I had Premier come out as a second opinion. Other Hvac company told me I needed 2 new units. Ryan from Premier and said that while my units were older that there was no need to replace them. He serviced them and even recommended things to do to help cool the upstairs during summer. The most honest company I've dealt with out here.

I contacted Ryan via Thumbtack and he immediately called me to discuss adding a return vent to a bedroom that gets super hot. He gave me a great quote and we scheduled the installation. He and Cliff went above and beyond to get the job done, cleaned up after and now the room is comfortable.

Super easy job for them! I took my vent covers off because I repainted my ceiling but unfortunately when that happens, the holes can get bigger because of the sheet rock breaking apart. I decided to hire a pro and they were able to get them up and secured in less than 15min!

Ryan came out immediately after hearing my Mom was stuck without AC on a 105 degree day, where it was over 80 in her home. He saw a minor repair and had her house cooled down within the hour.
