Sergio is a great Technician, my heating went out and his services were very quick and Professional. Also keeping me updated with his arrival time and the job situation. Also explaining what was wrong with my heater and what to look out for that might need work in the future. It was a great experience to have him help us.

Sergio did a great job while fixing our unit. He communicated well as he made us feel comfortable about every step of his service. If anyone needs a skillful technician, I certainly recommend Sergio!

HOT COLD AIR INC's Tech Javier did a great job = my AC noise + PVC line loose + Attic access move = 3 solutions：

1) The unit stopped making noise. The issue was a screw that wasn't tightened properly; It be fixed, and the unit is now working correctly.

2) The PVC line was missing a screw, Javier replaced and tightened to 90 degrees. had also come loose, but now both are fully secured.

3) Javier also applied some silicone to the attic access point to prevent it from moving anymore.

I just want to say. This company is probably one of the best companies that I’ve ever had to deal with. Especially, one of their technicians: Sergio. He was awesome! Very courteous, friendly and he communicated to me very efficiently. He texted me on what time he would be there and he was on time. No BS! I was really surprised that I received a text from him on a Sunday and I just made the request the day before. He showed up in that Sunday morning to check my AC unit and told me what was wrong with it very quickly. He texted me Monday afternoon and told me that he would be there to replace the bad part. I wasn’t home but he told me that I didn’t need to be there and he could do the work without coming inside my condo. I was super happy about that because I was at work. That was awesome! I would highly recommend Hot Cold Air and Sergio to all my friends and family. I’m one satisfied customer. A+ to this company and their technician: Sergio.

After my original experience, URBN reached out and sent Maui to repair my RO system, and they assured me that future service will be handled properly. Maui was professional, courteous, and very helpful. My RO system is now working well.

The work completed by Cesar and Jose is awesome. The pipes look better than before. They were very efficient, courteous and informative.

Jose came out to investigate our hot water after we noticed a yellow tint - turns out we needed a new hot water heater. He had a reasonable quote to us and someone from his team out within an hour to replace our tank. They even checked our softener to make sure it was working properly. Appreciated the same day service!

Ron couldn’t have been a bigger help to me today. He got back to me in a timely manner, however I had already booked a plumber to come out tomorrow to diagnose the issue with my garbage disposal. Nonetheless, Ron asked what the issue was and provided step by step instructions on what to check on how to best fix the issue. Ron saved me a ton of trouble and money. Recently moved to the Vegas area, if there’s ever any additional home needs I have, I know exactly who I will be going to!

Nick was a phenomenal diagnostician and very thorough and professional. He wasn’t rushed and really got down to find the root of the problem and walked us through it the entire way. He helped broker us a great deal for new HVAC system for our very aging house.
Jeremy and Gonzalo and all the techs that came out to remove and replace both our units were clean, respectful, professional, and completed all the work on an amazing timeline. They put down cloths over all our floors and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. I feel confident in their work and our new units. I called up a couple plumbing companies and just to come and look to see what the problem is they all wanted a fee to just come out and that wasn’t gonna go towards the repair but urban plumbing sent Maui out to assess the situation and he got a hold of Ronnie, his boss and he worked out a deal with me that was fair and put me on the schedule. Cesar came out and did the repair. Everybody was punctual did good work cleaned up after themselves and showed extraordinary customer service. Thank you, urban plumbing and I will recommend you to all my friends.
