I selected Premier for a needed new HVAC system for our home. I was impressed speaking to and choosing the owner Ryan to lead the installation team of a new Trane 3.0 ton unit. Every aspect of the process was professional, competent, and attentive to the task. His services include following up with future inspection and maintenance of the unit. Deserving of a 5 star rating.

I came home from vacation and my HVAC wasn't heating properly. I Googled HVAC companies near me and an AI assistant asked me what I was needing. AI sent me 3-4 companies with the time they could arrive, cost, and the purpose I needed.

This is actually my second five-star review for Top Tech. They rescued us this summer when our air conditioner stopped working and they just rescued us again when we turned our heat on for the first time and nothing happened. This happened on Thanksgiving Day and when I texted Matt, he texted back almost immediately. He offered to have someone come out on Thanksgiving Day for a very reasonable fee or for even less, we could wait till the following day. Since Thanksgiving is not all that cold here in Vegas, we decided to wait till the next day. Matt was able to diagnose the issue and even installed a thermostat that we purchased at a Black Friday sale, keeping the whole cost incredibly affordable. Matt is our go-to guy and has been since this summer. If anybody asks, I give them his name. He's fast, knows what he's talking about, and pretty darn nice on top of it all.

This company is absolutely amazing! Our home warranty gave us the run around and left us without A/C for over a week, and with our son having seizures we couldnt wait any longer and one call to this company was the best decision we made. They came out the next day fixed our A/C they were quick and did an amazing job. Matthew really gave me some knowledgeable information and went through everything throughly. Definitely will be continuing to use this company for any future repairs needed.

I had a constant issue with my ac unit , mind you it’s an older ac unit , but I had company after company , home warranties you name it we tried it . No body can figure out why my ac unit inside the house was leaking , but that quickly changed once we hired the right guy for the job and that was Matt with top tech , not only did he find it but he fixed it with no hassle , and now I been stress free and that’s all thanks to top tech . 10/10

Fast, reliable, efficient, helpful, and great customer service!

My upstairs unit AC stopped working and I needed the outdoor fan motor fixed. I called several companies who made promises and quoted higher prices but none of them could make it because of the busy day. One even went back on their promise to show and basically told me that I was SOL and had to wait till afternoon the next day.

Matthew at TOP TECH answered my call and was at my house within less than an hour. He was polite, transparent, and knowledgeable. He fixed my AC fan problem and then proceeded to tidy up the wiring, cage, and other components to improve my units performace.

He answered all my questions and even made an extraordinary effort in following-up the next day. Never tried to upsell me and gave a heads up on every option for numerous just in case scenarios!

Matt came on time and was so honest and explained everything to me. I was told I needed another air conditioning unit and all it was that I needed was to replace the fan. Top notch company in my book!

Called Top Tech to perform a health check on our furnace and Matt repaired a defect that causes the furnace to shutdown prematurely without an extra charge. They are friendly, professional, and followed up a couple of days later to ensure that everything is still functioning as expected. Top Tech Air Conditioning is now my go to for any HVAC needs.
