they were scheduled through my home warranty company for my heat repair. they scheduled within 12 hours came out on time. Communicated the scheduling excellent, diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, got warranty approval, acquired correct part and completed repair within 24 hours. The technician was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The service provider was very professional and did great job identifying the issue. Now awaiting choice home warranty approval for repair.
Update: repairman left taking our 100.00 knowing our claim would be denied.

Don’t do business with choice home warranty.

I had forgotten repairmen are paid to find way to deny claims.
Repair still awaiting completion. Denied will not get fixed.

I have been using First Class Air for 2 years and the service, professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Miro , the technician , is very thorough, polite and detail oriented (and honest). 5 Stars.

I have used this company on 4 different occasions, at 2 residential properties and our business location. Fast response, great service and most of all HONEST price!! Recent repair was done at 25% of what 2 other companies contracting with home warranty company wanted to charge if warranty was not provided.
Do not waste your time calling any other A/C repair company.

I had my system 'serviced by the people that originally installed it 4 1/2 years ago. When the tech was finished he told me that we needed several parts replaced or added that amounted to over $900. This simply did not seem right for a unit that wasn't even 5 years old. I wanted another opinion and called First Class Air.

Their tech checked the items that I was told required replacement and found that there was nothing wrong with them!

Miro our first contact was thorough honest and very much acceptable. Slava came by later to replace our compressor in 110’ heat! He always had a smile and answered all questions. This is definitely a company I will refer to anyone who is in need.

My experience with First Class Air was excellent. They responded in a timely manner after my claim was filed with my Home warranty service. First Class Air emailed me letting me know that they had received a work-order from my warranty company and that I was on their schedule for the coming morning. My claim was filed @ 9 PM and First Class Air was at my resident @ 9 AM come morning.

Miro was AMAZING! he saved us so much time, headache and money. I called First Class Air for a second opinion after a big name local vendor told me that a part needed to be replaced that we just replaced six months ago and it just didn’t sound right so we got a second opinion and I’m so glad we did! 2nd time I have to contact them for a different problem. No sales pitch, just a honest assessment and solution. The best thing was the cost - $135. If I had called the large AC companies that give a free flashlight or give puppy discounts I would have gotten a sales rep who would not give me a repair estimate - only a strong arm push to spend $23k on a new system. By the way my system is 10 years old and once again purring like a kitten 😊

In mine and my wife opinion Miro is the best AC specialist we know. He found the problem with our air conditioner in no time. He explained to us everything so we will know for the future how to maintain whole, cooling and heating system and this is a very important to know how those things work. The workers like that make your company look great and we will always call you first when we will have any problems with AC.
