I have four different plumbers here and all of them had a different opinion on what was happening with the toilet. I’m giving them five stars because of his politeness, but I’m at the mercy of plumbers because I know nothing about it. Cesar identified something that is a possible cause as well, as was determined by Sean Sean said it was sediment and all he was doing was poking a hole in it and it would have to be jetted. Cesar cleared the lines and saw sediment and debris in the lanes which was causing the drain to drain slowly. He also identified that the toilet even though it’s only a year old was full of sediment and water wasn’t being distributed properly in order to flush the toilet so you have to keep the handle down for two seconds for it to flush properly. The first and second plumber, said it could either be roots or a break in the line so you’re really at the mercy of who was ever doing the work

I’ve recently had a gas leak needed to be tightened and URBN came to the rescue! Ronnie and Maui did an excellent job of tightening the pipe. I am thrilled with the work they’ve done! I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Brandon checked the whole system, showed me the line inspection, talked about all the options. Urbn Air, is a very proactive company with the customer in mind. Brandon was as the team always is courteous, clean and respectful.

I've had several encounters with URBN A/C and it has always been a great experience. Daniel was here today to service my a/c unit and I couldn't be happier with his work. The unit definitely runs better. Attitude is an important aspect to getting service and Daniel, and the other technicians, had a good attitude towards me and a good work ethic. URBN Home Services is truly the best! We had the pleasure of working with Maui and Ronnie, and we couldn't be happier with their service (plumbing). This has been the most wonderful experience of all renovation I have had and I have had many.
The team members like Maui who starts the assessment (he is such a friendly and likable guy) and from there the technicians: Cesar Cortes, Maximus Hoapili, Jose Cortes, Hi, Taylor Namuo all work together to perform this extensive job. You asked about Maximus; he is a keeper. Max cleaned up after everyone was gone without any complaints.
Then there is Roni who manages the team. He was great and anything that I had concerns about got addressed right away and nothing seems to be annoying to him. He talks very fast but had lots of patients with me. He made me think I was important; not in a customer way but in a personal way. Thanks Roni for your high energy and your personal touch. When I had other concerns, he brought his boss Matt with him and the concerns were solved. Loved the work and I feel, they have number ONE customer service.
I’m soo impressed that I have decided to get all my work through them (I’m getting the tankless water heaters, water softener, HVAC system).

So far, everything seems to be working great. The whole team have been super helpful and very professional. Thanks so much for giving my home hot water again!

First I want to start by saying the only reason for my three stars is that the young man who originally came to my home was amazing (Brandon) he had great customer service & was extremely knowledgeable. Then came more… I have a large home I wanted to replace two water heaters with tankless heaters, I also wanted a water softener for my entire home. I was never told I would need two softeners. I had to figure that out on my own. In the end I ended up with one tankless, one huge regular water heater and one softener that only covers half the house. The technicians took days for the installation they came & went as they pleased & never gave a heads up as to when the water would be off or on. I was originally told one price then it kept going up, I was also told the heater could be switched around to face the opposite direction which also didn’t happen. When I complained I was told I have a lifetime warranty lol. I don’t recommend this company, I definitely got the bait & switch treatment, prices were not comparable to other companies as they tack on this & that. Unsatisfied customer.

Beware, URBN will rip you off. Dishonest, service fraud, inflated prices. See my experience below for details. URBN will likely respond stating this was a one-off issue with a bad tech, but we all know these issues come from the top. Avoid URBN and all other big plumbing/HVAC companies in town (most are connected behind the scenes, and they change names often). Dig to find a one person company instead!

I had an URBN plumber come out to a rental property for a simple water heater flush to remove sediment. They did that (and surprise, it ended up fixing the knocking issue as I expected), but they proceeded to explain that my water heater needed to be replaced. They said the tank likely had a crack in it, as they could see water dripping down onto the flames (which they showed my tenant and my tenant confirmed he saw the drips). As it turns out, they "noticed" this drip AFTER they had flushed the water heater, meaning all of the hot water was removed and cold water was in the tank (cold water in tank + hot flame below = condensation). Any experienced plumber would know that this is condensation and not a concern. The drip had magically stopped within 15 min when I asked them to send me a picture/video. They said the thermal expansion of the tank could have forced the crack/leak closed, HA! Probably the oldest trick in the unethical plumber handbook.

They also lied about the water heater age, as I stated I did not know when it had been replaced last and it could be old, they simply agreed it was probably very old. As soon as they left, the tenant sent me a picture that clearly showed right on the front of the water heater that it was manufactured in 2018.

On top of all that, they did a "full home inspection" and identified two facets that weren't working correctly. They said the lines were likely blocked with sediment due to the water heater being broken, and that the water lines needed to be blown out on FOR $689.

All in for what they "recommended", $4,555 of repairs.

Terrible experience. Luckily I have the limited plumbing experience to know something was fishy. Called another plumber and he immediately confirmed my suspicions. He came out and fixed the faucets for 310$ total.

Rebel takes care of our annual hot water heater flush, air conditioning & plumbing. We found them thru Aquasana. We have been using them for 3 years. They always fix it right the first time. They also get to you within 24 hours! We can highly recommend them. Michael & Manny recently installed a split ac system for us. Their service was excellent!

Have been using rebel for more than years. Techs are always well trained and make sure everything they did is explained completely. Don’t try to up-sell.

I’ve been using Rebel for many years. The company has always responded quickly and their service techs are excellent. Tony was such a help today. After checking my furnace, he changed the batteries in the thermostat. Then he also changed the batteries in my smoke detectors as they were too high for me to change safely. I highly recommend them.

I had my annual A/C check as a member, and I’m grateful for the education provided by Tony to ensure my unit operates at it’s optimum level and he discussed / mapped out a preventative plan for me to consider for the future - especially regarding cost. Tony was awesome. I say bravo to Rebel, and Thank You!!!

Called Rebel for the leak on my property ( the main water supply line). I got their name online thru Las Vegas water authority, and very thankfully I made the right choice. All of the people I have contacted with at Rebel, Joe, Amanda, Harry, Manny, and Michelle, are all very professional. Joe, Harry, and Manny are very patient and answered all my questions. They also got the work done beautifully, and very efficient. I can say I definitely got what I paid for. Overall this is a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service. I called Rebel with an A/C problem on Wendnesday afternoon, they sent a Tech next day (unfortunaletly my air was gone, a bad compressor). Joe, contacted me immediatly, and advice me on the needed repairs. We needed to rplace the whole unit. Joe also refer to a fiance coamny they work with and I ws able to get the funds to repalce the unit. Allof this within a 24 hour period. By Monday of that week, Rebel was ther with four Tech, all were very nprofesional and repalce my air without any problems the same day.
