Very responsive to scheduling. Electrician Caileus was superb in patiently explaining the issues, as I have zero electrical knowledge. And he was extremely helpful in giving all pertinent info and assistance in selecting appropriate fixtures I need to purchase on my own. Will not hesitate to recommend this company, and definitely is my Go To for electrical work.

We needed an estimate on some electrical work, It took till the end of the day to arrive but MJ the electrician was thorough and quick with an estimate. Overall good experience……update, I received the estimate by email, it was just (2) statements (1) without a membership ($300) and (1) with a membership. The quote without membership was $50 more than the quote with membership. Yet the overall quote was @$3300 with or without membership. The quote itself had zero breakdown of costs or services just a general statement of the work I asked to be done. When I called the company to ask for a breakdown of the quote, I was put on hold to then be greeted by a voice& name with lot of busy work background noise happening, I asked if I was speaking to a person or a automated voice. I was informed it was an AI assistant, so I was put on hold for @1 minute for a computer program that had deceptive sounds to make it seem like a person in a busy work environment. I asked to speak to a person and was told I would be getting a call back, while writing this review I received a call back @13 minutes later informing me that they don’t give a detailed breakdown of costs in their estimates/quotes. So overall I am not very pleased with how this has turned out. I don’t se us going with this company for the work, we are having/had several other companies come out to give us estimates so we will be using another company to do the work. Initially I had given them 4 stars, the electrician was thorough and nice but the rest of the experience is sorely lacking changing it to 2 stars. Update 5 days later. They do not give a breakdown of materials and labor costs in their quotes/estimates , so if you would be wanting to know what your money would be spent on you will not be getting that.

Another company quoted me $3400 to install my tesla charger into my current electrical panel. They wanted to install a bunch of unnecessary equipment and share the breaker with my kitchen oven. Instead, I called Legacy, and they came out for a quote for $700 and installed it the same day with the correct circuit breakers, and I havent had a single issue with the installation. The technician was an absolute pleasure to work with, took his time and answered all of our questions and made good conversation all while executing the installation properly. Saved me over $2500 and they gained a new customer. Highly recommend

The tech was great as he got here quickly, assessed the problem and provided a quote for the repairs he thought were necessary. While his assessment was in line with my own thoughts, their price might be a little over from what I estimated in my head. Overall the service was fine, but I have not decided on who will do the repairs at this time

Legacy Air technician was in our home today to perform routine maintenance of our heating system. He also removed and replaced all of the air filters. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He completed the maintenance in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. He answered all of my questions. He explained all of the services that were included in the purchase price of our complete A/C and Furnace units. Our utility bills have been lowered since the installation of our new, more efficient systems. We are satisfied with our new A/C and Heating systems installed by Legacy Air. The technician we had today did an excellent job for us.

I lost power for half my house lights and the breaker kept going off Max came within an hour and showed me that my breaker was causing sparks in the insulation. He recommended changing out my box and breakers as it was 40yrs old and had mismatched breakers. I am so glad as my mobile home would have burned quickly if it wasn't fixed. I am extremely happy with the job and the reasonable price. I will recommend this company to my friends.

We had a minor issue but one that needed a technician quickly to ensure safety. From the start to finish the company was prompt / professional and responsive. Frankly I am blown away with the service I received. The intake person was great, Andy called us to give us status and Callius (sorry if I mispelled his name) was excellent / professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Dee literally saved our lives!! He came in and found several items that were unsafe and not up to code in our home. He came with extensive knowledge and patience, fixing our issues with ease and speed. He was extremely punctual and conducted himself with great professionalism. Very thorough and very personable. We would absolutely recommend Dee to anyone looking for repair!

Had a great experience with Dave. We haven't done heating maintenance in a little while so Dave explained to us what maintenance usually includes, as well as what he was going to check for us to ensure our system is running properly. We ended up having a furnace that had some error lights for a motor leaking oil and Dave was able to get that sorted for us very quickly.

Legacy was also very easy to get a hold of over the phone, and scheduling appointments was a breeze. One of the easiest companies I've had the pleasure of interacting with.

The Techs are well trained. VIP program helps for getting prompt attention. Before going on the VIP program, appt.s were gotten in a timely manner, as in when the heat or A/C goes out. Much APPRECIATED, as that goes. Everyone we've dealt with has been very professional and they are big into customer service, which is unheard of in todays world !

I booked Legacy Air to run Cat 5 cables to hardwire my house and overall had a great experience. For the cable running part of the job, I worked with MJ and Dee. They worked great as a team. It's not the easiest to run cabling in a house on multi levels without having to drill on the outside to make it work. I really didn't want any unnecessary drilling or extra fixtures on the outside of my home so they reassured me that won't be happening. In the end, they ran 5 cat5 lines only making 5 holes in our downstairs closet, living room, and second floor loft. They really listened to my needs and did a really great job, shout out to MJ and Dee!

