Evan was knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly. He finished fixing the Heat/Cooling Unit in less than half an hour. And he has good manners.

Mr Evan Goto was highly commendable in his work, very knowledgeable and informative, he helped me understand the fault regarding how the Solar techs who rewired my electrical panel made an few mistakes and recommended to contact an electrician.

I requested an appointment with First Class Air LLC due to no power to my thermostat. Not only did I receive a call to confirm my appointment, but they offered to come early. Miro came and went right to figuring out the problem and corrected it. He was polite, very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and explained what had happened.
This is one company that I would call again.

I had a service from First Class Air LLC last couple of times . I have a technician EVAN both times . He is a great technician. He knows what he does . Very knowledgeable person , honest, plus he explains all the work he has done . If I have to call up the company for another service in the future , before I dial the number , I must think first to be sure I request EVAN.
