Best service and repair out of every contractor I have worked with. Everyone was very helpful and the work was top notch. They are so knowledgeable and they respond to everything so quickly. Having your AC go out in the summer is already stressful for everyone. I can honestly say Hollywood Air does everything they can to make it less painful. They are patient and communicative which you should also be. I'm really glad I found this company.

They came out after I contacted American Home Shield for an AC unit issue. I got a call by a nice woman saying they could come out within 2 days between 8 am - noon on a Saturday. The man was on time very soon after 8 am and fixed the issue quickly (fuse was out). Great, prompt service!

Excellent customer service, they followed up to ensure I was happy with the installation and that the new AC was working properly. Professional and knowledgeable - Highly recommend.

Wasn't notified they were coming ahead of time, showed up for "maintenance inspection" mentioned heat didn't seem to be working... been a month, heat still not working...

*Update*
They called me within 10 minutes of posting the above review and scheduled someone out to look at the heat.

The guy that came out didn't know English well but was great. He was able to get the heat working right away.

The issue was my newer AC unit doesn't like my Auto setting on my thermostat... which is weird... since you'd think it would be a better unit then the 20 year old one it replaced..... have to select either Cold or Hot, but that'd doable and glad it is working now.

I did want to add one note though: The newer AC they installed was more power hungry then my previous, and kept blowing out my electrical panel. Even though it has less features and to be honest does not work as well as the previous one that blew out did. I ended up having to replace my electrical panel and I'd wished they'd taken that into account when installing the new unit.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY ANY WHERE NEAR YOUR UNIT! My blower motor went out. The "technician" replaced my motor with a can of WD-40 and a crescent wrench. Installed the motor in the reverse setting. Almost destroyed my entire unit. wrecked my condenser and majorly froze over my unit. The condenser had to be cleared, refrigerant leveled out, and then the blower motor had to be rewired and programed by an actual competent company. Took a month to get my A/C fixed after this company sabotaged my unit. Technician "Alexander" is a definite NO. No communication. Almost had to have my entire unit replaced. That could have been almost $8,000 or more in damages. I'm lucky my unit survived the aftermath of this horrible company. NO!

She deserves a promotion, a raise, the works. She went out of her way to help me on a busy Monday afternoon. It’s hot as hell, people are grumpy, people are probably yelling at her because their air conditioner is not working. And she was very patient, she took the time, put me on hold and went to go make arrangements so that our air conditioner can get fixed tomorrow. Highly recommend highly appreciate. Alexander was great! He figured out my control board wasn't working and got one ordered right away! He was friendly, quick and got my AC running again.

The minute I hang up with my home warranty company I received the call from you guys that the dispatch was scheduled within 3 hours. Very speed and efficient. The technician Alexander was very knowledgeable and helpful, resolved my cooling problem the same day on Saturday! Very impressive!

The technician was very nice and did an amazing job. My home was extremely hot and he fixed my a/c issues in no time. I appreciate all the hard work he did in the heat to make my family have cold air.

Hollywood air came out to check AC and owner trying to state the reason for my ac unit braking down was due to cat pee and hair. Mind you my units are on the side of my home where they have fencing and under camera. No animals of any kind go near my boat or units. But to report to my home warranty that my ac stoped working in 115 degrees heat due to pee and cat hair…. If you want a contractor to try to shake you down due to the circumstances hire them now.

Our service received from our technician Alexander was prompt, attentive, professional, and successful. He came to assess the issue then returned short after to fix it. All a while being respectful of the house and our time. Thanks for everything!!

My home warranty sent them over to check on my AC. Tech said my portion was $3k and kept begging me not to fix it but upgrade to a new AC unit. I freaked out and spent 22K with another company to get new AC as I didn't feel comfortable with the Hollywood tech. Warranty company said my portion was $1400 and the tech must have misunderstood. Tech and Hollywood never sent me anything in writing, there report to home warranty was different then what told me at my house!!! Stay far away from them. I will never do business with them and tell all my friends to stay away from them. I hate feeling lied to and they cost me a lot of money that did not need to be spent.

I've used Hollywood Air before and was satisfied with their services which is why I chose them again. From the person who took my call to the Tech who serviced my AC unit, both were very cordial and professional.

I was very impressed with Hollywood Air HVAC. They responded quickly and had a technician over in no time. The technician handled the repair in a timely, professional and courteous manner. I would highly recommend this company!

Awful, wouldn’t recommend them to take out the trash much less touch an AC/heat pump. First trip said couldn’t be covered, then worked 5 hours and couldn’t get it to work, blew breaker basically walked off the job very disappointing

I cannot say enough great things about Hollywood Air and Hearing. From the first meeting, through the installation of TWO units, the follow-up plus the one service call, they have been exceptionally kind and thorough. They have answered every question quickly and been nothing but professional in all our interactions. I’m so thankful I found them for all of our HVAC needs!

Their service was very good and communication was key. Contract was signed Sunday and system installed on Wednesday. Simon when above and beyond with his pictures and video of work being done as we weren’t able to be in person. We will recommend 100%

Not happy with this company, tech showed up and didn’t explain the source what causes the issue of my HVAC. He just left and says the office will send me an invoice. WTH! After one day my AC start blowing hot Air again!! They already charge my card!

I cannot recommend Hollywood Air enough! We had been out of town for our son's wedding, and returned with my parents (in their 70s) to find our AC making terrible noises and not cooling well. We started a claim with our warranty company after 6pm on a Monday, and by 9am Tuesday, Hollywood Air had already called to schedule service! When you live in the Vegas area, you understand that AC is a necessity in the summer, and our technician Alexander was both thorough and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue, fixed the problem, and was respectful and helpful in explaining things. We highly recommend Hollywood Air!!

Everything was good. Only negative is talking on the phone. Their phone kept cutting in and out so hard to have a good conversation. Air conditioner and furnace replaced.