Afterwards, we needed to book the dry wall company to patch up the holes. We were scheduled for Aug 15th at 11am via text message directly from Legacy and on the 14th, I called Legacy directly to confirm. Unfortunately, the text message was deleted on their end and asked us if we could reschedule it to sometime in September. I immediately asked if they can honor our original scheduled date and even showed them proof of my original message. Their booking manager Nicole was out of the office so she had to call me back the next day. She called back first thing in the morning and honored our original date for drywall, she used another partner to make sure we were taken care of. She totally turned our experience around and it really meant a lot to me and my wife. Since it was an error on their end, it was the least they could do in my opinion and they totally delivered, thank you again for making this right, Nicole.

And next, the dry wall repair. I sadly forgot the guys names but they were the best part of the service if you want my honest opinion! They were professional, on time, and super efficient. From the start, they jumped into action and lined their entire workspace with plastic wrap to ensure our home stayed clean at all times. From that point on, they were able to patch 5 holes in a couple hours. The only delay was having to pick up matching paint from the store but that only took 30 minutes. All in all, they were finished within 4 hours! It was such a great experience and they wrapped up the entire project in the best way, making everything look just the way it did before we got any work done. Check out the results, it's amazing. Thank you again, you two.

Finally, lets go over price and payment. They were a touch flexible on price so that was helpful and they offered a 12 month financing plan that allows you to pay it off within a year with zero interest. The APR only kicks in if there's any balance left over, it's through Wells Fargo and I've already started making payments. Just make sure you ask all those questions during the quoting phase.

I would recommend Legacy Air! And this wasn't even a reference, I found them on Google, among 4-5 other businesses that gave me quotes as well. I just had a gut feeling that they would be better than the other companies, and I am glad I went with them.

First let me say that Legacy scheduled our service request to fit our timeframe and urgency, which was very appreciated! Since my wife and I work from home and use the electrical sub-panel that needed diagnosing, it was critical to get an electrician out to access our situation.

When Aaren arrived, he was eager to hear what we were experiencing and getting a first hand look at our power distribution and how it was being affected. After learning how we use the sub-panel for work and the demand it "actually" required, he was able to quickly offer a solution to meet our particular needs. Once we agreed on the scope of work, he took this project personally and treated it as if it was his own home. I certainly respect that mindset!

During the process, he kept me informed of the progress. To be honest, some of us nosey homeowners tend to check in frequently anyway to get that update. However, those random visits didn't knock Aaren off his task because his focus was to get us up and running the same day.

After the last lug was tightened and the breaker was turned on, Aaren was eager to test the panel to make sure that "at peak load", the upgraded breakers, increased wire gauge, and properly landed ground wires would give us the steady voltage output we were lacking. And at the moment of this post, we're golden.

I needed a Tesla Charging outlet in my garage and the first 5 companies I contacted quoted me prices from $3500 to $5000 dollars, when Max the electrician arrived ,he did a thorough inspection . He answered every question I asked. Because I already had the Charger, he could do it for under $1000. I agreed and less than 2 hours later, the job was done. His work was impeccable. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Thomas came out to inspect the installation of our beautiful new unit and I was blown away by how knowledgeable, respectful and courteous he was. Usually people don't like when you hover and ask a bunch of questions while they work but he was so incredibly thorough, he didn't mind one bit answering all of my questions and walking me through everything he was doing. Thomas took his time and was extremely confident and detailed in his work. It can be scary spend that much money on something you don't know too much about but I definitely felt really good and secure about my purchase from Legacy by the time Thomas was done with his inspection. They truly care about their customers like family and I highly recommend using them.

We had a great experience with Legacy Air Conditioning & Heating. Dee was the one who helped us fix our lights, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and made sure it was fully resolved. Everything is working perfectly now. Dee was respectful of our home and left the area clean. We really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this company.

I had a very amazing experience with them. I had water leak. I had to end up having my house re-piped they made everything go so smoothly and then there was another team member. His name was Robert. Everybody was so very professional awesome customer service great response. They were at my house immediately, they took 4 days to finished the plumbing portion. They answered all my questions as I asked took the time to explain. All team members are very knowledgeable on what they do their professionals very courteous.They are absolutely awesome. I will be using Legacy Air from now on I am going to join their membership. My Experience with Legacy Air was just amazing. They kept in constant contact and letting me know what was happening. You didn’t have to call them. They constantly text to advise drivers are on their way with their picture They were prompt with their scheduling on arrival time. Dee was amazing. He was able to switch out all of our burned out breakers in our box which arced to my phone when I was trying to take pic inside of it. Darn near came close to taking our lives from what I was told. He was able to get all of the parts the same day, and fix it within 12 hours after the incident happened. He also cleaned up the mess that the builder left after they built our home. The excess wires that were there, leaving copper exposed, which caused it to arc like it did, he fixed. They were back on and working, and we couldn't be more thankful for his professionalism. I loved how he explained each detail to me as he was working on it and showed us all of the damaged. He's definitely one I'd have come back for our yearly inspections.

Once again Vardan had to come out to fix what previous companies sent by American Home Shield were not able to fix correctly. Vardan’s service is top notch. It took me a few phone calls with AHS to finally get him dispatched to my house since he is in high demand, but the time put in was well worth it. He is super easy to get a hold of, arrives on time, and gets the job done right. Please give him a call for all your heating and cooling needs.
