He was kind, professional, quick, and knows his stuff! Our house is now staying cool and comfortable. I would recommend Vardan to anyone experiencing issues with their air conditioning.

Carlos notified me when he was on his way, was early, was courteous and explained how my garbage disposal worked. He was surprised that the one the finally gave up the ghost was from the 1980s!! He was very friendly and polite. I will definitely refer Excellence to my clients!

Service call through AHS as our air conditioner was making a grinding noise and not working properly. Owner at Excellence Air was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed the problem as we needed a new motor. Air is blowing again, very happy!

I was assigned the excellence air team through my warranty company and I am thoroughly disappointed with the service I received, or should I say didn't receive. Everything started out great, after they were assigned by my home warranty, a technician came to my home the very next day to diagnose the problem. This was July 26, 2025. That was the last I heard of them. Any time I wanted to get any type of update I had to reach out to them. Every time I spoke with them it was the same answer of "we're waiting on authorization from the warranty company to move forward". So after hearing this I called the warranty company and found out that excellence air never put in the authorization request. After of days of calling back and forth between them and the warranty company to see if the request was put through I finally was told by excellence air that the supervisor who handles their requests was on vacation and he's "working on it". Finally today on AUGUST 19 I spoke with my warranty company and they told me that excellence air claimed they couldn't do the job. No explanation whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism by this company. You should never have only one person in an office that handles a very important job such as authorization requests, and they should be embarrassed to have a request open for over three weeks with no movement. Very very disappointed with "Excellence" air.

Tommy was excellent in diagnosing my heating issues and was able to explain the malfunction in simple and easy to understand terms. I requested their company for a second opinion and they were more honest in their approach in servicing and repairing my heater. I will definitely use this company again and request for Tommy to be my technician.

Always punctual, always friendly, always quick and efficient! Best customer service, prices, best heating, and air company in Nevada! If you’re in the Las Vegas area, I promise you you’re not gonna wanna go with anyone else.
