Aaron was great! Two circuits were not working. It took him a while but was able to reroute them and get power to bathroom lights and outlets. As entered below cost was quite a bit more than I expected.

I'm a new to Legacy plumbing, but after an initial delay my plumber arrived and his expertise was evident right away. He resolved several plumbing issues promptly and explained everything in a way that made sense. He was even kind enough to explain things that I could handle on my own to save me money. I signed up for the membership so that Legacy will do annual basic inspections and maintenance for AC, heating, plumbing, and electric going forward. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Rick came out to do a tune-up on my A/C unit he was very knowledgeable and professional. Due to the age of the unit and other issues we had to replace our unit.

Benjamin and Shane came out the next morning did a top notch job. They were very courteous and respectful of our space and time. I would trust them with any repairs in the future.

Aaren came out and gave me an estimate for the work to be completed. He was very very knowledgeable about the electrical regs and helpful with what I needed done. He worked for ways to reduce my cost to make it more affordable.

I work in the service industry. They are spot on about returning calls and txt messages and scheduling. They were so fast I thought it was automated phone call. Beni was very knowledgeable about his trade. If ever we should have issues we will be calling legacy. We found them in our Spirit Magazine, Anthem. Michael was very pleasant on the call when I told him I shorted out my chandelier when I was cleaning it and told.me to give it time to dry out like I was talking with my grandson. Great customer service with family values.

Out of all of the Plumbing companies that I have used in my home, Legacy has so far been the best. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are not what I would like, however they aren't as extreme as some that I have worked with. The technicians seem to be cautious in assuring me that they will not "force " me into a commitment! I appreciate the honesty and the thorough inspection of my electrical system.

Adrian was amazing! He was on time and was able to figure out my issue with my thermostat right away. He was very outgoing and very knowledgeable about all things AC and Heating. It took only 2 minutes and he was able to fix issue no problems.

We recently had a mini-split system installed in our garage by Legacy Air, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.

Jhun, our technician, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to truly understand our needs, asked thoughtful questions about how we planned to use the garage space, and evaluated the layout carefully before recommending the most optimal placement for the unit. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence that we were in good hands.

On installation day, the entire Legacy Air team was prompt, professional, and courteous. They worked efficiently and handled everything with care. What stood out to me was how clean they left the space—no mess, no debris, and everything looked as if they were never there, except now we had a perfectly functioning cooling system!

Before leaving, they made sure the system was fully tested and walked me through how to operate it, including the remote functions and maintenance tips. They didn’t rush the explanation either—they made sure I was completely comfortable using it.
It’s now been a full day since installation, and the mini-split is working flawlessly. The garage is cool, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. This upgrade has made a huge difference, especially with the Vegas summer heat kicking in.

We googled and found legacy called and scheduled a same-day appointment. I received a confirmation text that stated that they were honored to have my business. You do not get that today with Customer Service! They are five star , Max, The technician did it all. Thank you, legacy, thank you, Max..

The technician was very knowledgeable and it didn’t take him long to identify the issue. He resolved it quickly and efficiently. Legacy has honest pricing and great service, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service.

Today was my day off, so I started the morning early—sweeping the front yard and trimming trees starting from 6 AM. But then, I noticed water was leaking. At that early hour... My original plan was to take some time to look around and get quotes, but since it was urgent and water was already seeping into the wall, I searched online right away. The first company I saw was Legacy Air, so I contacted them.

Long story short, Diego came by at 8 AM and explained the situation. A few hours later, Jose and Ray arrived, dug up the ground, replaced the necessary parts, and worked hard—sweating under the sun. It was a long day, but thanks to them, everything is now fixed and the water leak is gone. I honestly feel very lucky to have found this company.

Even my neighbor across the street told me, “Legacy? They’re well-known and do great work,” and said I made a good choice.

Max was awesome. Very professional and fixed both electrical issues with ease. Highly recommend if you want a fair price, professional experience, and someone you can trust. Max is a great addition to the team, hands down!

Adrian S serviced my HVAC system, doing a full inspection, talking me through proper maintenance and things I could actively do to ensure the system would run properly. He was on time, polite, helpful in answering my questions, and did a thorough job. He was honest about what work I did and did not need done. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

I had the pleasure of Legacy Air coming to my home to troubleshoot a problem with my electrical panel in August of 2025. The technician MJ was knowledgeable and explained the problem. He was able to get the outlet fixed and inspected the other outlets for me. MJ also provided me with a written explanation of what he fixed and the inspection. Today I had another issue with a breaker going out and my lights tripping that faulty breaker. Max was the technician that came out. He had to go to multiple stores to get the breaker I needed. Now that’s dedication and service to your customers. I’m thankful my husband found Legacy Air. Worth every penny. Thank you Legacy!!

Legacy has been amazing! I had Dee Lee help with electrical. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also had Kevin help with our A/C. Kevin also gave me a lot of info and tips, and explained everything I needed to know to get my AC running again. Legacy’s crew came out and helped repair everything and get us back up and running. I even got to meet with owner Curtis who was very friendly and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

Legacy is a great company, happy techs and happy customers. They have a good maintenance program with a twice a year inspection. Their techs listen to issues and work to find solutions. When my whole AC system failed, we had them replace it with a new cooling and heating system. Very easy and no stress. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We recently had a minor issue and they we came out the next day to fix. Love their customer service team.
