Sergio the Technician was great. He was clear in telling me what was needed done, the steps to do it right, up to the point of completing the job. I would recommend his service and attention to detail in doing a great job.

Update 12/12: A new unit installed. They showed up at 0800 and were done and complete by 1030. Great work and the new system works great. The technicians were busy and knocked out everything out great. Huge thumbs up and will refer them always.

Sergio was incredibly professional, super fast, had excellent communication through the entire project, and extremely friendly.

Mr. Sergio is very knowledgeable on the air conditioner area. He was very quick on identifying the problem and took immediate action to obtain the replacement part. He came back to install the part and fixed the issue within the same day. He was also very patient in explaining honestly the problem to us. We really appreciate him for his great service.
