Fantastic experience with Vardan: he came in and fixed the issue than 6 people (different companies) prior to him were not able to fix. He was very kind, quick and easy. Loved it.

I was assigned Excellence Air through my home warranty company. Vardan came out and repaired my unit quickly and correctly. I can't comment on the cost because I paid a service fee to my home warranty company, but based on the level of promptness to my claim and knowledge of the tech, I would recommend Excellence Air for your AC needs.

I rarely leave reviews, but Excellent Air absolutely deserves recognition. After dealing with multiple HVAC companies who failed to properly service our unit—leaving behind more problems than solutions—Excellent Air was a breath of fresh air. They were sent to us through our warranty company, but from the moment they arrived, it was clear they operate on a completely different level.

This is a family-owned business. Their team was professional, thorough, and genuinely invested in solving the issue. They didn’t just patch things up—they repaired the damage caused by previous companies and made sure everything was running perfectly. What really stood out was the owner himself coming out to install the final part. That kind of hands-on leadership and accountability is rare these days.

During their first visit to replace our garbage disposal, the technician was courteous, highly knowledgeable, and efficient.

On a subsequent visit to address a blockage in our kitchen faucet, I asked the technician if he could install a new faucet I had already purchased instead of simply clearing the line. He readily accommodated the request. When we discovered that some components of the new faucet were incorrectly sized, he was completely solution-oriented. Rather than abandoning the job, he resourcefully repurposed parts from the old unit to complete the installation flawlessly. He remained patient and professional throughout the entire process.

This is a great family owned and run HVAC company. I have used their services for many years. I was sold on their company after the first service call when the Tech fixed my aging AC unit for a very fair price. later they installed my new unit and have maintained this unit for many years. The techs came out quickly but led us to believe that we needed $15,000 of parts and services. This is after we already paid them a good amount of money for them to provide a service that did not work!

Action has been our company for 40+ years. They have replaced our units twice and always worked with us to make sure our needs are met. Recently we purchased a new unit that had a coil failure. They made a temporary fix that kept us cool while waiting for the new part. A great company!

Action Air did an excellent job replacing our air conditioner in a timely and professional manner. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and air conditioning systems.

The service was awesome, as usual. He explained everything very clearly and was friendly to boot! I loved that he was able to offer me a good deal on the Spring service. 😊

The 1st diagnostic was wrong, I paid $200 for extra work that was not needed, THEY would not do that work and my team that did it told me the strainer was fine. The 2nd time he found the problem, told me if I found the part he could come back , I found the part and the boss lady starts making excuses we can't take responsibility, etc. I just wanted him to put my part in. Luckily I can do that myself. Was weird, but got the problem solved. I owned service biz for many years I always did what the customer wanted. I did not care if I sold the part or not. Greed or flighty, not sure what their problem is. UPDATE: I had another ac company come out as the board did not fix the problem, it ended up being T stat programing. The board replaced did have a burn mark, but was not the cuase of no cool air. At least I know my strainer is clean and I have a good control board going forward.
